Opakowanie Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa: od dnia 30 wrzesnia 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest opakowanie na materialy reklamowe i informacyjne. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie opakowania oraz kompozycja napisów i barwnym tlem zewnetrznych plaszczyzn okladek i zakladek. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie fig.1, fig.3 przedstawiaja odmiany otwartych opakowan w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2, fig.4, przedstawiaja rozwiniecie plaszczyzn bocznych ww. odmian opakowan. Opakowanie sklada sie z okladki wierzchniej i okladki spodniej. Okladka spodnia wyposazona jest w zakladke wzdluzna i zakladke dolna które zagiete sa do srodka i polaczone sa ze soba rozlacznie tworzac kieszen na materialy reklamowe lub informacyjne. Przedluzenia górnych zewnetrznych krawedzi zakladki wzdluznej sa do siebie prostopadle, natomiast ich naroze jest zaokraglone. Dolna krawedzzakladki wzdluznej jest scieta pod katem ostrym w stosunku do poziomu. W dolnym fragmencie zakladki wzdluznej usytuowany jest pod katem 45° wzdluzny otwór, w którym osadzony jest zaczep. Prawe naroze zakladki dolnej jest zaokraglone, natomiast lewe naroze wyposazone jest w zaczep, który ma ksztalt ostrza strzaly. Szerokosc ostrza zaczepu jest wieksza od wymiaru wzdluznego otworu. Szerokosc okladki wierzchniej i okladki spodniej stanowi polowe ich wysokosci. Przy czym w górnym fragmencie zewnetrznej okladki wierzchniej oraz na zewnetrznej plaszczyznie zakladki dolnej usytuowane sa napisy wykonane duzymi drukowanymi czarnymi literami, okreslajace nazwe podmiotu gospodarczego „LESS" a pod ww. napisami umieszczony jest adres i inne dane identyfikacyjne. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design is valid from September 30, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is packaging for advertising and informational materials. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the packaging, as well as the composition of inscriptions and the colored background of the outer surfaces of the covers and flaps. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 represent variants of open packaging in perspective view, Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 show the development of the side surfaces of the aforementioned packaging variants. The packaging consists of a top cover and a bottom cover. The bottom cover features a longitudinal fold and a bottom fold, which are folded inward and connected separately, creating a pocket for advertising or informational materials. The extensions of the upper outer edges of the longitudinal fold are perpendicular to each other, while their corners are rounded. The bottom edge of the longitudinal fold is cut at an acute angle to the horizontal. A longitudinal opening, at a 45° angle, houses a hook. The right corner of the bottom fold is rounded, while the left corner is equipped with a hook shaped like an arrowhead. The width of the hook's edge is greater than the lengthwise dimension of the opening. The width of the top cover and bottom cover is half their height. In the upper part of the outer cover and on the outer surface of the bottom fold there are inscriptions made in large, black capital letters, specifying the name of the economic entity "LESS", and under the above inscriptions there is an address and other identifying data.
