Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany takze na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.4 - prezentuje automat w widoku perspektywicznym z pólprofilu, fig. 5 - w widoku z przodu, zas fig.£- zdobienie podswietlanej tablicy automatu. Automat do gier losowych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uksztaltowany w formie przestrzennej bryly, której scianka tylna oraz scianki boczne maja forme gladkich, pionowych powierzchni. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc czolowa automatu stanowia dwie podswietlane, polaczone ze soba pod katem rozwartym tablice. Górna tablica jest nieco ukosnie nachylona do podloza. Polaczona z nia dolna tablica jest takze pochylona do podloza. Ponizej podswietlanych tablic powierzchnie czolowa automatu tworzy lukowo wyprofilowana scianka, przechodzaca we wneke, w której z prawej strony jest wybrzuszenie. Wewnatrz tego wybrzuszenia jest utworzona niecka Ponadto do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc zdobienie podswietlanych tablic, które na obrzezu maja szare obwódki a tlo wewnatrz jest szare. U góry, w lewym, górnym narozu, na tle figury przypominajacej w swej formie szachownice jest rozmieszczony ukosnie stylizowany napis. Litery tego napisu sa cieniowane w kolorze zólto-pomaranczowym, podkreslone ukosna linia o zmiennej grubosci, przy czym wielkosc liter zmienia sie. Litery maleja w kierunku prawej strony. Pod ostatnia litera tego napisu znajduje sie mniejszy, stylizowany napis w kolorze zlotym. Obok napisu tlo jest cieniowane, utworzone z przenikajacych sie smug w kolorze zóltym i czerwonym. Z prawej strony, na cieniowanym tle znajduja sie dwa prostokaty, rozmieszczone jeden nad drugim a wprawem narozu jest czerwony, cieniowany prostokatny przycisk. Oprócz szarej obwódki powierzchnia tablicy jest zakreslona polyskujacymi ramkami. Ponizej górnej linii wewnetrznej ramki sa rozmieszczone trzy tablice z rysunkami owoców, cyfr i innych przedmiotów wewnatrz. Srodkowa tablica jest usytuowana poziomo, zas rozmieszczone po bokach tablice sa odchylone ukosnie na boki. Kazda z tych tablic ma cieniowane, polyskujace obwódki, laczace sie z linia zakreslajaca sciete u dolu kolo. Wewnatrz znajduje sie okragla, biala tarcza. Tarcza ta na obwodzie jest obwiedziona kilkoma kolorowymi liniami. Wzdluz wewnetrznego obwodu tarczy sa rozmieszczone cyfry w kolorze zmieniajacym sie od koloru zóltego do czerwonego. W srodku tarcza jest cieniowana. W osi tarczy jest przymocowana wskazówka. Na obwodzie tarczy przebiega obwodowa linia, rozswietlana jasniejszymi plamami. Pole pomiedzy ramka a zarysem tarczy ma pasy utworzone z pionowych linii czarnych i ciemno-niebieskich. Na okragla tarcze zachodzi u dolu prostokatna tablica z polyskujaca obwódka. Po bokach sa dwie mniejsze tablice. Na górna krawedz kazdej z tych tablic zachodzi stylizowany napis. Dolna plyta automatu do gier ma czarne tlo. Na tym czarnym tle znajduje sie polyskujaca ramka z cieniowaniami. Z prawej strony w tej ramce, na prostokatnym tle, w poziomych rzedach sa rozmieszczone rysunki przedstawiajace owoce, cyfry, rózne przedmioty. Z lewej strony na tle utworzonym z pasów w kolorze ciemno-niebieskim znajduja sie trzy tablice. A wewnatrz nich rysunki owoców i innych, róznych przedmiotów. Tarcze polaczone ze soba, przypominaja w swej formie obrotowe bebny. Sa one polaczone ze soba liniami. Po obu stronach skrajnych tarcz znajduja sie odnogi tych linii, zakonczone kóleczkami. U góry jest prostokatne, niebieskie pole z napisami u góry. Ponizej sa rozmieszczone prostokaty, czarne wewnatrz, zaopatrzone w napisy. U góry, zachodzac na ramke jest usytuowana posrodku niewielkatablica z polyskujaca obwódka i napisami na górnej krawedzi. W poblizu dolnej krawedzi podswietlanej tablicy sa umieszczone jeden obok drugiego kolorowe przyciski. JPM International Ltd. The subject of the industrial design is a slot machine for games of chance, used as equipment in casinos, amusement arcades, community centers, pubs, cafes, and other entertainment facilities. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated playback. The new form of the slot machine, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and decorative elements, particularly the illuminated front panels. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the machine in a perspective view from a half-profile, Fig. 2 in a front view, and Fig. 3 illustrating the decoration of the illuminated front panel. The design subject is also illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 4 shows the machine in a perspective half-profile view, Fig. 5 in a front view, and Fig. £ shows the decoration of the machine's illuminated panel. The slot machine, based on the industrial design, is shaped as a three-dimensional block, whose rear and side walls have smooth, vertical surfaces. Among the significant features of the industrial design are that the front of the machine consists of two illuminated panels connected at an obtuse angle. The upper panel is slightly diagonally inclined to the ground. The connected lower panel is also inclined to the ground. Below the illuminated panels, the front surface of the machine is formed by an arc-shaped wall, which flows into a recess with a bulge on the right side. A basin is formed within this bulge. Furthermore, the key features of the industrial design include the ornamentation of the illuminated panels, which have gray borders on the edges and a gray background inside. At the top, in the upper left corner, a stylized inscription is placed diagonally against a checkerboard-like background. The letters of this inscription are shaded in yellow and orange, underlined by a diagonal line of variable thickness, with the letter size changing. The letters decrease in size towards the right. Below the last letter of this inscription is a smaller, stylized inscription in gold. Next to the inscription, the background is shaded, composed of intersecting streaks of yellow and red. To the right, against the shaded background are two rectangles, arranged one above the other, and at the top of the corner is a shaded red rectangular button. In addition to the gray border, the surface of the board is outlined with shimmering frames. Below the top line of the inner frame are three panels with drawings of fruits, numbers, and other objects inside. The central panel is horizontal, while the panels on the sides are angled diagonally to the sides. Each panel has shaded, shimmering borders, connecting with a line outlining a circle cut at the bottom. Inside is a round, white dial. This dial is outlined around its circumference with several colored lines. Along the inner circumference of the dial are numerals, varying in color from yellow to red. The dial is shaded in the center. A hand is attached to the dial's axis. A circumferential line runs along the circumference of the dial, illuminated by lighter spots. The area between the frame and the shield outline is striped with vertical black and dark blue lines. A rectangular board with a shimmering border overlaps the circular shield at the bottom. Two smaller boards are on the sides. Stylized text overlaps the top edge of each board. The lower board of the slot machine has a black background. A shimmering frame with shading is placed against this black background. On the right side of this frame, on a rectangular background, drawings of fruits, numbers, and various objects are arranged in horizontal rows. On the left side, on a background made of dark blue stripes, are three boards. Inside them are drawings of fruits and other various objects. The interconnected boards resemble rotating drums. They are connected by lines. On either side of the outermost boards are branches of these lines, terminating in circles. At the top is a rectangular blue box with text on the top. Below are arranged rectangles, black inside, with text on them. At the top, overlapping the frame, a small board with a shiny border and text on the top edge is located in the center.
