Edward Lazniowski Wlasciciel patentu: Centralne Biuro Konstrukcji Maszynowych Przedsie¬ biorstwo Panstwowe, Bytom (Polska) Uklad wibratora elektromagnetycznego Przedmiotem wynalazku jest uklad wibratora elektromagnetycznego sluzacego do napedu urza¬ dzen wibracyjnych, w których drgania sa wy¬ korzystywane do realizacji rozmaitych procesów technologicznych jak przenoszenie, przesiewanie, opróznianie pojemników, dozowanie, zageszczanie itp.Dotychczas znane wibratory elektromagnetyczne doczepiane do elementu roboczego tworza w nim dwumasowy uklad dynamiczny. Istnieja dwa kierunki w konstrukcji wibratorów elektromagnetycznych. Dzieki temu uzyskuje sie sto¬ sunkowo mniejsza szczeline, ale same wibratory maja duzo wiekszy ciezar wlasny. 1 przedstawia schemat ukladu Wibratora, a fig. 2 przedstawia wibrator elektromagnetyczny w przekroju podluznym. The masses of the system are connected by high-elasticity springs, with one mass suspended by low-elasticity springs (shock absorbers) from a supporting structure. Part of the vibrator, including the working element, for example, the trough, constitutes the active mass M, while the other part of the vibrator constitutes the reactive mass m. The system is excited to vibrate by an electromagnet, which is part of one of the masses, attracting an armature, which is part of the other mass. The efficiency of the electromagnet, its weight and dimensions, and the size of the control devices depend on the size of the gap between the electromagnet and the armature. This gap, at rest, must be greater than the sum of the amplitudes of the two masses in the system. There are two directions in the design of electromagnetic vibrators. The first approach involves adopting a large active mass and a small reactive mass with a mass ratio M to m greater than 1. Vibrators of this type have a relatively low self-weight, 10 15 20 30 , but because the active mass must achieve a specific deflection amplitude required for the technological process, they have a relatively large gap between the electromagnet and the armature. The second approach in vibrator design involves adopting a small active mass and a large reactive mass with a mass ratio M to m less than 1. This results in a relatively smaller gap, but the vibrators themselves have a much larger self-weight. The aim of the invention is to create a new electromagnetic vibrator system with a particularly small gap and low self-weight. This goal is achieved by using a dynamic damper mass connected by elastic elements to a reactive mass, which is connected in a known manner to the active mass. The invention will be explained in more detail using an example embodiment shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a diagram of the vibrator system, and Fig. 2 shows the electromagnetic vibrator in longitudinal cross-section. The electromagnetic vibrator system consists of three masses: active mass M, reactive mass m, and the dynamic damper mass mp, connected by springs € and Cp. Thanks to the vibrations of the damper mass mp on the spring Cp, the reactive mass m remains stationary and can even be rigidly suspended from a support structure. In the new system, the reactive mass, unlike in known vibrators, is at rest. By eliminating the vibrations of the reactive mass, the gap between the electromagnet and the armature is reduced to a size unattainable in previous vibrator systems, while maintaining a relatively low self-weight of the vibrator. Thanks to the constant position of the reactive mass m, the electromagnet or armature contained within it is smaller than in previous vibrator solutions. Therefore, to obtain the exciting force P, less power consumption is needed, which in turn allows the use of smaller and cheaper control devices.
