Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli wypoczynkowych „FANTAZJA", skladajacy sie z trzech czesci. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, powierzchni i ukladzie linii. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego w stosunku do znanych rozwiazan mebli wypoczynkowych stanowi polaczenie oparcia z poduszka ledzwiowa, ksztalt oparcia i boków poszczególnych czesci kompletu oraz ksztalt powierzchni dolnej wózka.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku i na fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono fotel w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - kanape dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 3 - kanape trzyosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 4 - widok boku kazdej czesci kompletu, na fig. 5 fotografie fotela w widoku z przodu, na fig. 6 - fotografie fotela w widoku z boku, na fig. 7 - fotografie kanapy dwuosobowej w widoku z przodu, na fig. 8 - fotografie kanapy dwuosobowej w widoku z boku, na fig. 9 - fotografie kanapy trzyosobowej w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 10 - fotografie kanapy trzyosobowej w widoku z boku. Komplet mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi fotel, kanapa dwuosobowa i kanapa trzyosobowa. Kazda czesc kompletu sklada sie z poduszki siedziskowej 1, oparcia 2 polaczonego na stale z poduszka ledzwiowa 3, dwóch boków 4 , wózka 5 oraz czterech drewnianych nózek 6. Górna powierzchnia boków 4 i linia laczaca poduszke ledzwiowa 3 z oparciem 2 leza w jednej plaszczyznie poziomej. Oparcie 2 jest szersze od poduszki ledzwiowej 3 i opiera sie na bokach 4. Boki 4 maja charakterystyczny ksztalt otwartej do dolu litery „J", o prostokatnym przekroju, o lekko uniesionej do góry powierzchni podparcia rak, zaokraglonej powierzchni czolowej i lekko odchylonej do tylu powierzchni przedniej oraz prostej czesci tylnej. Czolowo- przednia oraz tylna czesc boków 4 zakonczona jest drewnianymi nózkami 6, przy czym przestrzen pomiedzy czesciami boków a podloga jest pusta. Bok oparcia 2 ma oryginalny ksztalt w postaci scietej od dolu elipsy z plaskim elementem wykonczeniowym w tym samym ksztalcie. Kanapa dwuosobowa posiada poduszke siedziskowa 1 dwudzielna, a kanapa trzyosobowa - trójdzielna. The subject of the industrial design is the set of "FANTAZJA" lounge furniture, consisting of three parts. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, surface and arrangement of lines. The novelty and originality of the industrial design in relation to known solutions for lounge furniture is the combination of the backrest with a lumbar cushion, the shape of the backrest and sides of the individual parts of the set, and the shape of the lower surface of the trolley. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows an armchair in a front view, Fig. 2 - a two-seater sofa in a front view, Fig. 3 - a three-seater sofa in a front view, Fig. 4 - a side view of each part of the set, Fig. 5 - a photograph of an armchair in a front view, Fig. 6 - a photograph of an armchair in a side view, Fig. 7 - a photograph of a two-seater sofa in a front view, Fig. 8 - a photograph of a two-seater sofa in a side view, Fig. 9 - a photograph of a three-seater sofa in a front view, and Fig. 10 - a photograph of a three-seater sofa in a side view. The furniture set, based on an industrial design, comprises an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. Each part of the set consists of a seat cushion 1, a backrest 2 permanently connected to a lumbar cushion 3, two side panels 4, a trolley 5, and four wooden legs 6. The upper surface of the sides 4 and the line connecting the lumbar cushion 3 with the backrest 2 lie in one horizontal plane. The backrest 2 is wider than the lumbar cushion 3 and rests on the sides 4. The sides 4 have a characteristic open-bottomed "J" shape, with a rectangular cross-section, a slightly raised armrest, a rounded front surface, a slightly rearward-sloping front surface, and a straight rear section. The front and rear sections of the sides 4 are terminated with wooden legs 6, with the space between the side sections and the floor being empty. The backrest side 2 has a unique shape: an ellipse cut at the bottom with a flat finishing element in the same shape. The two-seater sofa has a two-part seat cushion 1, while the three-seater sofa has a three-part seat cushion. The backrests 2 and lumbar cushions 3 of the sofas have vertical quilting in the plane of division of the seat cushions 1. The essential features of the industrial design are: - characteristic and original shape of the sides 4, - characteristic and original shape of the sides of the backrest 2, - lumbar cushion 3 permanently connected to the backrest 2, - the backrest 2 rests on the sides 4, - the seat cushion 1 of the two-seater sofa is two-part, and of the three-seater sofa - three-part, - each part of the set has a trolley 5 with a slightly arched line of the bottom surface, - each part of the set has four wooden legs 6.
