Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stolik o wielorakim zastosowaniu, a wiec w domu, kawiarniach, restauracjach, sklepach i wielu innych miejscach publicznych. Stolik przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania oraz wzajemnego usytuowania blatu, pólki oraz nóg. Znane sa stoliki z okraglymi blatami i pólkami, posadowionymi na kwadratowych lub okraglych nogach o jednakowym przekroju. Pólki w takich przypadkach przymocowane sa wkretami na wskros poprzez nogi. Stolik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma okragly blat oraz okragla pólke, przymocowana w pewnej odleglosci od trzech nóg. Elementy mocujace tworza ozdobna opaske wokól nóg, zas nogi szersze pod blatem, zwezaja sie wyraznie ku dolowi. W pierwszej odmianie blat stolika oraz pólka sa przezroc2yste, a w drugiej odmianie blat stolika i pólka sa nieprzezroczyste.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia stolik z blatem i pólka przezroczystymi, zas fig. 2 stolik z blatem i pólka nieprzezroczystymi. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Stolik uwidoczniony na rysunku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - pod okraglym blatem ma okragla pólke, przymocowana w pewnej odleglosci od nóg; - ma trzy nogi szersze pod blatem i wyraznie zwezajace sie ku dolowi; - elementy mocujace pólke tworza na nogach ozdobna opaske; - blat i pólka sa przezroczyste; - blat i pólka sa nieprzezroczyste.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe industrial design is a table with multiple uses, including at home, in cafés, restaurants, shops, and many other public spaces. The table exhibits novelty and originality in its new shape and the relative positioning of the tabletop, shelf, and legs. Tables with round tabletops and shelves, set on square or round legs of the same cross-section, are known. In such cases, the shelves are attached with screws through the legs. The industrial design table has a round tabletop and a round shelf, attached at a distance from the three legs. The fasteners form a decorative band around the legs, while the legs, wider under the tabletop, taper noticeably towards the bottom. In the first variant, the table top and shelf are transparent, and in the second variant, the table top and shelf are opaque. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a table with a transparent top and shelf, while Fig. 2 shows a table with a opaque top and shelf. Essential features of the industrial design: The table shown in the drawing is characterized by the following: - a round shelf under the round top, attached at a distance from the legs; - three legs wider under the top and clearly tapering towards the bottom; - the shelf mounting elements form a decorative band on the legs; - the top and shelf are transparent; - the top and shelf are opaque.
