Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rolada lodowa. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac rolady lodowej, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Rolada lodowa wedlug wzoru, majaca ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu z ozdobnymi ornamentami z masy lodowej na bocznych sciankach, ma na krótszej sciance bocznej element dekoracyjny w postaci szesciu elementów kolistych nieregu- larnie rozmieszczonych na obrysie trójkata. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia rolade w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.2 - fotografie ro- lady lodowej w widoku perspektywicznym. Cecha charakterystyczna rolady lodowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest element dekoracyjny w postaci szesciu elementów kolistych nieregularnie rozmiesz- czonych na obrysie trójkata, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 i fig.2. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an ice cream roll. The essence of the design is a new form of the ice cream roll, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The ice cream roll according to the design, having a shape close to a cuboid with decorative ice cream ornaments on the side walls, has on its shorter side wall a decorative element in the form of six circular elements irregularly arranged on the outline of a triangle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the roll in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 - photographs of the ice cream roll in a perspective view. A characteristic feature of the ice cream roll according to the industrial design is a decorative element in the form of six circular elements irregularly arranged on the outline of a triangle, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
