Description
Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest cysterna z szybem dla dolaczanego wyposazenia.Cysterny dla gazu ziemnego róznia sie od cystern powietrznych róznymi rozwiazaniami, których zadaniem jest glównie ochrona przed korozja i mozliwosc dostepu do licznego niezbednego wyposazenia niezbednego do eksploatacji, w które zaopatrzona jest cysterna, takiego jak: zawór do napelniania, zawór do odprowadzania gazów lub cieczy, miernik, zawór bezpieczenstwa, zawory redukcyjne i tym podobne.Ochrona tego wyposazenia przed wilgocia ma bardzo duze znaczenie, poniewaz woda moze powodowac uszkodzenia zagrazajace eksploatacji cysterny: korozje zaworów do wypelniania i zaworów bezpieczenstwa, blokowanie zaworów redukcyjnych i tym podobne.To wyposazenie jest zasadniczo umieszczone w "szybie" o przekroju kolowym lub prostokatnym, którego wlot znajduje sie ponad poziomem ziemi i który jest umieszczony na metalowym korpusie cysterny. W celu zapewnienia szczelnosci pomiedzy2 metalowym korpusem cysterny zdolnym do wytrzymywania cisnienia gazu i szybem, moga byc zastosowane rózne metody, jak przyspawanie lub mocowanie mechaniczne i uszczelnienie.W dokumencie FR 2478039 ujawniono zbiornik zawierajacy element w ksztalcie siodla, polaczony z rurowym szybem.Element w ksztalcie siodla wykonany jest z tworzywa sztucznego.Istota wzoru uzytkowego jest cysterna, która ma szyb dla dolaczanego wyposazenia i zawiera metalowy zbiornik powleczony powloka poliestrowa i epoksydowa, na którym zamontowany jest, wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego, szyb dla wyposazenia, charakteryzujaca sie tym, ze szyb dla wyposazenia posiada, przyjmujace ksztalt zewnetrznej powierzchni zbiornika, siodlo przyklejone bezposrednio do powloki zbiornika.Warstwa powloki z zywicy epoksydowej zawiera cynk.Powloka posiada, kolejno od wnetrza w kierunku zewnetrznym, warstwe zywicy epoksydowej i warstwy poliestrowe.Szyb posiada rurowy korpus i element tworzacy siodlo przyklejony do korpusu.Powierzchnia przyklejenia siodla wynosi 1000 cm2.Cysterna wedlug wzoru uzytkowego bardzo dobra szczelnosc, a poniewaz powierzchnia klejenia wynosi 1000 cm2, mocowanie szybu dla wyposazenia do zbiornika jest bardzo3 dobre, bez koniecznosci zastosowania skomplikowanych i powodujacych ogrzewanie technik spawalniczych. Powleczenie zapewnia, poza szczelnoscia i ewentualna ochrona przed korozja, dobre przyklejenie. Ochrona antykorozyjna jest znana na przyklad z dokumentu informacyjnego Petrole nr 29 (pazdziernik 1993, str. 15- 17).Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia schematyczny widok przekroju cysterny wedlug wzoru uzytkowego; fig. 2 - czesciowy perspektywiczny widok cysterny wedlug wzoru uzytkowego.Cysterna pokazana na fig. 1 posiada zbiornik 1. ze stali pokrytej warstwa epoksydowa z cynkiem i warstwa poliestru, o grubosci 150 mikrometrów kazdy. Zbiornik posiada wyposazenie 2_ otoczone przez szyb 3_ wykonany z polietylenu. Ten szyb 3_ dla wyposazenia jest zlozony z korpusu przedluzonego od dolnej strony przez siodlo 4_, które ciasno dopasowuje sie do górnej powierzchni zbiornika _1. Dolna powierzchnia siodla _4 jest przyklejona do zbiornika _1.Na fig. 2 pokazano zbiornik 1, i wyposazenie 2_, szyb .3 zawierajacy siodlo _4, które jest przyklejane dolna wzglednie duza powierzchnia do zbiornika 1.Jako klej mozna zastosowac dwuskladnikowy klej epoksydowy, który jest bardzo trwaly, wytrzymaly i odporny na wode oraz wiekszosc produktów chemicznych, jednoskladnikowy klej poliuretanowy, który pozostaje w formie ksztaltowalnej i4 elastycznej, zapewniajac dobre polaczenie dzieki sznurowi lub gumie przylepnej, która pozostaje w postaci ksztaltowalnej i elastycznej, co ulatwia zastosowanie takiego kleju. mgr int Katarzyna Karcz Rzecznik patentowyT-36843/KJ 5f\(^ PL PL

1.Zastrzezenia ochronne 1. Cysterna z szybem dla dolaczanego wyposazenia zawierajaca metalowy zbiornik powleczony powloka poliestrowa i epoksydowa, na którym zamontowany jest, wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego, szyb dla wyposazenia, znamienna tym, ze szyb dla wyposazenia posiada, przyjmujace ksztalt zewnetrznej powierzchni zbiornika (_1) , siodlo [V\ przyklejone bezposrednio do powloki zbiornika (1) .
2. Cysterna wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienna tym, ze warstwa powloki z zywicy epoksydowej zawiera cynk.
3.' Cysterna wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienna tym, ze powloka posiada, kolejno od wnetrza w kierunku zewnetrznym, warstwe zywicy epoksydowej i warstwy poliestrowe.
4. Cysterna wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienna tym, ze szyb posiada rurowy korpus (.3) i element tworzacy siodlo (_4) przyklejony do korpusu (3) .
