Marian Miszko Wlasciciel patentu: Glówny Instytut Górnictwa, Katowice (Polska) Sposób oprózniania chodnikowego zbiornika wyrównawczego i urzadzenie do stosowania tego sposobu Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób opróznia¬ nia chodnikowego zbiornika wyrównawczego prze¬ znaczonego do magazynowania urobku w podzie¬ miach kopalni oraz urzadzenie do stosowania tego sposobu.Znane dotychczas chodnikowe zbiorniki wyrów¬ nawcze sa najczesciej wykonywane w postaci kory¬ ta, którego dno stanowi przenosnik tasmowy, zgrze¬ blowy lub stalowo-czlonowy z napedem rewer- syjnym. Umieszczenie przenosnika w dnie zbiornika chodnikowego powoduje z jednej strony duze kru¬ szenie urobku, a z drugiej^ strony nadmierny wzrost sily potrzebnej do poruszania przenosnika obcia¬ zonego cala masa urobku znajdujacego sie w zbior¬ niku, co w konsekwencji czesto doprowadza do awarii przenosnika. 1, a fig. 3 — widok wycinka koryta wraz z odkladnia. Eng. Patent owner: Central Mining Institute, Katowice (Poland) Method of emptying a roadway equalization tank and a device for using this method The subject of the invention is a method of emptying a roadway equalization tank intended for storing mined material in the underground of a mine and a device for using this method. The roadway equalization tanks known so far are most often made in the form of a trough, the bottom of which is a belt conveyor, a scraper conveyor or a steel-link conveyor with a reversible drive. Such tanks are located between two conveyors, a feeder located above the tank and a discharger located below the tank's outlet. The material from the feeder conveyor is discharged into the tank, and from there, depending on the direction of the conveyor located at the bottom of the tank, it is either poured onto a discharge conveyor located outside the tank or collected in the tank. Other tanks are known, for example, in the form of interconnected open boxes with a sloping bottom closed by hydraulically operated flaps. These tanks are filled by a scraper that moves along the tank on the feeder conveyor. The tanks are emptied by lifting the flaps and pouring the mined material directly onto the receiving conveyor. Another form of well-known roadway tanks involves connecting bottomless cars with 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 end walls. The bottom of the entire tank is a flat belt conveyor. The tank is filled by moving the tank backward on ropes, and when moving forward, the mined material from the bottom of the tank pours onto the receiving conveyor. Another tank is also known, which uses roadway excavations for storing mined material. This tank is filled in a known manner, and the tank is emptied using a receiving conveyor located in the center of the tank's bottom, with a roof above it protecting the conveyor from being buried by mined material. During emptying, a special scraper collects the mined material between the tank bottom and the roof and shovels it onto the receiving conveyor. A disadvantage of the aforementioned roadway equalization tanks is their complicated construction. Another significant disadvantage is the method of filling and emptying these roadway tanks, which have conveyors built into their bottoms. Placing the conveyor at the bottom of the roadway tank causes, on the one hand, significant crushing of the excavated material and, on the other hand, excessive increase in the force required to move the conveyor loaded with the entire mass of the excavated material in the tank, which in consequence often leads to the failure of the conveyor. Placing the conveyor at the bottom of the roadway tank also has the disadvantage that in the event of a conveyor failure, access to it is almost impossible, especially when the tank is filled with spoil. The above-mentioned disadvantages are eliminated by the method of emptying the roadway tank of spoil, which is the subject of the invention. The essence of the invention is that the spoil is removed from the entire cross-section of the tank from the bottom and one side wall upwards and sideways towards the other side wall of the tank in such a way that the spoil, as it rolls over the second wall, falls onto a conveyor placed parallel to the tank. The advantage of this method of emptying the tank is that the space needed for removing the spoil is constant regardless of the amount of spoil stored in the tank and that that the removed material falls onto the receiving conveyor in an amount that does not cause any overload of the conveyor. Moreover, the material falls onto the receiving conveyor from a low height, which in consequence results in less crushing of the material in the previously known methods of emptying roadway equalization tanks. The subject of the invention is also a device enabling the use of the method described above. This device consists of a trough along the bottom of which a mouldboard is moved, the front surface of which is shaped in such a way that when the mouldboard moves forward, the excavated material is pushed upwards from the bottom of the trough and in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tank. Furthermore, the movement of the mouldboard is coupled with the movement of the trolley that collects the excavated material from the conveyor feeding it into the trough, as a result of which the collected material always falls in front of the front surface of the mouldboard, both during the working movement of the mouldboard (forward), during the idle movement of the mouldboard (backward), and also during periods when the mouldboard is not being moved. The advantage of the tank according to the invention is that it does not occupy the entire cross-section of the working in which it is installed, and the location of the trough and the receiving conveyor at the same level makes it possible to install the tank even in a partially lowered working and enables easy access to the entire device. The subject of the invention is shown in the examples of embodiments in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a vertical longitudinal section of the roadway with the tank, Fig. 2 — a section along the line A-A marked in Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 — a view of a section of the trough with the stockpile. As shown in the drawing, the roadway equalization tank consists of a trough 1 with sides of unequal height. The upper side of the trough is provided with guides 2 for lateral guidance of the shroud 3 moving along the bottom of the trough 1. The shroud 3, moved by means of a rope 5, has a front surface 4 shaped in such a way that during the working movement it ensures lifting and removal of the mined material towards the lower side of the trough 1. Above the trough, a feeding conveyor 6 is installed, equipped with a scraping trolley 7, moved by means of a rope 8 along this conveyor. Along the trough 1, next to its lower side, a receiving conveyor 9 is arranged, equipped with gates 9a, wherein the bases of the trough 1 and the conveyor are at the same level. The ropes 5 and 8 moving the shroud 3 and the scraper trolley 7 are driven by a common winch 10, thanks to which the advance of the scraper trolley 7 in relation to the shroud 3 is constant. The operation of the device according to the invention is as follows. The spoil fed by the upper feeding conveyor 6 and scraped by the trolley 7 into the trough 1 fills the space in front of the frontal surface of the shroud 3. The tank is filled with the idle movement (backwards) of the shroud 3 and the scraping trolley 7. The tank is emptied with the working movement (forwards) of the shroud 3 and the trolley 7. During the working movement, the shroud 3, by means of its frontal surface and the projection 4a, pushes the spoil out of the trough 1 towards the lower side so that the spoil, rolling over this side, falls onto the receiving conveyor 9. If the shroud 3 is not moved along the trough 1, the space between the scraping trolley 7 and the frontal surface is initially filled with the spoil. 4 of the shredder 3, and then the self-stacking of the excavated material onto the receiving conveyor 9.
