PL PLThe subject of the present invention is a milling machine ensuring, by means of a practical combination of moving parts and special devices, rapid milling and cleaning of grain. The attached drawing shows an example of the invention. Fig. 1 shows a cross-section of the threshing machine; Fig. 2 shows its side view; Fig. 3 shows a view from one end; Fig. 4 shows the milling machine feeding the milled grain. The crankshaft activates the straw shaker 2, the ramps 3 and the connected straw grate 4, the box 5 with the sieves 6 and 7, and finally the ramps 10 and 9, the ends of which can be fitted with a sieve 8. The straw shaker 2 consists of two or more keys. The other parts of the machine are driven as follows. To one or each of the straw tedder buttons, near the crankshaft bearings, a rod H is rigidly attached at one end and connected at the other end to a support 12. The rod, placed between the support 12 and the ramp 3, has a flexible part 13. The ramps 3 are normally supported by hangers 14 and 15, so that they move in a manner characteristic of them. A rod, preferably at the end of the tedder, is rigidly attached to one or more straw tedder buttons, different from those mentioned above. One end of the tedder extension 17 is firmly attached to the ramp 10 in the sieve box. This box is supported in the usual manner by hangers 18 and 19. The threshing machine has a threshing drum 20 and a concave 21 longer than usual and arranged so that the machine can be fed diagonally and from above. The concave has a mesh 22 on the outside so that the concave can be used for separating grain and, if necessary, also as a beech block. The mesh 22 is attached at its upper end to hooks 24 on guide 23 and extends to the outside of the concave, running along the outer concave bars. The length of the net 22 can be changed as follows: the shaft to which the lower edge of the net is attached is fixed in any position by means of a wing nut 25 and a button 26, while the pin on which the screw 25 is screwed is fixed in a wooden rod 27, which is placed between any bars of the threshing floor and is attached to these rods. During threshing, the grain separator passes through grain mixed with a certain amount of dust and chaff. These impurities can be completely removed using the cleaning and sorting devices of this threshing machine. As an extension of the drum shaft, extending from the threshing machine cover, there is a blower motor 28, enclosed by a cover 29, which has two air channels, one of which is channel 30, which closes the gate valve 31, and leads to the box 32. The second air channel 33 is bent downwards and is uncovered at the bend. Grain that has already passed from the sieve box 5 through the sieves falls into the bend, i.e., the elbow, through the conduit 34. The air stream continuously captures this grain and transports it to the box! with sieves and throws it onto ramps 35 and 36, from where it falls onto sieve 37. This sieve can be moved by a mill or, as shown in Fig. 2, by a rod, one end of which is connected to ramp 3 and the other end at point 38 to sieve 37. The air stream supplied through channel 30 helps in sorting and cleaning the grain. The outlet of channel 30 is located below the outlet of channel 33, and the air stream supplied through the first of them passes through sieve 37. Dust and other impurities are thrown out through sieve 39, which forms a cover for the set box. The heavier grain leaves the threshing machine through hopper 40, the lighter grain through hopper 41. Fig. 4 shows the feeder, i.e. the conveyor for feeding the milled grain to the drum. Its device consists in the fact that an endless chain or rope 44, driven by the rotating part of the threshing machine and running along pulleys 42 and 43, feeds the sheaves distributed on the feeder into the machine's inlet opening. The feeder can be folded, and the endless chain can be removed, as the legs 45 are mounted in an articulated manner on the links 46, and the feeder frame 47 folds downwards, rotating on hinges 48. The frame and legs of the feeder thus fold along the end part of the threshing machine. The side wings 49 fold on the end plate 51, rotating on hinges 52.
