Po wykonaniu wlasciwego profilu nastepuje oklejenie zewnetrznej powierzchni folia wykanczajaca i impregnujaca o róznym zabarwieniu i wzorach, odpowiadajacych wzorom i kolorystyce paneli boazeryjnych.. Takie wykonczenie listwy nadaje jej powierzchni gladkosc i pozadany wyglad. Zestaw wedlug wzoru przemyslowego obejmuje trzy odmiany : 1. Fig. 1. The aesthetic impression was achieved through decorative profiling and finishing of the outer surfaces of the strips, which connect the perpendicular edges of the paneling to the wall or ceiling. The strips are made of a material obtained by compressing a mixture of wood waste and epoxy resin into a board. The board, cut into long blocks, serves as the starting material for the strip, which achieves its profile by milling. After the desired profile is created, the outer surface is covered with a finishing and impregnating foil in various colors and patterns, matching the patterns and colors of the paneling. This finishing gives the strip a smooth surface and the desired appearance. The set according to the industrial design includes three varieties: 1. A large concave quarter-cylinder, shown in the drawing in cross-section as Fig. 1, and in perspective in Photo 1. 2. A small concave quarter-cylinder, shown in the drawing in cross-section as Fig. 2, and in perspective in Photo 2. 3. A convex quarter-cylinder, shown in the drawing in cross-section as Fig. 3, and in perspective in Photo 3. The profiles of all three varieties are based on a quarter circle with a truncated top and a wavy rim shape. The extensions of the side lines of the profiles form a right angle. The first and second varieties differ only in their dimensional proportions. Their external profile consists of two external convex arcs and an internal concave arc. The third variety, however, has a single convex arc. The essential features of the design are the shape of the strip profile as a quarter circle with a truncated top and a smooth edge, and the outer surface of the strip is covered with a foil with patterns and colors corresponding to the wainscoting panels.
