Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka, która moze miec zastosowanie zarówno jako klamka drzwiowa, jak i klamka okienna. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia rysunek klamki, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - fotografie tej samej klamki w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 - te sama klamke w widoku w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - te sama klamke, w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Klamka wedlug wzoru, przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 6 sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas lukowo - z czescia chwytowa klamki. Czesc osadcza klamki ma ksztalt stozka o podstawie, majacej postac figury, zlozonej z polówki owalu i luku.Czesc chwytowa klamki jest w przyblizeniu prostopadla do czesci osadczej, oraz lukowo wygieta wypukloscia na zewnatrz i w widoku z góry ma postac wypuklego luku o duzym promieniu krzywizny. W widoku z przodu czesc chwytowa ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonym krótszym bokiem od strony osadczej, przy czym jego dluzsze boki nieznacznie sie rozszerzaja w kierunku czesci osadczej. Czesc chwytowa klamki ma w widoku z boku postac figury geometrycznej, zlozonej z dwóch luków, przy czym luk od strony wewnetrznej ma nieco mniejszy promien krzywizny. Koncówka czesci chwytowej jest zakonczona scieta powierzchnia, w kierunku do wewnetrznej strony czesci chwytowej. Ponadto od strony wewnetrznej, czesc chwytowa jest zaopatrzona w cztery ksztaltowe wglebienia, wyprofilowane do ksztaltu palców reki i ulatwiajace chwycenie klamki. The essence of the design is a new form of the handle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the handle, Fig. 2 shows a front view of the same handle, Fig. 3 shows the same handle from above, Fig. 4 shows the same handle from the back, Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the same handle, and Fig. 6 shows a side view of the same handle. Essential features of the industrial design: The handle according to the design, shown in Figs. 1 to 6, consists of a mounting part connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin, and on the other side to the gripping part of the handle in an arc-shaped manner. The handle's seating section is cone-shaped with a base in the form of a figure composed of a half-oval and an arc. The grip section of the handle is approximately perpendicular to the seating section and has an outwardly curved convexity. Viewed from above, the grip section resembles a convex arc with a large radius of curvature. Viewed from the front, the grip section resembles a rectangle with a rounded shorter side on the seating side, with its longer sides slightly widening towards the seating section. Viewed from the side, the grip section of the handle resembles a geometric figure composed of two arcs, with the inner arc having a slightly smaller radius of curvature. The tip of the grip section terminates with a beveled surface towards the inner side of the handle. Additionally, the inner grip section is equipped with four finger-shaped recesses that facilitate gripping the handle. The handle can be made of any material and color, as shown in the illustration.
