Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu o indywidualnym charakterze. Ponadto, w wyzszej, walcowej czesci koncówki 2 znajduje sie otwór.Mechanizm uruchamiajacy 3 ma postac przycisku nakladanego na górna czesc korpusu 1. Przycisk ma ksztalt walcowo-stozkowy i moze uruchamiac zarówno mechanizm wyciskany, jak i obrotowy przyboru. Klips 4 stanowi sprezysta spinka z pierscieniem, za pomoca którego klips 4 jest umieszczony na korpusie 1 Koncówka 2, mechanizm uruchamiajacy 3 i klips 4 wykonane sa z materialu w kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem korpusu 1. Wszystkie czesci skladowe przyboru do pisania sa wytwarzane i sprzedawane oddzielnie. Z tego powodu sa traktowane jako czesci zamienne lub zapasowe. The right in registration of the industrial design is valid from: 6 December 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a writing instrument with a two-layer body. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an item with an individual character. The novelty and originality of the writing instrument according to the industrial design in relation to known solutions is manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shape, colours, material and its structure. Body 1 has the form of a two-layer tube. The outer layer is transparent, and the inner layer is opaque. A tip 2 is placed on the lower part of body 1, the upper part of which has the shape of a cylinder cut by an oblique surface, and its lower part has the shape of a truncated cone with a slightly convex side wall. Additionally, there is a hole in the upper, cylindrical part of the tip 2. The actuating mechanism 3 is a button placed on the upper part of the body 1. The button has a cylindrical-conical shape and can activate both the squeeze and rotation mechanisms of the instrument. The clip 4 is a spring-loaded clip with a ring that secures the clip 4 to the body 1. The tip 2, actuating mechanism 3, and clip 4 are made of a material in a color contrasting with the color of the body 1. All components of the writing instrument are manufactured and sold separately. For this reason, they are considered spare or replacement parts.
