Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wytlaczany element sluzacy jako ornament ozdobny na sciana. Istota wzoru jest nowa dekoracyjna postac wytlaczanego elementu sluzacego do wypelnienia miejsc polaczenia scian z innymi powierzchniami. Nowy charakterystyczny ksztalt uwarunkowany ksztaltem krawedzi, umozliwia utrzymanie czystosci na powierzchni stycznej scian, sufitu i podlogi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 stanowi rzut z góry ukazujacy jego ogólny ksztalt, fig. 2 ukosny rzut z góry ukazujacy przekrój przedmiotu wzoru, zas fig. 3 rzut boczny. Wytlaczany element ozdobny stanowi wyprofilowana listwe o dwóch sciankach polaczonych pod katem zblizonym do kata prostego. Górna krawedz scianek posiada lekkie zaokraglenie skierowane na zewnatrz. Krawedzie zewnetrzne, przylegajace do powierzchni uksztaltowane sa faliscie. Posiadaja trzy równomiernie rozlozone uwypuklenia. Pierwsze z nich stanowi zaokraglenie górnej krawedzi scianki, zas dwa pozostale sa symetrycznie wzgledem siebie ulozone na obu krawedziach zewnetrznych. Dolna krawedz scianek, do której przylegaja zaokraglenia, ma plaski ksztalt. Krawedzie zewnetrzne uksztaltowane sa faliscie, w postaci symetrycznie wzgledem siebie polozonych, lekkich zaokraglen, gdzie pierwszym z nich jest zaokraglenie górnej krawedzi scianki, a dolna krawedz scianek, w miejscu polaczenia, ma plaski ksztalt, jak zilustrowano na rysunku fig. 1 oraz fig.2.Fig. 1Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PLThe industrial design is an embossed element serving as a decorative wall ornament. The essence of the design is a new decorative form of the embossed element used to fill the junctions between walls and other surfaces. The new, distinctive shape, determined by the shape of the edges, allows for the cleanliness of the interface between walls, ceiling, and floor. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 is a top view showing its general shape, Fig. 2 is an oblique top view showing a cross-section of the design, and Fig. 3 is a side view. The embossed decorative element is a profiled strip with two walls connected at an angle close to a right angle. The upper edge of the walls is slightly rounded, pointing outward. The outer edges, adjacent to the surface, are wavy. They have three evenly distributed convexities. The first one is a rounding of the upper edge of the wall, while the other two are symmetrically arranged on both outer edges. The lower edge of the walls, to which the roundings adhere, is flat. The outer edges are wavy, in the form of symmetrically arranged, slight roundings, where the first one is a rounding of the upper edge of the wall, and the lower edge of the walls, at the junction, is flat, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2.
