Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie szczotki do sanitariatów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia szczotke do sanitariatów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- szczotke w widoku z boku, fig.3- szczotke w widoku z przodu, fig.4- szczotke w widoku z góry, fig.5- szczotke w widoku z dolu. Szczotka do sanitariatów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca czesc dolna stanowiaca wlosie i czesc górnastanowiaca uchwyt posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: wlosie ulozone jest w wielu peczkach o ksztaltach stozków, przy czym peczki osadzone sa w czesci walcowej, na powierzchni, której widoczne sa obszary o zarysach gwiazdek. Uchwyt szczotki obejmuje trzy segmenty, z których dolny ma ksztalt stozka scietego z uwypuklona sciana boczna przy mniejszej podstawie, segment srodkowy ma ksztalt niskiego walca, a segment górny ma ksztalt walca z wypukla sciana górna, z której wypietrzony jest ku górze wystep majacy podstawe o zarysie pólowalnym. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the shape of the toilet brush. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the toilet brush in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the brush in a side view, fig. 3 - the brush in a front view, fig. 4 - the brush in a top view, fig. 5 - the brush in a bottom view. This industrial-style toilet brush, comprising a lower section containing bristles and an upper section constituting a handle, has the following key features: the bristles are arranged in multiple conical tufts, with the tufts arranged in a cylindrical section, the surface of which displays star-shaped areas. The brush handle comprises three segments, the lower of which is a truncated cone with a prominent side wall at a smaller base, the middle segment is a low cylindrical shape, and the upper segment is cylindrical with a convex upper wall, from which a protrusion with a semi-oval base projects upward. At the said projection, above the convex upper surface of the upper segment, there is a button having, in a side view, the outline of a triangle and whose front surface is serrated, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to fig. 5.
