Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie kuliste, korzystnie przeznaczone do pakowania wyrobów cukierniczych, w tym czekoladowych, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie swiatecznej bombki choinkowej. W odniesieniu do znanych opakowan, w tym ozdób choinkowych w postaci wyrobów cukierniczych, nowosc i indywidualny charakter postaci wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w strukturze i ornamentacji powierzchni opakowania, a takze w cechach jego konturów oraz charakterystycznym ksztalcie. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryle przestrzenna w postaci kuli otoczonej pierscieniem zaopatrzonym w zaokraglony wypust z otworem, przy czym kule tworza dwie pólkule, z których kazda posiada wywiniety zewnetrznie kolnierz. W opakowaniu kulistym wedlug wzoru przemyslowego srednice zewnetrzne kolnierzy obu pólkul sa wzgledem siebie nierówne. Opakowanie kuliste wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonane jest z materialu latwo formowalnego, korzystnie z folii aluminiowej, a na jego zewnetrznej powierzchni naniesiony byc moze dowolny wizerunek albo ozdobny ornament. Opakowanie kuliste wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczone jest do zabezpieczania, przed czynnikami zewnetrznymi, wyrobów cukierniczych, na przyklad czekoladowych w ksztalcie bombki choinkowej, a jego charakterystyczny ksztalt umozliwia ozdabianie takimi wyrobami swiatecznej choinki.Opakowanie kuliste wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok opakowania, fig. 2 - zewnetrzna powierzchnie pólkuli, a fig. 3 - wewnetrzna powierzchnie pólkuli. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze opakowanie kuliste stanowi bryle przestrzenna w postaci kuli otoczonej pierscieniem zaopatrzonym w zaokraglony wypust z otworem, przy czym kule tworza dwie pólkule, z których kazda posiada wywiniety zewnetrznie kolnierz, natomiast w kazdej z pólkul srednice zewnetrzne kolnierzy sa wzgledem siebie nierówne.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a spherical packaging, preferably intended for packaging confectionery products, including chocolate, particularly in the shape of a Christmas bauble. With respect to known packaging, including Christmas tree decorations in the form of confectionery products, the novelty and individual character of the industrial design manifests itself in the structure and ornamentation of the packaging surface, as well as in the features of its contours and characteristic shape. The packaging according to the industrial design is a three-dimensional solid in the form of a sphere surrounded by a ring provided with a rounded projection with an opening, with the spheres forming two hemispheres, each with an outwardly turned-up collar. In the spherical packaging according to the industrial design, the outer diameters of the collars of the two hemispheres are unequal. Industrial-design spherical packaging is made of an easily moldable material, preferably aluminum foil, and its outer surface can be embossed with any image or decorative ornament. Industrial-design spherical packaging is designed to protect confectionery products, such as chocolates in the shape of a Christmas bauble, from external factors, and its distinctive shape allows for decorating a Christmas tree with such products. Industrial-design spherical packaging is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the packaging, Fig. 2 shows the outer surface of the hemisphere, and Fig. 3 shows the inner surface of the hemisphere. The essential features of the industrial design are that the spherical packaging is a spatial solid in the form of a ball surrounded by a ring provided with a rounded projection with an opening, wherein the balls are formed by two hemispheres, each of which has an externally turned-up collar, while in each of the hemispheres the external diameters of the collars are unequal to each other.
