Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lamp oswietleniowych z ozdobna korona. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalne uksztaltowanie zestawu lamp oswietleniowych z zastosowaniem w nich motywu dekoracyjnej, ozdobnej korony. Kolejne odmiany wzoru z powtarzajacym sie motywem ozdobnej korony uwidocznione sa na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia lampe stojaca, fig. 2 - przedstawia kinkiet jednoramienny, fig. 3 - przedstawia kinkiet dwuramienny, fig. 4 - przedstawia kinkiet trójramienny, fig. 5 - przedstawia trójramienna lampe stolowa i fig. 6 - przedstawia zyrandol wiszacy. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 - podstawe lampy stojacej stanowi figura o ksztalcie niskiego walca z lekko wypukla górna podstawa. Do obrzezy tej wypuklosci przylegaja punkty lukowego wygiecia wysokich rurek, które przy podstawie lampy sa spiralnie zawiniete do srodka i na kazdej z nich umieszczona jest mala kulka. Dalej - rurki te przepasane sa przewiazka, z której wychodzac w góre sa odchylone na zewnatrz i dochodza do obrzezy ozdobnej korony opasujacej kule. Powyzej korony górne konce rurek nachylone sa do srodka, natomiast na poziomie korony z kazda rurka polaczonejest ramie lampy wygiete w ksztalt litery „U". Ten koniec ramienia, który przylega do rurki ma postac dekoracyjnej galazki, a na drugim, zewnetrznym koncu umiejscowiony jest element oswietleniowy. Na rysunku fig. 2 - uwidoczniony jest kinkiet jednoramienny. Posiada on ksztalt pólkuli opasanej ozdobna korona. Z korony tej wyprowadzony jest uchwyt, przez który przechodzi ramie kinkietu. Ramie to wygiete jest w ksztalt litery „U" i ten koniec ramienia, który przechodzi przez uchwyt ma postac dekoracyjnej galazki wystajacej ponad obrzeze korony, a na drugim, tj. zewnetrznym koncu ramienia umiejscowiony jest element oswietleniowy. Na rysunku fig. 3 - uwidoczniony jest kinkiet dwuramienny. Posiada on ksztalt pólkuli opasanej ozdobna korona. Z korony tej wyprowadzone sa dwa, symetrycznie rozmieszczone uchwyty i przez kazdy z nich przechodzi ramie kinkietu. Kazde z ramion wygiete jest w ksztalt litery „U" i ten koniec ramienia, który przechodzi przez uchwyt ma postac dekoracyjnej galazki wystajacej ponad obrzeze korony, a na drugim, tj. zewnetrznym koncu ramienia umiejscowiony jest element oswietleniowy. Na rysunku fig. 4 - uwidoczniony jest kinkiet trójramienny. Posiada on ksztalt pólkuli opasanej ozdobna korona. Na rysunku fig. 5 - uwidoczniona jest trójramienna lampa stolowa. Podstawe lampy stanowi figura o ksztalcie niskiego walca z lekko wypukla górna podstawa. W wierzcholku tej podstawy umieszczony jest wspornik lampy, posiadajacy ksztalt litery „V", a na jego rozwartych ramionach umieszczone sa trzy proste ramiona, polaczone ze soba lukowatym ksztaltem i zakonczone elementami oswietleniowymi. Na rysunku fig. 6 - uwidoczniony jest zyrandol. Stanowi go pionowa, przewodowa rurka ozdobiona ogniwami lancucha i zakonczona u góry miseczkowata obudowa mocowana do sufitu. Na dole, rurka ta zakonczona jest ozdobna miseczkaimitujaca kielich kwiatu. Ponizej tej miseczki rozprzestrzenia sie dekoracyjna, zasadnicza czesc zyrandola. Czesc te stanowi przylegajacy do ozdobnej, kwiatowej miseczki niski walec, z którego podstawy wyprowadzona jest osiowo prosta rurka, zakonczona kula, a z obrzezy tego walca wyprowadzone sa lukowo wygiete ramiona. Ramiona te dochodza do górnych obrzezy ozdobnej korony. Natomiast na zewnetrznym obwodzie tej korony umiejscowione sa uchwyty, przez które przechodza kolejne ramiona zyrandola. Kazde z tych ramion wygiete jest w ksztalt litery „U" i ten koniec ramienia, który przechodzi przez uchwyt ma postac dekoracyjnej galazki wystajacej ponad obrzeze korony, a na drugim, tj. zewnetrznym koncu ramienia umiejscowiony jest element oswietleniowy. Zyrandol wykonany moze byc w róznych wersjach, tj. na przyklad w wersji trzy-, cztero-, piecio-, szescio- lub takze w wersji siedmioramiennej. The essence of the design is the original shape of the set of lighting lamps, incorporating a decorative crown motif. Further variations of the design with the repeating decorative crown motif are shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a floor lamp, Fig. 2 shows a single-arm wall lamp, Fig. 3 shows a two-arm wall lamp, Fig. 4 shows a three-arm wall lamp, Fig. 5 shows a three-arm table lamp, and Fig. 6 shows a hanging chandelier. As shown in Fig. 1, the base of the floor lamp is a low cylindrical figure with a slightly convex upper base. Adjacent to the edge of this bulge are the arcing points of tall tubes, which are spirally wound inward at the lamp's base, each containing a small ball. Further on, these tubes are girdled with a band, from which they extend upward and bend outward, reaching the edge of a decorative crown surrounding the ball. Above the crown, the upper ends of the tubes are inclined inward, while at the level of the crown, a U-shaped lamp arm is connected to each tube. The end of the arm that adheres to the tube is shaped like a decorative branch, while the other, outer end contains the lighting element. Figure 2 shows a single-arm wall lamp. It has the shape of a hemisphere girdled with a decorative crown. A handle extends from this crown, through which the wall lamp arm passes. This arm is bent into a "U" shape, and the end of the arm that passes through the holder is in the form of a decorative branch protruding above the rim of the crown, while the other, i.e., outer end of the arm, has a lighting element. Figure 3 shows a two-arm wall lamp. It has the shape of a hemisphere surrounded by a decorative crown. From this crown extend two symmetrically placed brackets, and the arm of the sconce passes through each of them. Each arm is bent into a "U" shape, and the end of the arm that passes through the holder is in the form of a decorative branch protruding above the rim of the crown, while the other, i.e., outer end of the arm, has a lighting element. Figure 4 shows a three-arm wall lamp. It has the shape of a hemisphere surrounded by a decorative crown. Three symmetrically arranged brackets extend from this crown, and a wall lamp arm passes through each of them. Each of these arms is bent into a solid "U" shape, and the end of the arm that passes through the bracket is in the form of a decorative branch protruding above the rim of the crown, while the other, outer end of the arm carries a lighting element. Figure 5 shows a three-armed table lamp. The base of the lamp is a figure in the shape of a low cylinder with a slightly convex upper base. At the top of this base is a lamp bracket in the shape of the letter "V," and on its open arms are three straight arms, connected by an arc and topped with lighting elements. Figure 6 shows a chandelier. It consists of a vertical, wired tube decorated with chain links and topped with a bowl-shaped casing attached to the ceiling. At the bottom, this tube terminates in a decorative bowl imitating a flower's calyx. Below this bowl extends the decorative, main part of the chandelier. This part consists of a low cylinder adjacent to the decorative, floral bowl. From the base of this cylinder extends a straight tube axially, ending in a sphere. From the periphery of this cylinder extend arched arms. These arms extend to the upper edges of a decorative crown. On the outer perimeter of this crown are located handles through which the subsequent arms of the chandelier pass. Each of these arms is bent into a "U" shape, and the end of the arm that passes through the handle is in the form of a decorative branch protruding above the rim of the crown, while the other, i.e. the outer end of the arm, houses the lighting element. The chandelier can be made in various versions, e.g., in a three-, four-, five-, six- or even seven-arm version.
