Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest korek, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako zamkniecie róznorodnych butelek do perfum, wód kolonskich oraz wód toaleto- wych. Dotychczas znany korek stanowi nakladana na butelke pokrywe w ksztalcie eliptycznego walca, majaca wewnatrz dwa symetryczne uchwyty w postaci fragmentu kolowego walca, przytwierdzonego w górze do plaskiego denka pokry- wy, które dopasowane sa swymi wewnetrznymi powierzchniami do kolnierza szyjki butelki. Innym znanym korkiem jest walcowa nasadka z wysunietym okraglym plaskim daszkiem, który posiada wewnatrz na obwodzie trzy symetrycznie rozmieszczone pionowe wygarbienia dociskowe korka do kolnierza butelki.Znany jest równiez korek w postaci czopa z osadzonym w górnej czesci uchwytem w ksztalcie wydluzonej, splaszczonej kropli. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i dwuczesciowej konstrukcji, która nadaje korkowi oryginalny wyglad i nowe cechy uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 ukazuje boczny pólprzekrój korka, natomiast fig.2 jego rzut dolny. Jak pokazano na rysunku, korek zawiera bryle korpusu w ksztalcie elipty- cznego walca, majacego w osi okragly stozkowy otwór, z którym laczy sie wneka w ksztalcie okraglego walca, stanowiaca komore na glowice rozpylacza butelki. W stozkowym otworze korpusu umieszczony jest elastyczny wklad z masy plasty- cznej w formie okraglej tulei, która zamknieta jest u góry daszkiem zaopatrzonym posrodku w okragly otwór ze skierowanym do góry walcowym kolnierzem. Tuleja wkladu ma na obwodzie zewnetrznym kryze do ustabilizowania jej polozenia w stozkowym otworze korpusu, natomiast na obwodzie wewnetrznym tuleja ma równomiernie rozmieszczone, równolegle do jej osi, podluzne wygarbienia docis- kowe, sluzace do elastycznego laczenia korka z szyjka butelki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryla korpusu korka w ksztalcie eliptycznego walca, majacego w osi okragly stozkowy otwór, z którym laczy sie wneka w ksztalcie okraglego walca. W stozkowym otworze korpusu umieszczony jest elastyczny wklad w formie okraglej tulei, która zamknieta jest u góry daszkiem, zaopatrzonym posrodku w okragly otwór ze skierowanym do góry walcowym kolnierzem. Tuleja wkladu ma na obwodzie zewnetrznym kryze, natomiast na obwodzie wewnetrznym ma równomiernie rozmieszczone, równolegle do jej osi, podluzne wygarbienia dociskowe.Fig. 1 Fig.2 PL PLThe industrial design registration right is valid from: September 3, 2003. The subject of the industrial design is a cork, used as a closure for various bottles of perfumes, colognes, and eau de toilettes. The previously known cork is a cover in the shape of an elliptical cylinder, placed on the bottle, with two symmetrical handles inside, each in the form of a circular cylinder fragment, attached at the top to the flat bottom of the cover, whose inner surfaces fit the neck collar of the bottle. Another well-known stopper is a cylindrical cap with a protruding, round, flat roof, which has three symmetrically arranged vertical ridges along its circumference that press the stopper against the bottle's collar. A stopper in the form of a spigot with a handle in the shape of an elongated, flattened teardrop embedded in the upper part is also known. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and two-part construction, which gives the stopper an original appearance and new functional characteristics. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a side half-section of the stopper, while Fig. 2 shows its underside view. As shown in the drawing, the stopper comprises an elliptical cylindrical body with a circular conical opening in its axis, which is connected to a cylindrical recess that serves as a chamber for the bottle's spray head. Within the conical opening of the stopper body is a flexible plastic insert in the form of a circular sleeve, which is closed at the top by a roof with a central circular opening and an upward-facing cylindrical collar. The insert sleeve has a flange on its outer circumference to stabilize its position within the conical opening of the stopper body, while on its inner circumference, the sleeve has evenly spaced, parallel to its axis, longitudinal pressure reliefs, used to flexibly connect the stopper to the bottleneck. The essential features of the industrial design include the body of the plug in the shape of an elliptical cylinder, with a circular conical opening in its axis, which is connected to a recess in the shape of a circular cylinder. Within the conical opening of the body is a flexible insert in the form of a circular sleeve, which is closed at the top by a roof, which has a circular opening in the center with an upward-facing cylindrical collar.
