Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie konstrukcja, ksztaltem oraz ukladem .powierzchni. Obecnie uzywane kalendarze maja budowe, ksztalt i uklad powierzchni, które nie umoztiwiaja gromadzenia, planowania i kontroli swiadczen. Poslugiwanie sie kalendarzem wedlug wzoru polega na tym, ze usytuowana z lewej strony kolumna swiadczen zawiera miedzy innymi tytuly do ureguldwania rachunków, których daty i terminy platnosci zostaja naniesione w odpowiednich rubrykach usytuowanej W srodku kolumny terminów zgodnie z aktualnym miesiacem widniejacym na usytuowanym z prawej strony kalendarium, przy czym rachunki te zostaja umieszczone w kieszeni. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested by its structure, shape, and surface arrangement. Currently used calendars have a structure, shape, and surface arrangement that do not facilitate the collection, planning, and monitoring of services. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the calendar in the first embodiment in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the calendar in the second embodiment in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the calendar in the third embodiment in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the calendar in the fourth embodiment in a front view, Fig. 5 shows the calendar in the fifth embodiment in a front view, Fig. 6 shows the calendar in the sixth embodiment in a front view, Fig. 7 shows the calendar in the seventh embodiment in a front view, Fig. 8 shows the calendar in the eighth embodiment in a front view, Fig. 9 shows the calendar in the ninth embodiment in a front view, and Fig. 10 shows the calendar in the tenth embodiment in a front view. The calendar, following the industrial design, is a rectangular, horizontally divided flat board, one part of which has a pocket and the other part is divided into three segments: a column of benefits, a column of appointments and a calendar. The calendar in the first version of the design is characterized in that the lower part has a pocket and the upper part has a separate column of benefits marked on tear-off pages and a column of dates and a monthly calendar together on tear-off pages, as shown in the drawing, fig. 1. The calendar in the second version of the design is characterized in that the lower part has a pocket and the upper part has a column of benefits and dates marked on tear-off pages and a monthly calendar separately on tear-off pages, as shown in the drawing, fig. 2. The calendar in the third version of the design is characterized in that the lower part has a pocket and the upper part has a column of benefits and dates marked on tear-off pages and a separate annual calendar separately on tear-off pages, as shown in the drawing, fig. 3. The calendar in the fourth version of the design is characterized in that the upper part has a pocket and the lower part has a joint column of benefits and a column of dates marked on tear-off cards and a monthly calendar on tear-off cards separately, as shown in the drawing, fig. 4. The calendar in the ninth version of the design is characterized in that the lower part has a horizontally divided pocket, and the upper part has a joint column of benefits and a column of dates marked on tear-off cards and a separate monthly calendar on tear-off cards, as shown in the drawing, fig. 9. The calendar in the tenth version of the design is characterized in that the upper part has a horizontally divided pocket, and the lower part has a joint column of benefits and a column of dates marked on tear-off cards, and a monthly calendar on tear-off cards separately, as shown in the drawing, fig. 10. The board can be bent along the dividing line between the pocket and the rest of the calendar, especially in the standing version, in which the pocket located in the upper part is reversed, which also allows for reducing its dimensions, facilitating its packaging, transport and storage before sale, also in the case of hanging calendars, which have a hole located symmetrically near the upper edge of the board. Using the calendar according to the template means that the left-hand column of payments contains, among other things, titles for settling bills, the dates and due dates of which are entered in the appropriate boxes of the middle column of due dates in accordance with the current month shown on the right-hand calendar, and these bills are placed in the pocket. A calendar based on a template will make it easier for users to organize bill payments and other benefits by collecting them in one place and tracking their due dates, thus avoiding delays. A calendar based on a template can include names, holidays, and celebrations for a given month. It can be made in any color or color combination. A separate section of the calendar and the outer surface of the pocket can be filled with any graphics, including advertising. This ensures, in addition to its usefulness and versatility, the possibility of achieving an aesthetic and original appearance.
