Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, oryginalnym rysunku, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacym etykiete opakowania syropu owocowego w widoku ogólnym. Pod tym znakiem umieszczony jest napis informujacy o rodzaju owocu, natomiast z prawej strony pod tym napisem jest umieszczone oznaczenie „MAX". Tlo etykiety posiada zespól oryginalnych rysuneczków liniowych. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego umieszczony jest napis: „WISNIA" , a w centralnej czesci rysunku fantazyjnego ukladu wirowego umieszczony jest wizerunek dwóch swiezych wisni. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego umieszczony jest napis: „TRUSKAWKA", a w centralnej czesci rysunku fantazyjnego ukladu wirowego umieszczony jest wizerunek jednej swiezej truskawki. The background of the label features a set of original line drawings. The first version of the industrial design features the inscription "CHERRY," and in the central part of the fanciful swirling arrangement, there is an image of two fresh cherries. The second version of the industrial design features the inscription "STRUSKAWKA," and in the central part of the fanciful swirling arrangement, there is an image of one fresh strawberry. The third version of the industrial design features the inscription "POMORANCZA," and in the central part of the fanciful swirling arrangement, there is an image of a cut orange with leaves visible next to it. The fourth variant of the industrial design features the inscription: "IGBER" and the central part of the fanciful swirl pattern features an image of the spice's rhizome.
