PL PL PLThe punching elements should be in the form of spring-loaded punches mounted in the housing so that under normal conditions the spring pulls them away from the reservoir, and by pressing a button located outside the housing, they can be pressed towards the reservoir for punching. In the selected embodiment of the device according to the invention, the punching assembly comprises two sharpened punches placed on opposite sides of the reservoir and connected by a bent, elastic connecting member, and elements for pressing the punches to punch the reservoir located between them. The punches may typically be integral with the connecting member and may be made of a resilient material, such as spring steel, carbon steel, or stainless steel. If the punches are made of a corrosive material, such as spring steel or carbon steel, they should be chrome- or nickel-plated, for example, to prevent corrosion. To facilitate the punching operation, the punches are preferably equipped with stops that prevent one punch from penetrating too deeply into the capsule before the other punch begins to operate. This ensures that both punches penetrate the capsule evenly. The resilient connecting member may be in the form of a simple, bent plate or wire, or may have one or more coils for greater fatigue resistance. The punches may be pressed together by a button or, more preferably, by a sliding cam. It has been found that for optimal results when punching a gelatin capsule, the punches should not be pointed but should be sharpened so that they have flat surfaces inclined at an acute angle. Furthermore, these surfaces forming an acute angle should be located away from the vane. It is also desirable that the vane be mounted on the shaft so that the air stream 45 not only causes the vane to rotate but also imparts a vibratory motion to it. As stated, the vibratory motion is necessary to release the powdered medicinal agent from the capsule. To enable the vane to vibrate, the bearing on which the vane rotates should have certain dimensional properties. Thus, this bearing has the shape of an elongated recess with a circular cross-section, and the shaft itself, of course, also has a circular cross-section. The internal diameter of the bearing at its inner end, i.e. at the end containing the free end of the shaft, is 1.5 to 6.0%, and most preferably 2.5 to 5.0% (e.g. 3.75%) greater than the diameter of the shaft, and the diameter of the bearing at its outer end is equal to the diameter of the shaft plus 1.3 to 3.5%, e.g. about 2.5% of the total length of the bearing. The effective length of the bearing is not strictly defined and can be, for example, from 4 to 10 times the diameter of the shaft. The inner top wall of the bearing preferably has a flat surface, and the end of the shaft in contact with it has the shape of a suitable truncated cone, preferably ending in a hemispherical part, for example with a radius approximately equal to half the radius of the shaft. The shaft itself should be rigidly mounted, because, as has been found, excessive flexibility of the shaft and its mounting causes incorrect operation of the device. The device according to the invention is suitable for administering drugs that alleviate bronchial and pulmonary irritations. This device can also be used for administering drugs that have a systemic effect. It can be used, for example, for administering detoxifying agents. against poisonous substances such as gases acting on the nervous system. It also enables easy transport and storage of drugs that need to be administered quickly or in an emergency. The device according to the invention is explained in more detail in two examples of the solution shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a device for oral inhalation in a longitudinal section, Fig. 2 - a variant of the device according to the invention in a longitudinal section in which the perforating elements are in the rest position, Fig. 3 - a variant of the device of Fig. 2 in a longitudinal section in which the perforating elements are in the working position, i.e. during the making of holes, Fig. 4 - a variant of the device of Fig. 2 in a cross-section along the line A-A in Fig. 2, Fig. 5 - a variant of the device from Fig. 2, in cross-section along the line B-B in Fig. 2 and Fig. 6 - a variant of the device from Fig. 2, in cross-section along the line C-C in Fig. 2. The inhalation device according to the invention, shown in Fig. 1, consists of a housing with an almost circular cross-section, comprising two connected parts 6 and 7. Part 7 of the housing is adapted to be placed in the mouth and has openings 8 made in it, allowing air flow. A shaft 2, located in the axis of the housing, is rigidly connected to part 7 of the housing. A vane 3 is loosely mounted on this shaft, equipped with blades 4. The vane is also equipped with a cup-shaped element for placing a capsule or container 5 containing a powdered medicinal agent. The shaft 2 passes through the bearing 17 of the vane 3. The diameter of the bearing 17 at its inner end is about 3.75% larger than the diameter of the shaft 2, while the diameter of the bearing at its outer end is increased in relation to the diameter of the shaft by about 2.5% of the total length of the bearing, which is about seven times the diameter of the shaft 2. The end 18 of the shaft 2 has the shape of a truncated cone with an apex angle of about 30° and is terminated with a spherical cap with with a diameter approximately equal to half the diameter of the shaft 2.0. Part 6 of the housing has holes 9 made in its top wall to allow air flow and is equipped with a reducing element 10 used to reduce the cross-section of the air stream and thus to increase the air flow speed 5 in the part of the device behind the tank 5. On the outside of part 6 of the housing there are two projections 20 and 20a with holes in which buttons 21 and 21a are slidably placed. The buttons 21 and 21a are held within the projections 20 and 20a by means of pins 22 and 22a arranged in grooves in the buttons 21 and 21a and are pushed outward from the housing part 6 by means of springs 23 and 23a. Punches 24 and 24a are attached to the buttons 21 and 21a. To illustrate the operation of the device according to the invention, Fig. 2 shows one punching unit in the rest position and the other punching unit in the working position, i.e. when the end of the punch 24a is making a hole in the capsule 5 and the button 21a is pressed after overcoming the resistance of the spring 22a. The device according to the invention operates as follows: to load the device, the housing parts 6 and 7 are separated and the capsule 5 is placed in the cup of the fan 3, and then both parts 6 and 7 are joined and the device is ready for use. When using the device according to the invention, the user first presses the buttons 21 and 21a, causing the capsule 5 to be perforated with the punches 24 and 24a, and then releases the buttons 21 and 21a, causing the punches 24 and 24a to slide out of the capsule 5. The user then begins to inhale air 35 through the device, inhaling the contents of the capsule 5 along with the air. The variant of the device according to the invention shown in figures 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 consists of a hollow body 1 of circular cross-section, on one side of which there is an end part 6 with openings 9 for the air supply, and on the other side there is a part The end part 6 of the body 1 is permanently connected to it, for example by gluing it, and the mouthpiece part 7 is releasably connected to the body 1 by means of a thread made both in the body 1 and in its mouthpiece part 7. The end part 6 of the body 1 is provided with a central projection 25 with an opening in which a resilient perforating element 26 is mounted. The perforating element 26 is held in the opening of the projection 25 by means of a retaining plate 27, the position of which in the opening is fixed by means of a pin 28. The arms of the resilient perforating element 26 are placed in grooves made in the walls of the body 1 and in guides 4 formed by guide members 29 protruding into the interior of the housing 1. 60 In the mouthpiece part 7 of the body 1/, a shaft 2 is mounted, protruding into the interior of the body 1. A fan 3 is mounted on the shaft 2, having blades 4 and a cup-shaped recess for containing a gelatin capsule 5. ' 65 6 A sleeve 30 is mounted on the body 1 and is provided with cam projections 31 projecting into the body 1 through grooves in its walls. When the sleeve 30 is moved from the position shown in Fig. 2 to the position shown in Fig. 3, the cam projections 31 engage the arms of the elastic perforating element 26 and, pressing them inward, bring the perforating projections 32 into contact with the surface of the capsule 5. As a result, the capsule 5 is perforated as shown in Fig. 3. The depth of the perforation is limited by the stops 33. When the sleeve 30 is moved back from the position shown in Fig. 2 to the position shown in Fig. 3, the cam projections 31 engage the arms of the elastic perforating element 26 and, by pressing them inward, bring the perforating projections 32 into contact with the surface of the capsule 5. As a result, the capsule 5 is perforated as shown in Fig. 3. The depth of the perforation is limited by the stops 33. 3 to the position shown in Fig. 2, the elasticity of the element 26 causes its arms to bend back and return to the position shown in Fig. 2. In using a variant of the device according to the invention, the device is first loaded by unscrewing the mouthpiece part 7 from the body 1 and placing the capsule in the cup-shaped recess of the vane 3. The mouthpiece part 7 is then screwed back into the body 1 and the device is then ready for use. In using the device, the user first pierces the capsule by moving the sleeve 30 from the position shown in Fig. 2 to the position shown in Fig. 3 and then back to the position shown in Fig. 2. The user now places the mouthpiece 7 in his mouth and breathes through the device, thereby introducing the medication contained in the capsule into his mouth. PL PL PL
