Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest znacznik, wchodzacy w sklad zestawu do oznakowania stref niebezpiecznych sluzacego do oznaczania rejonów i stref niebezpiecznych oraz przejsc wykonanych w tych strefach.Dotychczas znane sa znaczniki, wchodzace w sklad zestawu do oznakowania przejsc, które skladaja sie ze slupka zakonczonego z jednej strony grotem a z drugiej plytka zaczepowa na której osadza sie znak informacyjny ze sygnalizatorem swietlnym.Slupek w czesci srodkowej posiada na stale zamocowana ostroge.Istota wzoru uzytkowego polega na tym, ze znacznik zawiera slupek skladajacy sie z segmentów w postaci rurki, która posiada otwory montazowe, wykonane w pewnej odleglosci od siebie w jednej linii wzdluz osi podluznej i jest zakonczona przewezeniem, w którym umieszczony jest mechanizm blokujacy. Until now, markers included in a set for marking crossings, which consist of a post ended on one side with a tip and on the other, a catch plate on which an information sign with a light signal is placed. The post in the central part has a fixed spike. The essence of the utility model consists in the fact that the marker contains a post consisting of segments in the form of a tube, which has mounting holes made at a certain distance from each other in one line along the longitudinal axis and is ended with a groove in which the locking mechanism is placed. At the same time, an information sign with a light signal is attached to the segment constituting the beginning of the post with the help of fasteners through the distance brackets, while the segment constituting the other end of the post is separately connected to the point. The advantage of the solution according to the utility model is simple structure and ease of assembly and disassembly as well as the possibility of mounting the post with different heights depending on the needs and terrain conditions, which ensures high effectiveness of marking in conditions of good and limited visibility.
