Description

KI. 21 d1, 55/03 Opublikowano: 30JY.1971 MKP H 02 k, 9/02 UKD Twórca wynalazku: Ludwik Piprek.Wlasciciel patentu: Zaklady Konstrukcyjno-Doswiadczalne Przemyslu Maszyn Elektrycznych „Kornel" Przedsiebiorstwo Panstwowe Wyod¬ rebnione, Katowice (Polska) Uklad wentylacyjny osiowy przewietrzanych maszyn elektrycznych Wynalazek dotyczy udoskonalenia ukladu wentyla¬ cyjnego osiowego przewietrzanych maszyn elektrycz¬ nych, zwlaszcza maszyn elektrycznych sredniej i duzej mocy.Dotychczas stosowana klasyczna wentylacja osiowa posiada otwory wlotowe i wylotowe miedzy powierzch¬ niami czolowymi pakietów stojana i wirnika, a po¬ wierzchnia czolowa obudowy. Dodatkowe otwory usytuowane w kadlubie pomiedzy czolowymi powierzchniami pakietu stojana wprowadza¬ ja struge nie nagrzanego czynnika chlodzacego z zew¬ natrz do obszaru nagrzanego pakietu blach stojana. Ca¬ ly uklad wykazuje zmniejszenie oporów aerodynamicz¬ nych. PL PLKI. 21 d1, 55/03 Published: 30JY.1971 MKP H 02 k, 9/02 UKD Inventor: Ludwik Piprek. Patent owner: Zaklady Konstrukcyjno-Doswiadczalne Przemyslu Maszyn Elektrycznych "Kornel" Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe Wyod¬ rębnione, Katowice (Poland) Axial ventilation system for ventilated electric machines The invention concerns an improvement of the axial ventilation system for ventilated electric machines, especially medium and high power electric machines. The classical axial ventilation used so far has inlet and outlet openings between the front surfaces of the stator and rotor stacks and the front surface of the housing. However, the size of these openings is limited by design conditions and therefore the amount of coolant introduced is limited. Moreover, when the cooling medium is introduced from one side along the entire length of the machine to the other side, a large axial temperature difference is created in the windings, which adversely affects the thermal performance of the machine. The aim of the invention is to improve the cooling of the machine by introducing an additional stream of fresh cooling medium into it. In accordance with the defined task, the axial ventilation system according to the invention has been improved by making additional inlet holes in the housing located above the outer side surface of the stator plate pack between its front surfaces. Through these holes, cold cooling medium is sucked in from the outside through the fan located on the machine shaft, which, after flowing around the stator pack, is thrown out together with the stream. normally used for ventilation. To ensure proper coolant flow distribution, additional apertures of appropriate shape are provided, located in the frontal plane of the stator plate pack on the inlet side. Additional openings located in the fuselage between the frontal surfaces of the stator pack introduce a stream of unheated coolant from the outside into the area of the heated stator plate pack. The entire system demonstrates reduced aerodynamic drag. This results in a reduction in the average temperature rise of the machine and a more uniform temperature distribution along the machine axis, which allows for savings in construction materials, including copper and aluminum. The improved axial ventilation system according to the invention is explained based on an example embodiment. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the schematic drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows cross-section A—A through the inlet holes in the bearing shield and cross-section B—B through the additional inlet holes in the machine housing. Fig. 2 shows a cross-section C—C along the horizontal axis of the machine. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, housing 2 has additional inlet openings 1 in both side walls, through which a ventilator located at the end of the machine shaft draws in an additional stream 5 of cooling medium from the inside, which then, together with the stream 6 of normally used ventilation also passing through the rotor channels 7, throws it outside the machine. To establish the proper distribution of the cooling medium flow, diaphragms 4 are located in the frontal plane of the pack of stator plates 3 on the inlet side, which direct the additional stream. The machine has additional inlet holes (1) located above the outer side surface of the stator pack, between the front surfaces of this pack. PL PL
