< Taki sposób oczyszczania wybitnie zwieksza wy¬ dajnosc urzadzenia • i gwarantuje dokladne oczy¬ szczenie powietrza. Z rozdzielczej dyszy 5 powietrze przeplywa poprzez komore 7 i filtry 15 do czesci wylotowej urzadzenia, skad juz jako oczyszczone 5 wyplywa z powrotem do atmosfery zewnetrznej. Podcisnienie wywolane dzialaniem ezek- tora 12 powoduje równiez zasysanie powietrza z przedniej, wylotowej czesci urzadzenia. PL PLPublished: 18.VII.1971 62763 IC. 5 d, 5/20 MKP E 21 f, 5/20 UKD Inventors of the invention: Jerzy Rabsztyn, Roman Zahaczewski, Adam Zyzak, Eugeniusz Bak Patent owner: Central Mining Institute, Katowice (Poland) Device for air dedusting in mining faces The subject of the invention is a device designed for dust removal from mining faces, in which, during the mining of rocks, dust is produced which is harmful to health and poses a risk of explosion. There are industrial devices used to dedust the air, which are equipped with dust separators in the form of a cyclone. These devices do not provide an adequate degree of purification of the air, especially from the finest fractions, for which often devices with a linen filter are used. Another disadvantage of these devices is that when there is a large amount of dust, they require frequent disassembly and cleaning of the filter cartridge, which is very time-consuming, because usually filter cleaning is done manually, while mechanical cleaning of the filter requires additional devices that make it very complicated. air purification, and at the same time do not guarantee a thorough cleaning of the filter element. There are also wet dust collectors, which for proper operation require a hydraulic system supplying clean water and draining polluted water. The disadvantage of these devices is, inter alia, that the separation of small solids from the contaminated water is associated with great technological difficulties. Moreover, the wet dust collectors are of complicated construction, not easy to manufacture and service, and uncertain in operation. Therefore, these devices have so far not found a wider practical application in industry. The device which is the subject of the present invention does not have the above-mentioned drawbacks and inconveniences. The essence of this device lies in the fact that its flight hull consists of three sections connected one by one. The inlet section of this hull, provided with a blade impeller, causes the air being cleaned to swirl around the hull axis. The central section, intended for the separation and removal of air pollutants, has the suction distribution nozzles mounted in the hull axis and in the lower part a settling chamber connected with the ejector chamber and a compressed air pipe. On the other hand, the exhaust section has internally arranged filters for thorough cleaning of the air, and a fan which creates a depression in the casing of the device causing air to flow through the device. In addition, the inlet section, in the axial section of the hull, has the shape of a rectangular passing into a trapezoid and then back into a closed cone, a gate separating the fleet section from the middle section. An advantage of the device according to the invention is, inter alia, that it is pneumatic and can therefore be used even where there is no water. A further advantage of the device is that it purifies the air in a two-stage manner, first separating the coarse grain dust and then the air. cleans more thoroughly on filters. <Such a method of cleaning significantly increases the efficiency of the device and guarantees thorough cleaning of the air. An additional advantage "of the device is the automatic evacuation of the collected dust from the filters and the hopper. Moreover, the device according to the invention has a simple structure, easy to manufacture and operate, and is reliable in operation. The low weight of this device is particularly advantageous in terms of mining conditions, because the device can be easily moved forward along with the progress of the works. The subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, which shows the device in a vertical longitudinal section. As shown in the figure, the device from The dusting of the air has a through-body 1 consisting of three successively connected sections, the inlet section A of which consists of two pipe sections of different diameters, connected by a conical section, the section closer to the inlet having a larger diameter from the diameter of the section located closer to the center of the device. This section is provided with an inlet opening 2, in which a a blade impeller 3 to swirl the cleaned air and a damper 4 to separate these sections from the next section. The middle section B along the axis of the fuselage 1 has aspirating, distributing nozzles 5 provided on the circumference with holes 6 of adjustable size, and fixedly attached to the distribution chamber 7 connecting the sections B with the next section. In addition, in the lower part, section B has a trapezoidal chamber 8 connected to the ejector chamber 9 and to the compressed air conduit 10 through the holes 11. This pipeline is terminated by an ejector 12 placed in the ejector chamber 9, which connects to the conduit 13 draining dirt in the air to be treated. In contrast, section C is provided with filters 14 for thorough air cleaning, which are mounted in a filter chamber 15 connected to the exhaust portion of the fuselage 1 provided with a fan 16. The device according to the invention works as follows. Under the influence of the air depression generated by the fan 17 located in the front part of section C, the air is sucked in from the surroundings through the inlet opening 2. The suction air, after passing through the impeller 3, is swirled around the axis of the fuselage 1. Such the turbulence of the air causes that larger particles of pollutants, due to the centrifugal force, are thrown towards the fuselage 1, while the finer particles rotate closer to the axis. In the middle section B there is a separation of air pollutants, coarser particles fall down, and the finer ones are sucked in through the holes 6 and the inlet of the distribution nozzle 5, the size of the holes 2 763 4 6 being dependent on the amount of the coarser fraction in the dusty air. From the distribution nozzle 5, the air flows through the chamber 7 and filters 15 to the outlet part of the device, from where it flows back to the outside atmosphere when cleaned 5. After a certain time of operation of the device, depending on the degree of dust in the air, when the sediment completely covers the bottom of the chamber 8, the fan 16 stops and the gate 4 is closed. Then, through the opening of the valve, compressed air is supplied through the pipeline 10 which activates the ejector 12. The pressure created in the ejector chamber 9 causes the suction of air from the settling tank. chamber 8, compressed air flowing through the openings 11 entraining layers of dust deposited at the bottom of chamber 8 and directing it into the ejector chamber 9. The negative pressure caused by the action of the ejector 12 also sucks air from the front, outlet part of the device. The sucked air then flows through the front part of the fuselage 1 and through the filter chamber 16 and filters 14 into the distribution chamber 7, and hence through the separating nozzles 5 and the settling chamber 8 into the ejector chamber 9. Such a flow of air causes a thorough cleaning. filters 14, which, after cleaning, can still effectively fulfill their task. After cleaning the filters 14 and the settling chamber 8 of accumulated dust, the compressed air supply is closed, the damper 4 is opened and the fan 16 is started. The cycle of the above-described air cleaning activities is repeated anew. By appropriately adjusting the compressed air supply, it is also possible to obtain a continuous discharge of dust from the settling chamber 8 by means of the ejector 12.
