Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet armatury, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do montazu w pomieszczeniach kuchennych i lazienkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii armatury. W sklad kompletu armatury lazienkowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wchodzi zawór natryskowy mieszajacy jednonastawny z dzwignia oraz element scienny zaworu wodnego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku , którego Fig. 1, przedstawia zestawienie obu elementów: 1, 2 kompletu armatury,- Fig. 2 ukazuje pierwszy element 1 kompletu armatury w poszczególnych pojedynczych widokach jako rzut glówny pionowy, w widokach pojedynczych bocznych, od prawej i lewej strony przy 90 0 , w widoku z góry i pojedynczych rzutach perspektywicznych wykonanych pod róznym katem; - Fig. 3 ukazuje drugi element 2 kompletu armatury, w poszczególnych pojedynczych widokach jako rzut glówny pionowy, w widokach pojedynczych bocznych, od prawej i lewej strony przy 90 0 , w widoku z góry i pojedynczych rzutach perspektywicznych wykonanych pod róznym katem. Pierwszy element I kompletu armatury stanowi zawór natryskowy mieszajacy jednonastawny z dzwignia, posiadajacy pusty wewnatrz korpus glówny w ksztalcie zasadniczo litery „U", którego kolisty przekrój poprzeczny w sposób wyrazny powieksza swój rozmiar od srodkowej czesci w kierunku koncówek ramion. Korpus glówny w srodkowej czesci ma cylindryczne ramie o sredniej dlugosci, tworzace kat zplaszczyzna korpusu glównego, które usytuowane jest w zasadzie równolegle w stosunku do dwóch ramion korpusu glównego. Korpus glówny w dolnej czesci wspomnianej srodkowej czesci posiada nieco wystajacy, plaski, cylindryczny aerator, a w górnej czesci posiada kulista galke, natomiast ramie srodkowe zaopatrzone jest w ustawiony pod katem uchwyt sterujacy, posiadajacy wyraznie eliptyczny przekrój poprzeczny, który od swobodnego, plaskiego konca powieksza stopniowo swój wymiar w kierunku koncówki przylaczeniowej do ramienia srodkowego, na którym przyjmuje forme scieta okreslajaca pólkolista krawedz wyznaczajaca scianke, z której wystaje cylindryczna czesc, równiez o scietym ksztalcie, posiadajaca zakonczenie w formie kulistej czaszy. Drugi element 2 kompletu armatury stanowi element scienny zaworu wodnego, obejmujacy kolnierz, z którego wystaje pusty w srodku korpus o przekroju kolowym, którego przekrój zmniejsza sie nieco od kolnierza w kierunku swobodnego konca, utworzonego przez kolowa plaszczyzne, tworzaca kat z kolnierzem. Na korpusie znajduje sie uchwyt sterujacy oprzekroju wyraznie eliptycznym, który od swobodnego plaskiego konca stopniowo zwieksza swoja srednice w kierunku konca przylaczonego do zaworu wodnego, w którym to miejscu posiada pólkoliste sciecie, z którego wystaje cylindryczna czesc o scietym ksztalcie, posiadajaca zakonczenie w postaci kulistej czaszy. Elementy 1, 2 kompletu armatury wedlug wzoru wytwarzane sa z metalu metoda odlewania i obróbki powierzchni i przeznaczone sa do montazu w umywalkach, wannach i kabinach natryskowych oraz zlewozmywakach. Na korpusie znajduje sieuchwyt sterujacy o przekroju wyraznie eliptycznym, który od swobodnego plaskiego konca stopniowo zwieksza swoja srednice w kierunku konca przylaczonego do zaworu wodnego, w którym to miejscu posiada pólkoliste sciecie, z którego wystaje cylindryczna czesc o scietym ksztalcie, posiadajaca zakonczenie w postaci kulistej czaszy.Fig. 1Fig. 2Fig. 3 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of fittings, intended particularly for installation in kitchens and bathrooms. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the fitting lines. The bathroom fitting set according to the industrial design includes a single-setting mixing shower valve with a lever and a wall element for the water valve. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 of which presents a combination of both elements: 1 and 2 of the fitting set; Fig. 2 shows the first element 1 of the fitting set in individual individual views as a main vertical projection, in individual side views, from the right and left at 90°, in a top view, and in individual perspective views taken from various angles; - Fig. 3 shows the second element 2 of the fittings set, in individual single views as a main vertical projection, in individual side views, from the right and left side at 90°, in a top view and individual perspective views taken from different angles. The first element I of the fittings set is a single-setting mixing shower valve with a lever, having a hollow main body in the shape of the letter "U", the circular cross-section of which clearly increases in size from the middle part towards the ends of the arms. The main body in the middle part has a cylindrical arm of medium length, forming an angle with the plane of the main body, which is situated essentially parallel to the two arms of the main body. The main body in the lower part of the aforementioned middle part has a slightly protruding, flat, cylindrical aerator, and in the upper part it has a spherical knob, while the middle arm is equipped with a control handle set at an angle, having a clearly elliptical cross-section, which from the free, flat end gradually increases in size towards the connecting end to the middle arm, on which it takes a truncated form defining a semicircular edge defining a wall from which a cylindrical part protrudes, also of truncated shape, having an ending in the form of a spherical cap. The second element 2 of the fitting set is a wall element of the water valve, comprising a flange from which protrudes a hollow body with a circular cross-section, the cross-section of which decreases slightly from the flange towards the free end, formed by a circular plane forming an angle with the flange. The body features a control handle with a distinctly elliptical cross-section, which gradually increases in diameter from the free flat end towards the end connected to the water valve, where it has a semicircular chamfer, from which protrudes a cylindrical, truncated part with a spherical bowl-shaped end. Elements 1 and 2 of the fitting set, as per the pattern, are manufactured from metal using casting and surface treatment and are intended for installation in washbasins, bathtubs, shower enclosures, and sinks. The essential feature of the industrial design is that: - the first element of the first set of fittings is a single-setting mixing shower valve with a lever, having a hollow main body in the shape of the letter "U", the circular cross-section of which clearly increases in size from the middle part towards the ends of the arms, wherein the main body in the middle part has a cylindrical arm of medium length, forming an angle with the plane of the main body, which is situated basically parallel to the two arms of the main body, while in the lower part of the said middle part the main body has a slightly protruding, flat, cylindrical aerator, and in the upper part it has a spherical knob, while the middle arm is provided with an angled control handle, having a clearly elliptical cross-section, which gradually increases in size from the free, flat end its dimension towards the connection end to the central arm, on which it takes a truncated form defining a semicircular edge defining a wall from which a cylindrical part protrudes, also of truncated shape, having an ending in the form of a spherical bowl, - the second element 2 of the fittings set is a wall element of the water valve, including a flange from which a hollow body with a circular cross-section protrudes, the cross-section of which decreases slightly from the flange towards the free end formed by a circular plane forming an angle with the flange. On the body there is a control handle with a clearly elliptical cross-section, which gradually increases in diameter from the free flat end towards the end connected to the water valve, where it has a semicircular cut, from which protrudes a cylindrical part with a cut shape, ending in a spherical cap.
