The subject of the industrial design is a sliding door profile strip used as a finishing element for the edge of sliding doors, simultaneously acting as a handle enabling the door to slide. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the strip, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape, surface properties, and decorative elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, showing the strip in a perspective view. Among the features of the industrial design are that the sliding door profile strip, according to the solution, is preferably made of metal and covered with a protective layer. The color of the protective layer, which determines the strip's aesthetic, can be freely selected to suit individual needs. The profile strip, in accordance with the industrial design shown in the drawing, has a cross-sectional shape of a channel with a wetting 1 in the center of the vertical arm 2. The embossment 1 forms a recess on the outside, and a convexity on the inside. On the extension of the vertical arm 2, there is a leg 3 with a bend 4 along the arc toward the inside, then directed upwards, after which it is bent again into an arc, but in the opposite direction, and in the further section, situated parallel to the horizontal arm 5.
