Istote wzoru - stanowi nowa postac stojaka, a takze jego odmian, przejawiajaca sie w ich oryginalnych ksztaltach, które: - w odniesieniu do tradycyjnych, dotychczas spotykanych stojaków, charakteryzuja pionowe elementy nosne, pomiedzy którymi zamocowane zostaly plaskie plytki, tworzace podstawki pod donice kwiatowe. The essence of the design is a new form of the stand, as well as its variations, manifested in their original shapes, which: - Compared to traditional stands, are characterized by vertical support elements, between which flat plates are mounted, forming bases for flower pots. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the drawings, where Figs. 1 to 7 depict subsequent variations of the developed stand. The stand shown in Fig. 1 consists of three vertical support elements, spaced evenly apart, with both the lower and upper ends slightly bent outward. Between these elements – in their upper and lower parts – are placed horizontally two flat plates, the outline of which resembles a six-petaled flower. Above each of these plates is a hoop that additionally connects the vertical support elements of the stand. The stand shown in Fig. 2 consists of three short, vertical support elements, spaced evenly apart, with their lower ends slightly bent outward. Between these elements, at their upper end, is a horizontally placed flat plate, the outline of which resembles a six-petaled flower. Above the described plate is a hoop that additionally connects the vertical support elements of the stand. The stand shown in Fig. 3 consists of three vertical support elements, spaced evenly apart, with their lower ends bent outward so that each resembles an inverted question mark. Between these elements – at their upper part and just above the curve of the supporting elements, as well as at their lower part – are placed horizontally three flat plates, the outline of which resembles a six-petal flower. Above each of these plates is a hoop that additionally connects the vertical supporting elements of the stand. The stand shown in Fig. 4 consists of three equally spaced supporting elements, each of a different height and each resembling the shape of the letter "U". At the top of each of these elements, between the arms of the letter "U", is placed horizontally a flat plate in the shape of a six-petal flower. Above each of these plates is a hoop that additionally connects the vertical supporting elements of the stand. The stand shown in the drawing, fig. 5, has a central, middle element in the form of a tall lamp and three supporting elements placed around it at equal intervals, each of which is a different height and each resembles the shape of the letter "U". In the upper part of each of these elements, between the arms of the letter "U", a flat plate in the shape of a six-petal flower is placed horizontally. Above each of these plates, there is a hoop that additionally connects the vertical supporting elements of the stand. The stand shown in the drawing, fig. 6, consists of three supporting elements in the shape of the letter "L", placed at equal intervals from each other, with the lower arms facing outwards. The lower arm of each supporting element is of a different height, while their higher arms are equal. Between these elements, in their upper and lower parts, as well as in the upper part of each of these elements, between the arms of the letter "L", a flat plate in the shape of a six-petal flower is placed horizontally. Above each of these plates is a hoop that additionally fastens together the vertical supporting elements of the stand. The stand shown in the drawing, fig. 7, consists of two, parallel to each other, supporting elements in the shape of a heart mounted on horizontal bases. Between these elements are placed horizontally four flat plates in the shape of six-petal flowers - one in the upper part of the supporting elements, the second in the lower part of these elements, and the third and fourth in their middle parts. Above each of these plates is a hoop that additionally fastens together the supporting elements of the stand. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 3 is that: - it consists of three vertical load-bearing elements, set at equal distances from each other, which are bent outwards in their lower part in such a way that each of them resembles an inverted question mark, and - between these elements - in their upper part and just above the bend of the load-bearing elements, as well as in their lower part - three flat plates are placed horizontally, the outline of which resembles the shape of a six-petal flower, and - above each of these plates there is a ring additionally fastening the vertical load-bearing elements of the stand together. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 4 is that: - it consists of three supporting elements set at equal intervals, each of which is of a different height and each resembles the shape of the letter "U", while - in the upper part of each of these elements, between the arms of the letter "U", there is a horizontally placed flat plate in the shape of a six-petal flower, and - above each of these plates there is a hoop additionally connecting the vertical supporting elements of the stand. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 6 is that: - it consists of three supporting elements in the shape of the letter "L" placed at equal intervals from each other, with the lower arms outwards, wherein - the lower arm of each of the supporting elements is of a different height, while their higher arms are equal, while - between these elements, in their upper and lower parts, as well as in the upper part of each of these elements, between the arms of the letter "L" - there is a horizontally placed flat plate in the shape of a six-petal flower, while - above each of these plates there is a hoop additionally fastening together the vertical supporting elements of the stand. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 7 is that: - it consists of two, parallel to each other, supporting elements in the shape of a heart placed on horizontal bases, and - between these elements there are four horizontally placed flat plates in the shape of six-petal flowers - respectively one: in the upper part of the supporting elements, the second: in the lower part of these elements, and the third and fourth: in their middle part, and - above each of these plates there is a hoop that additionally fastens the supporting elements of the stand together.
