1 przedstawia schemat ciagu technologicznego do oczyszczania surowca, fig. 2 przedstawia separator w widoku z góry, fig. 3 przedstawia przekrój separatora wzdluz linii A-A na fig. 2, fig. 4 przedstawia przekrój separatora wzdluz linii B-B na fig. 2.Oczyszczanie surowca sposobem wedlug wyna¬ lazku realizowane jest w ciagu technologicznym, który sklada sie z zasobnika ziemniaków A, prze¬ nosnika zgrzeblowego B, zasilajacego surowcem obrotowy otrzasacz bebnowy C, przenosnika zgrze¬ blowego D, zasilajacego oczyszczonym wstepnie w osrodku powietrznym surowcem separator wod¬ ny E, z którego calkowicie oczyszczony surowiec przesypywany jest do pojemnika F, skad grawi¬ tacyjnie opada do krajalnic G, a nastepnie prze¬ nosnikiem zgrzeblowym H, podawany jest do su¬ szarki J.Separator wo3ny E posiada korpus 1 wykonany w ksztalcie cylindra stanowiacego w czesci dolnej stozek sciety zakonczony zasuwa 2, laczaca korpus z pojemnikiem 3, sluzacym do osadzania blota.Pojemnik 3 posiada szczelna pokrywe 4. Instalacja wodna 29 sluzy do napelniania i opróznienia z wody separatora. The so far known method of mechanical cleaning of potatoes is carried out in the air, where it consists in preliminary cleaning of potatoes on a shock reef, and then in a rotary cleaning drum, through which blown hot air or exhaust gas dries and at the same time separates impurities in the form of soil, mud, sand and lettuce, and then in a separating system of spiked drums, separating the remains of impurities, especially solid bodies such as stones, bricks and metal objects. In the air center, cleaning is used only in a water medium, which is carried out with the use of half-open, distillery-type flail flasks, paratoire-type flasks with horizontally positioned screw axis or positioned at an angle, and with the use of rotating drums attached to the body with disposable paddles Water purification of the raw material intended for distillery with the use of multi-stage splints was also applied. Despite the multi-stage cleaning treatments used in the air center, the required cleanliness class standard has not been achieved so far with a single pass of potatoes through the purification elements. The previously used method of purifying potatoes exclusively in an aqueous medium did not meet this condition either. In both technological processes independent of each other, individual operations were repeated at least twice in order to obtain the appropriate purity class. The second purity class was usually achieved, at which the impurities ranged from 3.5 to 4%. The main disadvantage of cleaning in the air center was too little selection of the raw material, because the shock reef was flooded with earth, mud and lethargy, and did not separate larger stones and other solids at all, these objects were not separated by the drum dried with hot air or exhaust fumes. The looming system of barbed drums, used in the next sequence, transported stones and other solids for further processing together with potatoes, which, due to jamming between the spines, were fed to the blades of the cutters, causing frequent damage to them. purification of the raw material in an aqueous medium as a separate and independent method of cleaning had similar inconveniences. The design of the devices used for this purpose, such as half-open mouthpieces, seawater-seals, rotating drums, and multi-stage floaters, made it impossible to fully capture impurities, especially stones and other solids. Other disadvantages of known devices include count their supply with one-time doses of raw material that prevents the production of belt production, large consumption of water and drying agents, low efficiency and large losses of raw material, and their high failure rate during operation. Particularly troublesome in operation was the construction of barbed drums in which the attached spikes, under the influence of larger solids, broke out, which resulted in the reduction of their effectiveness. The devices used were not self-cleaning, which resulted in frequent interruptions in production. according to the invention and an apparatus for carrying out this method. The aim of the invention is to develop a construction of a water separator which, set up in the process line according to the invention, will allow to obtain a high degree of purity of potatoes, exceeding even the established international trade standards. The task was solved according to the invention in such a way that the potatoes in the first phase are cleaned in the air with a rotating drum, and then the cleaning process takes place in an aqueous medium by introducing the raw material into a water separator, where it encounters vortices of water produced by a rotating agitator with an opposing arrangement of blades . Under the influence of the appropriately selected rotational speed of the agitator, and thus the centrifugal force generated by the forced movement of water towards the side of the separator, potatoes having a specific weight slightly higher than that of water flow over the surface of a ring-shaped two-section flat grate, located below the water table. at a distance of 400 to 800 mm, while heavier objects move towards the lower parts of the separator and settle on a fixed two-section flat grate. The upper blades of the agitator set at the right angle cause an increased displacement of the potatoes during rotation, by the centrifugal force from the separator center towards its side, they go to the trough of the mechanical conveyor, which discharges them outside the separator. The lower blades of the agitator, opposed to the upper blades, generate a movement of water towards the center of the separator, thus causing the radial force and the central displacement of heavier objects on the grate, along the annular slots of the split grate towards the compartment under which the mechanical conveyor separating on the outside of the separator all objects settle on its working surface. The compartment made in the ring-shaped two-section flat grate is 20 to 40% of its total area, thanks to which impurities are selected and fully separated from the raw material. Remnants of soil, mud and sand rinsed from the surface of the potatoes fall through the slots of the two-section grate and are moved to the lower parts of the separator, the thoroughly cleaned potatoes are directed to the slicers, and the separated, heavier items are sent to the means of transport. The advantage of purified potatoes in the air and water center is obtaining a very low silica content, below 1 ° / ©, and the complete elimination of other impurities, especially such as stones, bricks and metal objects. The device according to the invention is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the flow diagram for cleaning the raw material, Fig. , Fig. 3 is a sectional view 2, Fig. 4 shows a section of the separator along the line AA in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 shows a cross-section of the separator along the BB line in Fig. 2. a rotary drum conveyor C feeding a raw material, a belt conveyor D, feeding a water separator E which is pre-cleaned in an air medium, from which the completely cleaned raw material is poured into a container F, from which it falls by gravity to the slicers G, and then The water separator E has a body 1 made in the shape of a cylinder forming a cone in the lower part H, and a gate 2 connecting the body with the container 3 used to deposit mud. The container 3 has a tight cover 4. In the cylindrical part of the body 1, a trap 5 is built in the form of a longitudinal trough 6, inside which a conveyor is located. The conveyor 7 is driven from a horizontal roller 8 by a chain wheel 9 and a chain 10. The longitudinal trough 6 is located below the upper surface of the ring-shaped two-part grate 11, made of round rods 12 constitute ring sections with an appropriate fixed switch 13. The ring-shaped two-section grate is divided into two parts by a channel 14 and is located 400 to 800 mm below the overflow opening 15 which determines the water level in the separator. This distance is independent of the size of the separator. , allows the potatoes to float and to be thrown out by the centrifugal force outside the separator, as well as to ensure that the separated impurities are moved in the opposite direction. Above the ring-shaped two-part grate is a stirrer 16 equipped with an arrangement of upper blades 17 adjustable at an angle in relation to its arm. directing water jets towards the inside the outer walls of the body, and an adjustable arrangement of lower blades 18 directed at an angle opposite to the upper blades, directing the water jets towards the central parts of the body. Stirrer ^ 16 drive 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 50 55 605 63291 6 is driven from a horizontal roller 8 by means of a pair of conical gears 19. The rotating separator elements are driven by a motor 20 through gears 21. On the side of the cylindrical part of the body 1 above the ring-shaped two-part grate there is an ejection port 22 through which the cleaned potatoes are discharged onto a mechanical conveyor 23, located inclined in the outer trough 24, which is an extension of the body 1. The drive of the mechanical conveyor 23 is obtained by means of a motor 25 by gear 26. The discharge port 27 is located below the annular split grate and connects the cylindrical body with the space of the outer trough 28. The water installation 29 serves to fill and empty the separator from water. The separator is systematically fed with raw material, which is pre-cleaned in a rotary shaker. drum. Driven by an electric motor 20, the horizontal shaft 8 transmits the drive to the vertical axis of the agitator 16 by means of a pair of conical toothed wheels, and the drive to a mechanical conveyor 7 removing impurities in the form of stones, bricks, metal and other objects to the reservoir provided. it is of the same horizontal fight by means of chain wheels and chains 10. The mechanical conveyor 23 that discharges the cleaned potatoes from the separator into the container F is driven by a separate motor 25. The mud-covered container 3 is periodically emptied by opening the cover 4, this operation being is performed with the shutter 2 closed, maintaining the continuous operation of the separator, and thus the entire technological sequence.
