Przesuwanie tamy w kierunku eksploatowanego przod¬ ka odbywa sie za pomoca belek laczacych tame z prze¬ nosnikiem poprzez przesuwniki hydrauliczne zabudo¬ wane w zmechanizowanej obudowie zespolowej sciany. 1 przedstawia tame w widoku z boku, fig. 2 — odchylne dzwignie ze sprezynowym elemen¬ tem, fig. 3 — odchylne dzwignie z gumowym elemen¬ tem, fig. 4 — tame w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 — prze¬ krój wzdluz linii A—A zaznaczonej na fig. 6, a fig. 50 PL PL PL Published: September 25, 1971 63387 KI. 5 d, 15/02 MKP E 21 f, 15/02 UKD 622.273.2 Co-inventors: Wlodzimierz Sikora, Zygmunt Dabinski, Zenon Mro- . So, Sławomir Starzynski • Patent owner: Central Mining Institute, Katowice (Poland) Sliding backfilling dam for longwall workings The subject of the invention is a sliding backfilling dam for longwall workings "operated in individual or mechanized support, intended for continuous liquidation of post-mining voids. The previously known sliding backfilling dam for mechanized support consists of fixed lower sections and movable upper sections connected to each other by means of hydraulic cylinders, whose task is to expand the dam structure between the roof and the floor of the backfilled working. Each time the dam is moved, its upper part should be lowered by means of cylinders and after moving it should be expanded again in The dam is moved towards the working face using beams connecting the dam to the conveyor via hydraulic shifters installed in the mechanized longwall support. A disadvantage of this dam is the need to lower and expand it each time it is moved. Furthermore, this dam's design cannot be used with individual longwall supports due to the lack of a moving device. Another disadvantage of this dam is the need to use a large number of expensive hydraulic cylinders, along with installation and a power supply system. A sliding backfill dam designed to work with individual supports is also known, which expands in the working using individual hydraulic struts constituting a system of levers. 20, 25, 30 articulated joints. The arrangement of these levers does not ensure full stability of the dam after it is released for movement. Furthermore, this dam has a backfill fabric mounted on roof and floor beams connected by chains. In such a configuration, the backfill pressure generates very high forces in the tensioned chains, which are transferred through the beams to the lever system that spreads the dam. This consequently requires the use of structural elements with large cross-sections, and therefore heavy ones. A further disadvantage of the dam is that it does not have a device for moving it in the wake of the advancing mining face. The sliding backfill dam according to the invention, which consists of several or a dozen sections built along The essence of the invention is that each section consists of a spreading structure connected to the conveyor gates by means of a hydraulic cylinder spreading in the excavation by a hydraulic support placed in the sliding structure, and two pivoting levers, held in constant contact with the excavation ceiling by elastic elements, and mounted on the extendable beam of the spreading structure. The spreading structure also has two horizontal bolts connected by flexible strands with a unit elongation smaller than the drainable fabric. The advantage of the dam according to the invention is, among other things, that in the event of ceiling unevenness or changes in the wall height, it allows for adaptation to these conditions without additional actions in the form of Lowering and expanding the dam. Continuous elastic pressure against the roof is achieved by a system of levers tensioned by elastic elements. This system eliminates the need for hydraulic devices to loosen and expand the dam during its movement and ensures continuous and tight separation of the space being backfilled from the mining excavation. The pressure of the backfill on the dam during backfilling also causes additional expansion and sealing of the dam under the mining roof. The dam is also equipped with an additional system designed to pull it up in line with the progressing mining, in the form of hydraulic shifters and struts, enabling the dam to be used in longwalls guided by mining support, for example, props individually strutted in the excavation. The dam's design can also be used for powered roof supports after replacing hydraulic shifters with pull rods and removing hydraulic struts. An additional advantage of this strap is its simple construction, which does not require expensive hydraulic installations for its loosening and spreading. Moreover, this strap can be used both for individual supports and powered roof supports in various mining and geological conditions. The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the strap in a side view, Fig. 2 — pivoting levers with a spring element, Fig. 3 — pivoting levers with a rubber element, Fig. 4 — the strap in a front view, Fig. 5 — a cross-section along the line A—A marked in Fig. 6, and Fig. 6 — detail "A" marked in Fig. 4. The drawing shows each section of the dam according to the invention, consisting of a spreading structure 1 provided with a lower bolt 2 and a base seal 3. At the top of the structure 1 there is a second bolt 4 attached, which is connected to the lower bolt 2 by means of flexible rods 5. On the dam, on the side of the space "T" to be supported, there is a drainable fabric 6 attached. At the top, the spreading structure 1 is terminated with a sliding beam 7 with a joint 8 and a supporting foot 9, to which a resilient element 10 is attached, connected by means of a connector 11 to a pivoting lever 12. The pivoting lever 12 has supporting feet 13, 17 and a bolt 15 connected to the spreading structure 1 by means of a joint 14. with a limited angle of inclination in the vertical plane. A lever 17a is also attached to the lever 12 by means of a joint 16, which has a ceiling seal 18 with springs 18a attached to one end, and a resilient element 19, which can be a spring or rubber, attached to the other end, while the other end of the resilient element 19 is attached to the supporting foot 9 by means of a beam 20. The expanding structure 1 has two catches 21, 22, one of which is placed on the extendable beam 7, on which an inlet window 23 for the flexible* backfilling pipeline 24 is also attached. The system for moving the dam consists of a hydraulic shifter 25 connected at one end to the expanding structure 1 by means of a joint 26, and the other end by means of a joint 27 with gates 28 of the scraper conveyor 39. The spreading system 25 between the roof 29 and the floor 30 of the excavation is carried out by means of hydraulic spreaders 31 placed in the sliding structure 32, which is connected with the shifter 25 by means of a pin 41. The joints 14 with a limited inclination angle have an insert 33, which connects the spreading structure 1 with the central bolt 4 by means of a horizontal pin 34 and a vertical pin 35, and elastic buffers 36 are placed between the insert 33 and the structure 1. Backfilling of the mined space using a sliding backfilling belt according to the invention The dam structure is set behind the last row of support 37 and after connecting the individual sections into one whole using extendable beams 7, the upper segment is spread so that the roof seal 18 is pressed against the excavation roof. After the dam is sealed, the shoring begins, during which the drainable fabric 6 20 rests against the mesh support created by the flexible tendons 5. The dam is moved to a new location using a hydraulic shifter 25. If, during the dam movement or at the location where it is installed, there are any irregularities in the excavation roof, then the levers 12, 17a are deflected, and then under the influence of the elastic elements 10 and 19, the roof seal 18 is pressed against the roof. The pivoting levers 12 and 17a allow the dam to be used without any additional actions when the height of the excavation varies within certain limits. In case of greater changes in the height of the excavation, the height of the dam is set by means of the extendable beam 7, locked in the expanding structure by means of the insert 38. In case of unevenness in the floor of the excavation, the stops 36 of the joints 14 enable the dam to tilt, ensuring its tightness at the bottom seal 3. If in the dam according to the invention, instead of the drainable fabric, a diaphragm with greater resistance to tearing and impact is used, then this dam can also be used for all materials used for backing up mine workings. Another variant of the dam according to the invention consists in the following: 45 that instead of the sliding structure with the hydraulic strut, a tie rod is used, which connects the strut structure of the belt with the wall conveyor cooperating with any powered support. 50 PL PL PL
