Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw stylowych mebli skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych mebli charakteryzuje sie zarówno walorami zdobniczymi, jak i zaletami uzytkowymi oraz ergonomicznymi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 - fotel w czolowym widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - widok od czola sofy dwuosobowej, fig. 3 - kanape trzyosobowa w widoku aksonometrycznym od czola. Material ilustracyjny stanowia kolorowe odbitki zdjec poszczególnych mebli. I tak zdjecia przedstawiaja na fig. 4 - fotel jak na fig. 1, fig. 5 - sofe dwuosobowa jak na fig. 2, fig. 6 - kanape trzyosobowa, jak na fig. 3. Zestaw stylowych mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawiera fotel jako jednostke modulowa sofy dwuosobowej i kanapy trzyosobowej. Fotel bedac meblem z rodzaju mebli tapicerowanych ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze podlokietniki przestrzennie uksztaltowane sa w bryle, która w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do elipsy. W srodkowej czesci fotela na cokole umieszczona jest poducha siedziska, ksztaltowana lukowo ze zwisem przednim, przechodzaca z plaszczyzny poziomej do pionowej, tak, ze je j dolne krawedzie znajduja sie w tej samej linii, co konce poduch bocznych podlokietników. Fotel oparty jest na podlozu poprzez przednie i tylnie metalowe rurowe ramiona podporowe w ksztalcie wydluzonej litery „C",z lukowym odchyleniem ramion w kierunku podloza na koncach których znajduja sie koliste pierscieniowe stopki, jak uwidoczniono na rys. fig. 1 i na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa dwuosobowa, stanowiaca skladowy wyrób zestawu stylowych mebli, której cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do podwójnej szerokosci fotela, przy czym tylne oparcie i siedzisko skladaja sie z dwóch segmentów poduch, miedzy którymi znajduja sie szczeliny polaczeniowe bedace w jednej pionowej linii, jak uwidoczniono na fig. 2 i fig. 5. Do zestawu stylowych mebli nalezy równiez kanapa trzyosobowa o cechach istotnych wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujacego sie tym, ze ma siedzisko i tylne oparcie o szerokosci zblizonej do potrójnej szerokosci fotela, przy czym siedzisko i tylne oparcie skladaja sie z trzech segmentów poduch, miedzy którymi znajduja sie dwie szczeliny polaczeniowe bedace w dwóch równoleglych jednych liniach pionowych, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 3 i materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 6. PL PL PLThe industrial design is a set of stylish furniture consisting of an armchair, a two-seater sofa, and a three-seater sofa. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial arrangement of the individual pieces, characterized by both decorative qualities and functional and ergonomic benefits. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings and illustrative material. The drawings show Fig. 1 – a frontal perspective view of the armchair; Fig. 2 – a frontal view of the two-seater sofa; and Fig. 3 – a frontal axonometric view of the three-seater sofa. The illustrative material consists of color prints of photographs of the individual pieces of furniture. For example, the photos in Fig. 4 show an armchair as in Fig. 1, Fig. 5 a two-seater sofa as in Fig. 2, and Fig. 6 a three-seater sofa as in Fig. 3. This stylish furniture set, based on an industrial design, includes an armchair as a modular unit of a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa. The armchair, being an upholstered piece of furniture, has essential industrial design features, characterized by the armrests being spatially shaped within a block whose cross-section is similar to an ellipse. In the armchair's design, the longitudinal axes of the ellipses are tilted outward, forming an obtuse angle with the connecting plinth and the seat cushion resting on it, achieving a stylized goblet shape. On the inside, the armrests feature arc-shaped, layered side cushions. The armrests' shapes are complemented by the arched outline of the upper edge of the rear backrest cushion, which does not extend beyond the outer edges of the armrests. In the center of the armchair, on a plinth, sits the seat cushion, arched with a forward overhang, transitioning from horizontal to vertical, so that its lower edges are aligned with the ends of the side armrest cushions. The armchair is supported on the ground by front and rear tubular metal support arms in the shape of an elongated letter "C", with an arc-shaped deflection of the arms towards the ground, at the ends of which there are circular ring feet, as shown in Fig. 1 and in the illustrative material Fig. 4. A variant of the industrial design is a two-seater sofa, which is a component product of a set of stylish furniture, the essential features of which are industrial design characterized by the fact that it has a seat and a backrest with a width close to twice the width of the armchair, wherein the backrest and the seat consist of two cushion segments, between which there are connecting gaps in one vertical line, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 5. The set of stylish furniture also includes a three-seater sofa with essential features of an industrial design characterized by the fact that it has a seat and a backrest a backrest with a width close to three times the width of the armchair, wherein the seat and the backrest consist of three cushion segments, between which there are two connecting slots in two parallel vertical lines, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3 and the illustrative material Fig. 6.
