Sito szczelinowe, według wzoru użytkowego, cechuje duża wytrzymałość mechaniczna na ścieranie, zwłaszcza najbardziej narażonych, poprzecznych wiązek prętów, podtrzymujących i usztywniających konstrukcję pola sita. The subject of the utility model is a slotted sieve, colloquially known as a harp sieve, formed in the form of a steel grate, intended for screens working mainly in mines of mineral resources and hard coal. All currently known metal slotted screens are made in the form of a grate, the ribs of which are formed of a profiled wire, stiffened with transverse bars. For example, the screen known from the Australian patent AU 32846 has a grate in the form of a woven mesh or horizontal, parallel ribs embedded in the openings of the transverse reinforcing partitions. The same type of a braided wire screen of different thicknesses is presented in Polish patent no. PL 161954, in which the screen area has the appearance of a regular mesh with the diameter of the sides directed transversely to the feed direction by 1.25 greater than the diameter of the sides parallel to the stream of the fed material. A similar solution of a slotted screen is presented in the German patent specification No. DE 69825329, according to which the horizontal ribs of the grid, which constitute the screen area, are supported on transverse bars connected to the base of the screen support frame. Another type of connection of the profiled wire with the bars strengthening the field of the slotted screen is shown in the German patent specification DE 29924351, in which the horizontal profile wire is embedded in channels cut in the transverse screen supports. These supports in various variants of the shapes of the cuts are presented in another German patent no. DE 10106499, DE 4341107 and patent no. DE 10005702. All known solutions of slotted screens are characterized by a major drawback, consisting in the low mechanical durability of the transverse bars, which stiffen the screen field structure. The feed fed from the feeder to the screen relatively quickly damages the joints of the screen field grating, weakening the rigidity of the entire structure. A slotted sieve with a field in the form of a steel grate, formed of a profile wire welded with reinforcing transverse bars, according to the utility model, has transverse reinforcements in the form of a single bar or a bundle of two or more metal rods, woven into the profile wire of the sieve field and additionally sunk in a polyurethane tray . The neighboring steel bars of the bundle are alternately interlaced with the profile wire of the screen grate. The slotted screen, according to the utility model, is characterized by high mechanical resistance to abrasion, especially the most exposed, transverse bundles of bars, supporting and stiffening the screen structure. The bundles of rods, surrounded by polyurethane, alternately woven into the profile wire of the sieve grate, are resistant to abrasive forces arising when the raw material is fed to the sieve and during the sieving process itself. Moreover, the use of polyurethane trays with bundles of bars embedded in them, alternately interwoven into the profile wire, makes it possible to limit the transverse joints in the screen area, while maintaining the rigidity of the screen structure, while increasing the screening degree of the screen. The slotted sieve, according to the utility model, is presented in the drawing showing the view of the sieve in an axonometric projection. The slotted screen has an area 2 in the form of a steel grate, formed from a profiled wire 3, forming the image of a web weave, closed with a rectangular support frame 1. The supporting frame and, on two opposite sides, ends with hook-shaped projections 7, which constitute the catches for the screen housing frame. In the screen area 2, transverse to the ribs of the grate, formed from the profile wire 3, there are bundles of two and three transverse steel bars 4, 5, woven into the profile wire 3 of the screen area 2, while the adjacent bars 4, 5 in the bundle are woven into alternately in each link of the sieve field 2. Each bundle of transverse bars 4, 5 is immersed in a polyurethane tray 6. Protective reservation A slotted sieve with a field in the form of a steel grate, formed from a profile wire welded with transverse reinforcing bars, characterized by reinforcements are in the form of a single bar (4) or a bundle of two or more metal rods (4, 5), of which the adjacent bars (4, 5) of the bundle are alternately intertwined with the profiled wire (3) of the sieve area (2), and each bundle rods (4, 5) and a single rod (4) are embedded in a polyurethane tray (6).
