PL PLDescription of the pattern The subject of the utility model is a combined frog block for turnouts and track crossings, especially for railroads, which includes a monolithic body integrated with the rail elements at the frog entrances. Frogs for turnouts and railroad crossings, including wing rails, bow rails, a uniform frog block in the form of a monolithic body, with a bow formed in it, a throat and elements of rolling wing surfaces as well as frog inlets located on the side of bow rails are known, for example, from patents PL.122894 and PL.131267. The crossings for railroad turnouts and crossings disclosed in patents PL.122894 and PL.131267 contain a single block with a monolithic body made of a material resistant to abrasion and impact. The trestle blocks have standard rail ends on both sides. The known wing rails and the bow rails are attached to said ends by welding or welding. The upper surface of the monolithic bodies of the known blocks includes a bow and grooves separating the bow from the block-formed wing elements forming rolling surfaces for the rolling stock wheels, the wing elements extending towards the bow at the intersections of the crossing and ending near the base of the beak. The implementation of turnouts or crossings with the use of known crossing blocks does not require the use of additional rail elements, apart from the wing and bow rails. According to the above-described solutions, uniform, monolithic blocks of crossings are made of materials resistant to abrasion and impact, usually manganese cast steel, i.e. materials more expensive and more difficult to process than commonly used materials for rail elements of turnouts or crossings. The aim of the formula is to develop such a structure of a complex block of a cross, which will allow the body to be made of a smaller amount of material than known solutions, resistant to abrasion and impact, and at the same time will limit the number of rail elements needed to implement a turnout or a crossroads with the use of a crossing block constructed in this way. An additional purpose of the pattern is to form the body elements in such a way that during the operation of the crossing block in a crossing or turnout, it is possible to reduce the badly impacted block of rolling stock rolled through the crossing, and also to improve the distribution bending stresses of the body during the passage of rolling stock. The technical issues formulated in this way were solved by narrowing the monolithic body and shortening the wing elements in the beak area with simultaneous assembly with the body, on the extension of the wing elements, steel limiters of the groove width, which they designate the intersection of the crossing and thanks to the formation in the wing elements of the body of the running sections with a contour corresponding to the outline of the upper part of the head of the wing rails of the crossing or turnout, and changing the moment of inertia in the cross-section of the body by making a recess. According to the formula, a composite block of a frog with a monolithic body, having on both sides ends with a profile of standardized rails, the upper surface of which contains a bow and frogs defining the throat and separating the bow from the wing elements formed in the body, which these are the elements forming the rolling surfaces for the rolling stock wheels, while towards the bow they pass into the frog's inlets, characterized by the fact that the wing elements on both sides of the block body end with sockets located in the frog's bow, where on the extension of the wing elements in the mentioned sockets there are mounted and rigidly fixed to the body limiters of the groove width, which constitute the ends of the cross inlets, and that the lower surface of the body has slack recesses in the form of a single series of the following sections of the trough one after another. Rigid seating and fastening of the stops to the body is most preferably achieved by means of threaded elements or threaded and welded connections. The wing elements have, on their upper surface, rolling sections with a transverse contour corresponding to the outline of the upper part of the head of a standardized wing rail of an intersection or turnout. PL 64 440 Y1 3 It is obvious for the skilled person that the mentioned rolling sections may have c the outline corresponding to the full outline of the upper part of the rail head essentially to the tip of the beak, while the fringes of the crossing inlets may only have an outline corresponding to a fragment of the outline of the head, because the crossing grooves deflect the rolling sections towards the edges of the body. Said rolling sections are formed on those parts of the upper surface of the wing members which constitute the rolling surfaces for the rolling stock wheels. According to the formula, the crossing block fully implements the technical issues posed. It is simple to build, easy to implement and convenient to use in the construction of the track surface. Forming in the lower surface of the body longitudinal selected in the form of a single series of trough sections, it allows to change the moment of inertia in the cross-section of the block body and thus obtain a more favorable distribution of bending stresses during the frog operation. It is understandable for an expert that depending on technological possibilities or operational needs, recesses in the lower surface of the body may be formed on the whole or part of the body length. The location of the point in relation to the tip of the beak where the wing elements end and the groove width limiters joined with the body begin, is conditioned by the technical requirements for the structure of the entire intersection containing the composite block and without Impact on the essence of the solution, it is only the subject of engineering computational optimization related to the achievement of the required strength coefficients of the frog inlets. As confirmed by the observations, known wing elements, formed in an abrasion-resistant and impact-resistant unitary block, which, in addition to the running surfaces, form the inlets, wear relatively slowly in the near end of the crossings inlets, therefore the shortening of the elements on the side of the outlets and their integration with the steel limiters of the groove width, as this is solved by the formula, does not significantly affect the durability of the crossing. The fabrication of a turn cross or a cross using a composite block being the subject of the pattern requires only fastening in a known manner, for example by welding, the standardized wing rails and bow rails to the ends of the block. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a top view of a complex frog block, with one bay width stop removed (disassembled), fig. 2 - cross-section AA in fig. 1, fig. 3 - 1, Fig. 4 is a cross section BB in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 is a cross section CC in Fig. 1, Fig. 5 is a section DD in Fig. The frog block has a monolithic body 1 made of a material resistant to abrasion and impact, for example manganese cast steel or surface-improved steel. The body 1 of the frog block has on one side, i.e. at one end, the first two lugs 2 with a standard rail profile, which are loose for attaching wing rails (not shown), for example a straight crossover of a turnout. On the other hand, ie at the other end, the block is provided with two second ends 3 with a standard rail profile, there are slackers for attaching the bow rails (not shown). The upper surface of the body 1 comprises a bow 4 and frogs 5, which define the mouth 6 and separate the bow 4 from the wing elements formed in the body 1 7. The wing elements 7 form the rolling surfaces for the rolling stock wheels, and towards the bow 4 go into the inlets 8 of the frog. The wing elements 7 are terminated on both sides of the body 1 with sockets 9 located within the bow 4 of the frog. In the seats 9, before loosening the wing elements 7, there are stops 10 of the groove width 5, one stop 10 in each of the two seats 9 of the body 1. The stops 10 constitute the ends of the inlets 8 crosses. sisters. It will be understood that, for a better illustration of the essence of the pattern, the drawing (fig. 1 and fig. 3) shows, however, a combined frog block with one stop 10, embedded in one seat 9 on one of the sides of the body 1 and the other. by a seat 9 without a stop 10 embedded therein on the other side of the body 1. Rigid mounting and fastening of the stops 10 to the body 1 can be achieved, most preferably, by means of threaded elements 11 or threaded and welded connections. Moreover, the wing elements 7 have, on their upper surface, rolling sections 12 with a transverse outline corresponding to the outline of the upper part of the head of a standard sash rail. PL 64 440 Y1 4 Rolling sections on 12 have an outline corresponding to the full outline of the upper part of the wing. of the normalized rail from the first ends 2, generally up to about half the block length, as shown in Fig. 5, while on the rest of the block length, the rolling segments on the 12th have an outline corresponding to the fragment outline of the top part of the head of the standard rail. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the lower surface of the body 1 has recesses 13 formed by dividing, for example with ribs, a single along a loose trough into a series of successive sections, the length of which preferably corresponds to the distance between successive switch sleepers of the crate. or turnout. When a turnout or crossroads are made with the use of a crossing block, according to the pattern, the sides of the block are attached to the turnout sleepers with elements commonly used in railways. For this purpose, the cross member block is provided on both sides of the body 1 with local recesses 14, intended to engage it with known fasteners, for example with elastic omega-shaped clamps mounted on alloy bolts. in the ribbed sleeper feet.
