Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru u zytkowego jest obudowa panelu akustycznego stosowanego do budowy ekranów wzd lu z tras komunikacyjnych zw laszcza autostrad. Tego rodzaju ekrany s a przeznaczone do t lumienia i absorbcji ha lasu, spalin samochodowych i py lu. Istnieje wiele rozwi aza n paneli o takim przeznaczeniu. Najcz esciej sk ladaj a si e one z zamkni e- tych kaset wype lnionych warstwami t lumiacymi takimi jak we lna mineralna, pianki tworzywowe, kon- glomeraty gumowe itp. Przyk lad takiej kasety jest przedstawiony w opisie wzoru u zytkowego Ru 60273. Kaseta sk lada si e z dwóch aluminiowych ok ladzin wype lnionych warstwami d zwi ekoch lon- nymi wykonanymi z odpadowych materia lów gumowych i kompozycji tworzyw termoplastycznych. D azeniem projektantów i producentów paneli akustycznych jest opracowanie takich rozwi aza n, które zapewni a dostateczn a sztywno sc, trwalosc i dobr a izolacyjnosc akustyczn a, a jednocze snie b ed a uwzgl ednia c aspekty ekonomiczne produkcji i monta zu. Obudowa panelu akustycznego wed lug wzoru u zytkowego zawieraj aca wewn atrz materia l d zwi ekoch lonny i sk ladaj aca si e z ok ladzin wewn etrznej i zewn etrznej polaczonych ze sob a brzegami charakteryzuje si e tym, ze ok ladzin e wewn etrzn a stanowi pofa ldowana i perforowana scianka alumi- niowa a ok ladzin e zewn etrzn a - pofa ldowana scianka wielowarstwowa o warstwie srodkowej z blachy stalowej i warstwach zewn etrznych aluminizowanych oraz tym, ze scianki s a zaopatrzone w trzy wg le- bienia trapezowe usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledem poprzecznej osi symetrii. Taka budowa w stosunku do dotychczasowych rozwi aza n zwi eksza wytrzyma lo sc i izolacyjno sc paneli akustycznych oraz zywotno sc narz edzi perforuj acych a ponadto zapobiega powstawaniu erozji mi edzymetalicznej w miejscu laczenia scianek. Przedmiot wzoru u zytkowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia obu- dow e panelu akustycznego w przekroju poprzecznym, a fig. 2 - przekrój scianki wielowarstwowej w powi ekszeniu. Obudowa panelu akustycznego sk lada si e z ok ladzin wewn etrznej 1 i zewn etrznej 2 wype lnio- nych warstwami d zwi ekoch lonnymi 3. Ok ladziny wewn etrzna 1 i zewn etrzna 2 s a po laczone ze sob a na zak ladk e. Ok ladzin e wewn etrzn a 1 stanowi pofa ldowana i perforowana scianka aluminiowa 4 a ok ladzin e zewn etrzn a 2 pofa ldowana scianka wielowarstwowa 5 o warstwie srodkowej z blachy stalowej 6 i warstwach zewn etrznych aluminizowanych 7. W la sciwo sci warstw zewn etrznych alumuni- zowanych 7 odpowiadaj a w la sciwo sciom scianki aluminiowej 4 co zapobiega powstawaniu erozji mi e- dzymetalicznej. Scianki 4 i 5 s a zaopatrzone w trzy trapezowe wg lebienia 8 usytuowane symetrycznie wzgl e- dem poprzecznej osi symetrii panelu. PL PLDescription of the pattern The subject of the utility model is the housing of the acoustic panel used to build screens along communication routes, especially motorways. These types of screens are designed to suppress and absorb hectares of forest, car exhaust fumes and dust. There are many solutions for such purpose panels. Most often they consist of closed cassettes filled with luminous layers such as mineral wool, plastic foams, rubber conglomerates, etc. An example of such a cassette is presented in the description of the utility model Ru 60273. There are two aluminum linings filled with layers of couplings made of waste rubber materials and thermoplastic compositions. The goal of designers and manufacturers of acoustic panels is to develop solutions that ensure sufficient stiffness, durability and good acoustic insulation, and at the same time take into account the economic aspects of production and assembly. The casing of the acoustic panel according to the utility pattern, containing the inner material and the lintel and consisting of the inner and outer claddings connected with each other by the edges, is characterized by the fact that the inner cladding is undulating and perforated aluminum wall and external cladding - a corrugated multi-layer wall with a middle layer made of steel sheet and external aluminized layers and the fact that the walls are provided with three trapezoidal grooves situated symmetrically about the transverse axis of symmetry. Compared to the previous solutions, such a structure increases the strength and insulation of acoustic panels as well as the service life of perforating tools, and also prevents the occurrence of intermetallic erosion at the connection point of the walls. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the acoustic panel housing in cross-section, and Fig. 2 - enlarged view of a multilayer wall. The casing of the acoustic panel consists of inner 1 and outer 2 cladding filled with absorbent layers 3. Inner 1 and outer outer 2 cladding are interconnected by tabs. the inner layer 1 is a corrugated and perforated aluminum wall 4 and the outer cladding 2 is a corrugated multi-layer wall 5 with a middle layer made of steel sheet 6 and external aluminized layers 7. Compliance of external aluminum layers 7 they correspond to the tightness of the aluminum wall 4, which prevents the formation of intermetallic erosion. The walls 4 and 5 are provided with three trapezoidal heads 8 situated symmetrically with respect to the transverse symmetry axis of the panel. PL PL
