Description

Dwie sciany kszta ltki termoizolacyjnej, two- rz ace scian e pionow a zewn etrzn a oraz wewn etrzn a pokryte s a warstw a gipsu. Powierzchnia u zytkowa budynku w obu znanych rozwi azaniach jest wi ec, w stosunku do obrysu budynku, zmniejszona o grubo sc ca lego elementu budowlanego. Przedmiotem wzoru u zytkowego jest element budowlany wykonany z kszta ltki z materia lu ter- moizolacyjnego, w której wykonane s a przelotowe otwory przewi azkowe. Dwie sciany kszta ltki tworz a- ce scian e pionow a zewn etrzn a oraz wewn etrzn a pokryte s a warstw a gipsu, przy czym stosunek gru- bo sci warstwy gipsowej zewn etrznej do grubo sci warstwy gipsowej wewn etrznej wynosi oko lo 1:3. Ze wzgl edu na nisk a mas e materia lu termoizolacyjnego o punkcie ciezko sci decyduje grubo sc warstw gipsowych elementu budowlanego. Srodek ciezko sci jest zdecydowanie przesuni ety w kierunku war- stwy gipsowej wewn etrznej. Taka konstrukcja elementu wed lug wzoru pozwala na wznoszenie scian budynków przez uk ladanie elementów budowlanych w znacznym stopniu poza obrysem ramy budyn- ku. Elementy te wystaj a na zewn atrz obrysu ramy konstrukcyjnej, dzieki czemu na bazie tej samej ramy mo zna uzyska c dodatkow a powierzchni e u zytkow a obiektu. W przypadku budynku kilkukondy- gnacyjnego, zwi ekszenie powierzchni u zytkowej mo ze si ega c nawet kilkuset metrów kwadratowych. Element budowlany wed lug wzoru mo ze posiada c krótk a scian e boczn a sciet a pod k atem i dzi eki temu mo zliwe jest uk ladanie scian o dowolnym profilu kolistym bez przycinania elementów na budowie i powstawania materia lu odpadowego Przedmiot wzoru u zytkowego zosta l przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym Fig, 1 przedstawia element budowlany w widoku z góry, Fig. 2 widok krótszego boku, Fig. 3 element budowlany w widoku z góry ze sci et a krótk a scian a boczn a a Fig. 4 przedstawia sposób uk ladania elementów budowlanych na ramie konstrukcyjnej. Element budowlany 1 sk lada si e z bloczka styropianowego 2 o wymiarach 20 cm x 20 cm x 60 cm, z dwoma przelotowymi otworami przewi azkowymi 4. Dwie sciany pionowe pokryte s a warstw a gipsu 3. Gipsowa sciana wewn etrzna 3a ma grubosc 7,5 cm a druga, naprzeciwleg la gipsowa sciana ze- wn etrzna 3b ma grubo sc 2,5 cm. Element budowlany wykonuje si e metod a wtryskow a lub poprzez wyci ecie bloczka styropianowego o po zadanych wymiarach, umieszczeniu go w formie i zalaniu scian bocznych gipsem. Tak wykonany element uk ladany jest na zelbetowej ramie no snej 5 budynku grub- sz a gipsow a scian a wewn etrzn a 3a do wewn atrz budynku. PL PLDescription of the pattern The subject of the utility model is a building element, intended for the erection of walls, especially buildings with frame and reinforced concrete structures. The external walls of buildings of frame and reinforced concrete structures are usually filled with ceramic materials, and then they are covered with insulating materials and finished with plaster. It is also known that a building element for erecting walls in a frame system, which is made in the form of a block of heat-insulating material. Two walls in the shape of a heat-insulating tile, forming a vertical wall, the outer and inner outer walls are covered with a layer of plaster. The outer and inner gypsum layers are of the same thickness. A building element made in this way has very good thermal transmittance parameters, is light and has small dimensions. Due to the location of the center of gravity in the symmetry axis of the building element, the erected wall is practically entirely located on the ground, i.e. an element of the structural frame of the building. The usable area of the building in both known solutions is therefore, in relation to the building outline, reduced by the thickness of the entire building element. The subject of the utility model is a construction element made of a shape made of heat-insulating material, in which through-pass holes are made. The two walls of the tiles forming the vertical external and internal wall are covered with a layer of gypsum, the ratio of the thickness of the external gypsum layer to the thickness of the internal gypsum layer is approximately 1: 3. Due to the low mass of the thermal insulation material, the thickness of the gypsum layers of the building element determines the gravity point. The center of gravity is definitely shifted towards the inner gypsum layer. Such a design of the element according to the pattern allows for erecting building walls by arranging building elements largely outside the outline of the building frame. These elements protrude to the outer contour of the structural frame, so that on the basis of the same frame it is possible to obtain an additional usable area of the object. In the case of a multi-storey building, the increase in the usable area may be even several hundred square meters. According to the pattern, a building element may have a short side wall at an angle and thus it is possible to arrange walls with any circular profile without cutting the elements on the site and creating a waste material. The subject of the utility model was l shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a building element in a top view, Fig. 2 a short side view, Fig. 3 a building element in a top view with a short side wall, Fig. 4 shows the arrangement method building elements on the structural frame. The construction element 1 consists of a polystyrene block 2 with dimensions of 20 cm x 20 cm x 60 cm, with two eyelet holes 4. Two vertical walls are covered with a layer of gypsum 3. The inner gypsum wall 3a is 7.5 cm thick and the second, opposite gypsum outer wall 3b is 2.5 cm thick. The construction element is made using the injection method or by cutting a polystyrene block with the desired dimensions, placing it in a mold and pouring gypsum on the side walls. An element made in this way is arranged on the reinforced concrete support frame 5 of the building, with a thicker plaster wall and the inner outer wall 3a towards the interior of the building.
