PL PL PLThe subject of the present invention is a method for constructing underground structures, particularly waterproof screens, which allows for the continuous construction of screens without the need to bring the excavated soil to the surface, as well as a machine designed for carrying out this method. The aim according to the invention is achieved by making a narrow slot in the ground under the cover of a clay-water suspension, which slots are sealed immediately by the advance of the device making the slot, without the need to bring the excavated soil to the surface, the sealing material being excavated soil mixed with a clay-water suspension containing structural components and chemical sealing additives. During cutting, the excavated soil is thoroughly mixed with sealing or structuring ingredients using cutting and mixing blades. The mixing process of the soil excavated with knives and blades is possible thanks to special delivery pipes, mounted along the cutter arm and equipped with inlet ports with valves on the ground surface and outlet ports in the submerged section of the cutter. The outlet ports of the perforated lower pipe allow sealing or binding substances to escape under the pressure of the pump, reaching directly under the blades of the mixing blades and cutting blades, which, through their downward or downward movement, perfectly mix these substances with the soil. The outlet openings of the perforated upper pipe can allow substances to escape under pressure from the pump that forces the excavated material away from the mixing blades and knives, most often clay-water suspensions of appropriately selected consistencies. The deposition of soil-sealing or soil-binding materials takes place under the clay-water suspension during the backward movement of the cutting-mixing chain. The process of underwater deposition of the material allows for the avoidance of the phenomenon of suspended soil grains in the clay-water suspension, which prevents proper sedimentation of the material. The action and contribution of the clay-water suspension are significantly limited and are limited to maintaining the static properties of the notch walls only in close proximity to the cutter and lubricating its moving parts. Sometimes, for back-cutting, by limiting the exposed notch space to a very short section near the tool (near the cutter), a cement-water suspension can be used instead of the clay-water suspension. In a variation of the method according to the invention, it is possible to occasionally use undercutting for passive cutting and mixing of the soil material. In this case, underwater washing of the material is most often used with blades, thus the cutter operates completely submerged. Undercut cutting and mixing of soil in the method according to the invention is possible thanks to immersing the axle of the drive wheel and the entire upper drive wheel under the surface of the clay-water suspension in a shallow near-surface cutout, specially made for this purpose. Thanks to the possibility of limiting the free, uncontrolled mixing of the clay-water suspension with the excavated soil - as was the case with previously known methods - it has become possible to precisely control the dosage of the water-cement suspension to obtain a load-bearing material with the required strength. The waterproof screen or foundation wall is made directly in the ground using a groove-mixing device that digs the ground, mixes it and places the soil material mixed with chemical structure-forming or sealing additives inside the excavation. This device can also be used to lay a drainage collector in the backfill following the cut groove. The drainage collector installed in such a notch can be additionally built in the upper part of the notch with a wall constituting a waterproof screen, which is made of soil mixed with sealing additives, transferred into the notch made mechanically or hydraulically and placed over the drainage layer of the gravel and sand backfill. A drainage and screen structure assembly is an effective solution for cutting off the flow of water into mining excavations or construction excavations, and particularly for protecting areas at risk of flooding by water infiltrating from rivers or artificial reservoirs. In another variant of the method according to the invention, shown in Fig. 1, a foil unrolled from a vertical roll is placed inside the groove in a horizontal strip, simultaneously with the movement of the cutting and mixing device, creating a vertical partition. The cutting and mixing device for applying the method according to the invention consists of a set of mechanisms and their variants for driving, conveying, mixing, and controlling the process of constructing an anti-filtration or in-ground foundation structure. The essence of the device is the ability to adapt it to any ground conditions by replacing individual elements or assemblies and to construct a complex and multifunctional structure using one integrated, highly efficient device. Thanks to the optimal use and utilization of all mechanisms and assemblies in the cutting-mixing device according to the invention, the demand for driving power and operating personnel to perform the same work is reduced to half compared to those necessary for the known cutting-milling device according to the PUL patent no. 50800 entitled: "Method of regulating the inflow of groundwater to open-pit workings and a device for using this method". Method of constructing waterproof screens and underground foundations and a device for using this method. is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic vertical section through the device in the back-up operation, Fig. 2 shows a schematic vertical section through the device in the back-up operation, Fig. 3 shows a vertical section through the device during the installation of the drainage collector, Fig. 4 — a cross-section through the installed collector, Fig. 5 shows a vertical section through the mixing cutter, and Fig. 6 its side view, Fig. 7 shows a vertical cross-section through the cutter and the loading mechanism, and Fig. 8 shows a vertical section through the device during the unwinding of the foil strip. Fig. 1 shows a schematic vertical section through the device Cutting and mixing machines cutting a cut in the ground 16. The arrow 17 shows the direction of horizontal movement of the device on the ground surface or in a mining or construction excavation. The device is monitored on a mobile platform 1, from which the cutting tool 2 is manipulated, using a hydraulic or screw pressure mechanism 7. The cutting tool and platform drive units are mounted on the platform. The drive motor 10, through a double-acting gearbox 18, by means of chains with toothed wheels or by means of a drive shaft with a bevel or worm gear, sets in motion the cutting and mixing chain 19, stretched on two toothed wheels: a driving wheel 6 and a low-speed wheel 5. The arm The cutting head 2 is equipped with two perforated pressure pipes: the lower one 4, through which sealing and binding substances are injected in order to mix them with the soil by the chain blades, and the upper one 3, through which a silt-water suspension is injected in order to wash the excavated material from the blades, lubricate the chain and fill the notch in the space 13, which is at risk of soil falling. The pipes 3 and 4 are connected to the pressure pumps 20 by means of flexible hoses 8 and 9. The trench 15, filled with a silt-water suspension or sealing substances, may, in one of the variants of the method, constitute a substitute for the forced pipe 4. The suspension or substances filling the trench may be automatically carried away. blades in a pulling-in, backward motion, shown by arrow 11. The soil-clay or soil-concrete is washed in the upper part of the cutter, as shown by arrows 12, and deposited underwater in the space 14. Figure 2 shows a schematic vertical section of the mixing-mixer cutting out the soil 16 in the back 23; The arrow 17 shows the direction of horizontal movement of the device mounted on a mobile platform 1, on which motors 10, double-acting gearboxes 18, intermediate reduction gears 22, pressure pumps 20 and a pressing device 7 are mounted. A belt, chain or transmission shaft 21 transmits the drive to the axle of the drive wheel 6 of the cutting-mixing chain, which is immersed under the surface of the clay-water suspension filling the pre-excavation 15 and the wire space 13. The excavated material, after being mixed with sealing or binding substances, pumped into the perforated lower pipe 4 and the flexible pipe 9, is shovelled by blades through the culminating point. upper one on the drive wheel 6 and then washed away by means of the pressure pump 20, pipes 8 and 3 into the cutting space 5 14. Arrows 12 show the zone of washing and sedimentation of the excavated material inside the cutting. Figure 3 shows a schematic vertical longitudinal section through the device which, during the undercutting of the cutting - 10 in the direction marked by arrows 23 - in the ground 16, simultaneously places a drainage collector 36 and a gravel-sand backfill 3^ in the cutting, and additionally makes a waterproof screen in the overlying space 14 above the backfill 32. The device is equipped with sliding troughs 27 - for lowering the perforated collector drainage 36, and 26 for pouring gravel and sand. The axis of the lower tensioning gear 20 of the 5^ is coupled with additional milling wheels 38, placed outside the cutter support frame, which enable undercutting the walls of the notch in the drainage space in order to cut the clay film formed from the clay-water suspension on the walls of the notch. A pump conduit 38 is built into the cutter frame, with inlet holes for the mined material 39, a pneumatic lift 30 and an air valve 40. By means of the pump conduit 30, the mined material is pumped into the trough 31, from which it is placed back into the notch via the chute 24 and the discharge funnel 25, in the direction shown by the arrows 34. During the laying of the drainage collector 36, the backfill 32, 35 and the spoil 14, clean water is continuously pumped into the collector 36 in the direction shown by arrow 29 in order to clean the collector and the gravel backfill from the clay suspension in accordance with arrows 35. The device cuts a notch in the fore-cut 40, 15, moving in the direction marked by arrow 17. The dashed line 33 marks the level to which the milling wheels 37 undercut the walls of the notch. Figure 4 shows a schematic cross-section of the device, on which 41 — the clay film on the walls of the notch is marked. The space 37 is cut out with milling wheels 38. Figures 5 and 6 show schematically a vertical longitudinal and cross-section through a mixing cutter equipped with two or more milling wheels 38, enabling cutting out any track 33 for easy, collision-free movement of the suspension 43, which at the end fastens the axial attachment point of the pressing mechanism 7. During cutting out, a clay-water suspension is continuously pumped into the cutout, which creates a clay film 41 on the entire wall of the cutout. Figure 5 shows schematically one of the variants of the method of washing the spoil from the cutting-mixing chain by means of a hydraulic nozzle 42 and a flexible hose 44, into which 65 is forced. silt-water suspension under pressure 45 50 55 6065062 7 in accordance with the arrow 45. The drive chain is marked 46. Fig. 7 shows a schematic vertical cross-section through the cutting and mixing cutter 2 and the setting mechanism 47, enabling the setting of the cutting plane at an angle of 0—90° from the ground level. The setting mechanism 47 consists of a housing with adjustable catches 49 and a worm-worm drive mechanism 48, which enables the transmission of power to the drive gear, regardless of the angle of the cutting plane. Fig. 8 shows a schematic longitudinal vertical section through the cutting-mixing device 1, provided in the lower part of the cutting blade 2 with an articulated handle 55 to which the last sheet metal 54 is attached, additionally equipped with rubber aprons 53, protecting against the penetration of suspension and spoil into the interior of the cover and against the penetration of spoil from the space 14 into the space 13. A drum is mounted inside the cover. 57, on which foils or other thin-walled, anti-infiltration materials 52* can be wound. The foil and drum are wound using a tubular support pole 51 anchored in the bottom of the notch by driving it in, and on the surface by means of rods and anchors 50. The foil is attached along its entire length to the pole, from which, after being fully unrolled from the drum and welded with soil, it can be cut off and the pole pulled out to the surface from inside the notch. The drum 517 is mounted in rotary holders 56. During the emergence of the cutting edge from inside the notch, the sheet metal cover 54 can be folded parallel to the cutting edge axis and brought out to the surface together with it. The foil is unrolled in parallel with the cutting device's movement. The sheet metal cover 54 can be a movable partition, sliding in conjunction with the cutting device to isolate spaces 13 and 14, and can also act as a concrete chute during continuous concreting of the cutting device's movement. The cutting device 2 is raised and lowered by means of a lifting device 7 mounted on the frame 1 and driven by a motor 18. The supporting structure of the cutting device 2 is welded. During operation, the device moves in the direction indicated by arrow 17.
