Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figura dekoracyjna w postaci jelenia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac jelenia, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia jelenia z przodu, fig. 2 - jelenia w widoku od lewej strony, fig. 3 - jele- nia z tylu zas fig. 4 - jelenia w widoku od prawej strony. Figura dekoracyjna wedlug wzoru przedstawia jelenia stojacego na wyprosto- wanych nogach, z jedna przednia i jedna tylna racica wysunieta lekko ku przodowi. Jelen, pokryty sierscia, ma glowe, zwienczona porozem, osadzona na wzniesionym karku, z pyskiem wystawionym ku przodowi. Jelen ma podluzne uszy odstajace na zewnatrz. Waski ogon jelenia zwisa w dól na tle jasnej plamy.Figura dekoracyjna moze byc wykonana z dowolnego materialu, najkorzystniej z gipsu lub tworzywa sztucznego i w dowolnym zestawieniu kolorów jej poszczegól- nych elementów. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest figura jelenia stojacego na wyprosto- wanych nogach, z jedna przednia i jedna tylna racica wysunieta lekko ku przodowi, z glowa zwienczona porozem, osadzona na wzniesionym karku, z pyskiem wystawio- nym ku przodowi, zas podluzne uszy jelenia odstaja na zewnatrz, a waski ogon zwisa w dól na tle jasnej plamy. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the deer, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the deer from the front, Fig. 2 – the deer viewed from the left side, Fig. 3 – the deer from the back, and Fig. 4 – the deer viewed from the right side. The decorative figure, according to the design, depicts a deer standing on straight legs, with one front and one hind hoof extended slightly forward. The deer, covered in fur, has a head topped with antlers, set on a raised neck, with its muzzle pointed forward. The deer has elongated ears that protrude outward. The deer's narrow tail hangs down against a light spot. The decorative figure can be made of any material, preferably plaster or plastic, and in any color combination of its individual elements. The essential feature of the industrial design is the figure of the deer standing on straight legs, with one front and one hind hoof slightly extended forward, with an antler-topped head set on a raised neck, with its muzzle pointed forward, while the deer's elongated ears protrude outward, and the narrow tail hangs down against a light spot.
