W plaszczyznie poziomej wirnika rozstawione sa promieniowo lopatki sluzace do uspokojenia me¬ tów. 1 przedstawia widok czolowy maszy¬ ny flotacyjnej z wyrywkowym pokazaniem urza¬ dzenia wirnikowego, fig. 2 — rzut poziomy maszy¬ ny, fig. 3 — widok z boku z czesciowym pokaza¬ niem aeratora, fig. 4 — aerator w przekroju a fig. 5 — aerator w rzucie poziomym.Powyzej opisana maszyna stanowi wielokrotny zestaw sekcji, które razem tworza wzdluzny korpus 1, majacy w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zbiez¬ ny ku dolowi. So far, mechanical flotation machines have been used in which air dispersion takes place in the rotor-stator assembly. An example of currently used machines is the pneumatic-mechanical flotation machine, which consists of an elongated body with a rectangular cross-section and a trough whose height is less than its width. Installed in the body axis are finger-shaped rotors constructed in the shape of a circular disc, with circular bars running along its underside. Radially spaced vanes are placed in the horizontal plane of the rotor to calm the sediment. Air is supplied to the rotor through a hollow shaft. The meth is introduced through the machine's inlet and flows along the trough to the outlet at the end of the body. Flotation machines designed in this way do not allow for the regulation of the amount of air required, as the rotor function cannot be separated from mixing and air intake. Furthermore, the time lost in the flotation process resulting from the need to flow the meth through the overflow boxes is significant. Additional disadvantages include the high abrasion of the rotor and stator, which is caused by their high peripheral speed, the significant consumption of electrical energy, and the complex nature of the machine's repairs. Another disadvantage of the device is the rectangular cross-section of the body, which has dead spaces in its lower part, where the particles do not participate in the flotation process and also tend to sediment. The shape of the rotor, in the form of a horizontal disc, is also inconvenient, causing the dispersed air to be thrown out around the rotor circumference, as a result of which a free space is created above it, not covered by aeration. Supplying air to the upper part of the housing and bearings requires their troublesome sealing. The aim of the invention is to develop a flotation device without spaces and flows that do not participate in the flotation process, as well as to enable the regulation of the amount of air needed for the flotation process by changing the shape of the machine's housing and to construct an aerator ensuring air dispersion in the entire space inside the housing. This aim was achieved by means of a device whose housing, in the form of a truncated cone converging towards the bottom, has an aerator built inside it, the rotor disc of which, together with the blades, is placed in a conical housing with slots forming a grid on its circumference. The housing and the rotor designed in this way make it possible to eliminate the air from the flotation process. ineffective flow times of the metals through the overflow chambers and dead spaces inside the machine body where the flotation process ceases and ensure air dispersion in the entire enclosed space of the body. Due to the greater height of the body in relation to its width, the separation efficiency increases, which allows for a shorter length of the machine. A further advantage is the savings in electricity consumption achieved by such a construction of the aerator rotor, which allows for a reduction of its peripheral speed. The flotation machine according to the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the flotation machine with a fragmentary showing of the rotor device, Fig. 2 - a horizontal view of the machine, Fig. 3 - a side view with a partial showing of the aerator, Fig. 4 - aerator in cross-section, and Fig. 5 - aerator in horizontal view. The above-described machine is a multiple set of sections, which together form a longitudinal body 1, having a tapering shape in cross-section towards down. In each section there are rotor devices 2, connected via V-belt gears 3 with an electric motor 4. The body 1 has a sending opening 5 in its front wall and a lifting box 6 located at its rear wall, which is shaped as a tube with a telescopic end and a sand hole 7 at the bottom. The compressed air collector 8, built along the machine, is connected via an air pipe 9 mounted on the rotor shaft 2 and a control valve 10 with an aerator 11, placed inside a stationary conical housing 12, the disc 13 of which has radial blades 14 inclined from the plane of rotation by an angle of 30°—60° and slots 15. The aerator housing has the form of a grate. with slots 16. Above the overflow threshold of the body 1 there is a froth scraper 17, coupled via a toothed gear 18' with an electric motor 19. The machine operates in such a way that the feed in the form of suitably prepared flotation slurries, fed to the first chamber of the machine through the feed opening 5 located in the front wall of the body 1, flows freely along the body 1 of the machine until it leaves the lifting box 6, from where it is discharged for further processing operations. During the flow through the body 1 it is subjected to the flotation process, the effectiveness of which is ensured by the rotors 2, which ensure uniform aeration of the flowing suspension as well as its stability. Compressed air is delivered through the air pipe 9 surrounding the rotor shaft 2 to the aerator where it is dispersed.
