PLDescription of the design The subject of the utility model is a cast iron-concrete cover with ventilation openings, used as a cover for sewage chambers, heating chambers and other containers requiring a natural error from forced ventilation. Known cast-concrete covers have ventilation openings placed in a cast-iron flat ring situated between the support ring and the upper part of the conical side of the canopy. This construction is unfavorable for reasons of bearing strength and also limits the size of the concrete surface on the cover. The purpose of the utility model is to develop a construction of a cast-iron-concrete ventilation cover with a high ratio of the concrete surface to the cast-iron surface and high tensile strength. The essence of the utility pattern consists in the fact that on the underside of the cover, the cast-iron bowl, adjacent to the supporting ring, has a recess, which includes ventilation openings in the upper vault. The openings can be round or elongated. They can also be placed two in one cavity. The design of the cover according to the utility pattern is durable and ensures good adhesion of the concrete to the cast iron canopy due to the developed surface of the canopy, created by protrusions and recesses occurring alternately. Such a shape of the surface makes it difficult for the concrete to fall out or crumble during the long-term use of the cover. The object of the utility model is illustrated in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cross-section of the cover. Moreover, the computer photograph shows the perspective view of the cover from above - marked as Fig. 2, while the photo showing the perspective view from below is marked as Fig. 3. The cast iron-concrete ventilation cover according to the applied pattern has a cast iron canopy 1 filled with concrete 2 having recesses 4 on the bottom, in which the upper vaults 5 are ventilation openings 3. Recesses 4 situated in the vicinity of the support ring 6. Between recesses 4 below the support ring 6, there are blocking reinforcing protrusions 8 having the shape of segments of a circular ring with a diameter minimally smaller than the diameter of the opening of the manhole or container. According to the utility pattern, the cover is aesthetic and easy to identify. PL

2 PL 65 575 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest pokrywa żeliwno-betonowa z otworami wentylacyjnymi stosowana jako przykrycie studzienek kanalizacyjnych, komór ciepłowniczych oraz innych pojemników wymagających naturalnej bądź wymuszonej wentylacji. Znane pokrywy żeliwno-betonowe mają otwory wentylacyjne umieszczone w żeliwnym płaskim pierścieniu usytuowanym między pierścieniem wsporczym a górną częścią stożkowej pobocznicy czaszy. Pokrywa żeliwno-betonowa wentylacyjna, posiadająca żeliwną czaszę wypełnioną betonem i mająca przynajmniej trzy otwory wentylacyjne, znamienna tym, że wentylacyjne otwory /3/ znajdują się w górnym sklepieniu /5/ wnęk /4/ umieszczonych od spodniej strony żeliwnej czaszy /1/ w sąsiedztwie wsporczego pierścienia /6/.2 PL 65 575 Υ1 Description of the model The object of the utility model is a cast iron-concrete cover with ventilation openings, used as a cover for sewage chambers, heating chambers and other containers requiring natural or forced ventilation.
