PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a cardboard pallet. Known from Polish utility model protection description number 64113, the pallet is a multi-layer cardboard board supported by supports in the form of cylindrical columns made of hardened paper tube, where the cylindrical columns are connected to the bottom surface of the board and to the closing element via an adhesive layer on the annular surfaces of the flat cylindrical columns. Known from Polish utility model protection description number 64112 is a multi-layer cardboard pallet support, in the form of a three-dimensional element, connected to the main board by an adhesive layer, shaped from a sheet of multi-layer cardboard. Creating a pallet using such a support requires the use of many separate supports. Polish patent no. 171245 describes a corrugated cardboard cargo pallet composed of a corrugated cardboard panel and feet attached to its underside, connected by slats. These feet are made of separate sheets of corrugated cardboard. Known corrugated cardboard pallets contain separate elements that require interconnection to form the final pallet. These features make the production and assembly of such pallets rather complicated and expensive. A cardboard pallet, according to the utility model, made of cardboard, having a main board and legs, is characterized in that the main board is formed from a cardboard sheet in which cut-outs are formed, from which the walls of the legs are formed, and one side of which coincides with the side fold line, and the legs have at least two side walls formed from the central fragments of the cut-outs folded along the side fold line, wherein the remaining walls of the legs are formed from the outer fragments of the cut-outs folded along the inter-fragment fold lines perpendicular to the side fold lines. The folded sections forming the side walls of the legs may be joined together using a tongue formed on the edge of the outer section of the section and a lock formed on the inter-section fold line of the section from which the opposite side wall of the leg is formed. The pallet may include four corner legs formed in the corners of the pallet, four side legs formed on the sides of the pallet between the corner legs, and a center leg formed in the center of the pallet. The leg walls, formed from the outer cutout fragments located on the pallet's perimeter, may also be formed from a cutout joined to a sheet of cardboard with a side fold line perpendicular to the side fold lines of the remaining cutouts forming a given wall. The pallet may be made of multi-layer corrugated cardboard. The envelope of the vertical projection of the pallet on a horizontal plane may be a rectangle, which may have a length L1 of 1184 mm and a width W1 of 798 mm. The legs may have a length L2 of 160 mm and a width W2 of 90 mm, and may also have a height H2 of 95 mm. The pallet may also include a top connected to the pallet's main board. The top may be formed from multi-layer corrugated cardboard. The advantage of a cardboard pallet according to the utility model is that its main board and legs are formed from the same corrugated cardboard blank, which simplifies the pallet's manufacturing and assembly process, as well as reduces costs. The design of the pallet's legs, whose side walls are connected with a tongue-and-lock joint, allows them to be formed without the use of glue or other fastening materials. The pallet according to the utility model is particularly suitable for storing or transporting bulk packaging of lightweight items, especially food products such as chips, pasta, popcorn, etc. After use, the pallet is entirely recyclable without the need to separate its components, making it particularly environmentally friendly. The subject of the utility model is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the shaped pallet, Fig. 2 shows a corrugated cardboard cutout from which the pallet can be formed, and Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the pallet with a top plate placed on its base plate. In Fig. 2, solid lines indicate places where the cut-out is cut, while dashed lines indicate places where the cut-out has folding lines, also known as scoring lines, which facilitate folding the cut-out into the desired shape. lt.PL 65 659 Y1 3 A cardboard pallet is made of cardboard, particularly multi-layer corrugated cardboard. In particular, the pallet may be made of three-layer, five-layer, or seven-layer corrugated cardboard. The pallet has a base plate 101 and legs 111-119, which are formed from the same cardboard sheet as the base plate 101. In the cardboard sheet from which the base plate 101 is formed, there are formed blanks 221, 222, from which the walls of the legs 111-119 are formed. One side of each blank coincides with the lateral fold line 231, 232 of the blank with respect to the base plate 101, and the remaining sides are separated from sheet 201 by sheet cutting lines. The legs 111-119 have at least two side walls 121, 122 formed from central sections 241, 242 of the blanks folded along a side fold line 231, 232. The remaining leg walls 123, 124 are formed from outer sections 244, 245, 246, 247 of the blanks folded along inter-section fold lines 234, 235, 236, 237 perpendicular to the side fold lines 231, 232. These folded blanks 221, 222 form the side walls 121, 122 of the legs 111-119. can be connected to each other by means of a tongue 251, 252 formed on the edge of the outer fragment 244, 247 of the blank and a lock 253, 254 formed on the inter-fragment fold line 235, 236 of the blank, from which the opposite side wall 121, 122 of the leg is formed. In particular, each leg has two tongue-lock connections. In particular, both locks are formed on one blank, from which the leg wall 114-116 is formed. In particular, one lock is formed on one blank and a second lock is formed on the other blank, from which the leg wall 111-113, 117-119 is formed. The pallet may include four corner legs 111, 113, 117, 119 formed in the corners of the pallet, four side legs 112, 114, 116, 118 formed on the sides of the pallet between the corner legs 111, 113, 117, 119, and a center leg 115 formed in the center of the pallet. The walls, for example 124, of the outer legs 111, 113, 117, 119 and the side legs 112, 118 formed from the outer cutout fragments 245, 247, located on the perimeter of the pallet, in one form of the pallet are formed from a cutout 243 connected to the cardboard sheet 201 by a side fold line 233, perpendicular to the side fold lines 231, 232 of the remaining cutouts 241, 242 forming the given wall 124. The folded cutout 223 forms the inner layer of the leg, constituting an additional reinforcement of the pallet along its perimeter. In one form, a cardboard pallet has a rectangular boundary in a vertical projection of the pallet on a horizontal plane. The pallet legs are rectangular, and their longer side is parallel to the longer side of the pallet. In particular, in the case of a pallet formed from multi-layer corrugated cardboard, the direction of the cardboard flute is parallel to the longer side of the pallet. Specifically, the pallet has a length L1 of 1184 mm and a width W1 of 798 mm, when we mean the external dimensions, and its dimensions are slightly smaller than the standard dimensions of a EUR pallet of 1200 x 800 mm. The legs can have a length L2 of 160 mm, a width W2 of 90 mm, and a height H2 of 95 mm. The pallet may further include a deck 151 connected to the pallet base board 101, for example, with glue. The deck 151 may be formed from multi-layer corrugated cardboard. The presence of the deck 151 on the pallet provides a flat, smooth top surface of the pallet by covering the holes created by the bending of the leg blanks, and reinforces the stability of the pallet structure, thereby increasing the pallet's resistance to damage during the transport of goods.
