2 PL 65 721 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest samojezdne urządzenie manipulacyjne działające na trakcji podwieszonej kolejki z napędem zębatym. Znana jest górnicza kolejka podwieszona wg zgłoszenia polskiego P-382590, służąca do transportu ludzi lub materiałów w wyrobiskach górniczych. Urządzenie według wzoru użytkowego rozwiązuje problem precyzyjnego transportu i manipulacji materiałami o zwiększonym ciężarze, w warunkach wyrobiska bez utraty wysokości podwieszenia. Samojezdne urządzenie manipulacyjne według wzoru, działające na trakcji podwieszonej kolejki z napędem zębatym, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera zintegrowany z wózkiem nośnym napęd stanowiący wózek nośny napędowy połączony teleskopowym cięgnem z drugim wózkiem nośnym, przy czym wózki nośne wyposażone są we wciągarki, zaś listwa zębata wraz z profilem jezdnym, stanowiące trakcję, podwieszona jest za pomocą podwójnych zaczepów na dwóch odrzwiach obudowy. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok urządzenia z boku, a fig. 2 przedstawia urządzenie w widoku od przodu. Urządzenie zawiera stalową listwę zębatą 2 przyspawaną do dolnej części jezdnego profilu 1 oraz zazębiające się koła zębate 7, umiejscowione na wale przekładni zasilanej silnikiem pneumatycznym lub hydraulicznym 4. Komplet ten przez przymocowanie do wózka nośnego stanowi zintegrowany napęd jako wózek nośny 3. Do wózka nośnego napędowego 3 podłączony jest za pomocą cięgna teleskopowego 5 wózek nośny 6. Wózki nośne 3 i 6 wyposażone są we wciągarki 9. Listwa zębata 2 wraz z profilem jezdnym 1, stanowiące trakcję, podwieszona jest za pomocą podwójnych zaczepów 8 na dwóch odrzwiach obudowy. Pozwala to na zwiększenie obciążenia bez utraty wysokości podwieszenia. Sterowanie urządzeniem oraz wciągarkami dokonuje się sterownikiem pilotowym. There is a known mining monorail according to the Polish application P-382590, used to transport people or materials in mining excavations. The device according to the utility model solves the problem of precise transport and manipulation of materials with increased weight in the conditions of the excavation without losing the suspension height. The self-propelled handling device according to the formula, operating on the traction of a suspended monorail with a rack drive, is characterized in that it comprises a drive integrated with the carrying trolley, which is a drive trolley connected by a telescopic rod with a second carrying trolley, the carrying trolleys are equipped with winches, and a toothed rack along with the running profile, constituting traction, it is suspended by means of double hooks on two support arches. The object of the pattern is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a side view of the device, and fig. 2 shows the device in a front view. The device includes a steel toothed rack 2 welded to the lower part of the running profile 1 and meshing gears 7, located on the shaft of the gear powered by a pneumatic or hydraulic motor 4. This set, by attaching to a carrier trolley, constitutes an integrated drive as a carrier trolley 3. To the drive trolley 3 is connected by means of a telescopic cable 5 carrying trolley 6. The carrying trolleys 3 and 6 are equipped with winches 9. The toothed bar 2 together with the running profile 1, constituting the traction, is suspended by means of double catches 8 on two support arches. This allows the load to be increased without losing the suspension height. The device and winches are controlled with a pilot controller.
