Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru u zytkowego jest wirnik wentylatora osiowego, wykorzystywany w konstruk- cji wentylatorów domowych. Znane s a ró zne konstrukcje wirników wentylatorów osiowych. Najcz esciej wirniki zawieraj a kor- pus z nap edzan a piast a, do którego zamocowane s a lopatki wirnika. Znane s a równie z rozwi azania konstrukcyjne korpusów oraz lopatek wirników wentylatorów, umo zliwiaj ace zestawienie wirnika w kilku odmianach ró zni acych si e po lo zeniem lopatek w korpusie. Po lozenie to zale zne jest od prze- znaczenia wentylatora i ró zni si e kierunkiem ci agu przenoszonego powietrza. Dotychczasowe konstrukcje wirników mimo swej funkcjonalno sci nie zapewniaj a optymalnej wydajno sci wyci agowej wentylatorom. Wirnik wentylatora osiowego wed lug wzoru u zytkowego posiada korpus z lopatkami wyposa zo- nymi w elementy uszczelniaj aco-kierunkuj ace, usytuowane czo lowo na zewn etrznym obwodzie lopa- tek. There are also known design solutions for the bodies and blades of fan impellers, which enable the assembly of the impeller in several variants, differing in the position of the blades in the body. This position depends on the intended use of the fan and differs in the direction of the conveyed air. The current impeller constructions, despite their functionality, do not ensure the optimal extraction efficiency for fans. According to the utility pattern, the impeller of the axial fan has a casing with blades equipped with sealing and directional sealing elements, located at the front on the outer circumference of the blades. Sealing and directional elements located on the outer periphery of the blades are joined together to form a stiffening ring located on the front side of the rotor body. The solution according to the formula removes the shortcomings of the current impeller designs in terms of optimal fan efficiency. This is because it enables the fan's efficiency to be increased to about 15%. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing which shows a spatial projection of the fan impeller. The rotor of the axial fan has a casing 1, consisting of a front part 6 and a hub, which is mounted on the shaft of the fan drive motor. The body 1 is equipped with blades 2 directing the air flow.
