2 PL 66 343 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest uchwyt śrubowy do łączenia siatkowych koryt kablowych. We wzorze użytkowym W-117713 opublikowanym w BUP nr 6/2010 opisano uchwyt zatrzaskowy do łączenia ze sobą koryt siatkowych. Uchwyt ma kształt ceownika. Ściana czołowa ceownika ma na obrzeżach wytłoczenia, a w jej części środkowej znajduje się język oraz otwór. Ściany boczne ceownika stanowią dwie pary skrzydeł. Uchwyt śrubowy do łączenia siatkowych koryt kablowych składający się ze śruby, nakładki i podkładki charakteryzuje się tym, że nakładka pod śrubę ma kształt ceownika z wytłoczeniem, w środku którego znajduje się kwadratowy otwór, natomiast boki ceownika mają wycięcia. Podkładka ma wytłoczenie skierowane do dołu, a w środku podkładki wykonany jest okrągły otwór obejmujący śrubę. Uchwyt śrubowy umożliwia stabilne połączenie koryt siatkowych. Uchwyt śrubowy do dołączenia koryt kablowych jest bliżej przedstawiony na załączonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt śrubowy rozłożony na części w widoku aksonometrycznym, natomiast fig. 2 przedstawia schematycznie połączenie siatkowych koryt kablowych w widoku aksonometrycznym. Uchwyt śrubowy do łączenia siatkowych koryt kablowych składa się ze śruby 1, nakładki, podkładki i nakrętki 7. Nakładka w kształcie ceownika ma w środku wytłoczenie 3, w środku którego wykonany jest kwadratowy otwór 2, natomiast boki ceownika mają wycięcia 4 ułatwiające usytuowanie nakładki na drutach koryta siatkowego. Podkładka ma wytłoczenie 5 skierowane do dołu, a w środku podkładki wykonany jest okrągły otwór 6. W celu połączenia koryt kablowych, nakładką chwyta się sąsiednie druty koryt kablowych, przekłada się przez kwadratowy otwór 2 w nakładce, śrubę i, na którą nakłada się podkładkę i przykręcając śrubę 1 łączy się ze sobą dwa sąsiednie koryta kablowe. Dla stabilnego połączenia koryta łączy się w kilku punktach. The washer is embossed downwards and there is a circular hole in the center of the washer that covers the bolt. The screw grip enables a stable connection of mesh trays. The screw clamp for connecting cable trays is shown in more detail in the accompanying drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an exploded view of the screw fixture in an axonometric view, while Fig. 2 shows a schematic connection of mesh cable trays in an axonometric view. The screw holder for connecting mesh cable trays consists of a screw 1, a cover plate, a washer and a nut 7. The C-shaped cover plate has an embossing 3 in the center, in the center of which a square hole 2 is made, while the sides of the C-profile have cutouts 4 facilitating the location of the cover on the wires mesh trough. The washer has an embossing 5 facing downwards, and a round hole 6 is made in the center of the washer. In order to connect the cable trays, the pad grips the adjacent wires of the cable trays, passes it through the square hole 2 in the cover, a screw and onto which the washer is attached and screwed screw 1 is joined to each other by two adjacent cable trays.
