2 PL66 517Y1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest uchwyt elementów kompletu łazienkowego stosowany jako element mocujący lub pośredniczący w mocowaniu akcesoriów łazienkowych takich jak półki, wieszaki, uchwyty, mydelniczki, dozowniki czy kubki lub ich części ze ścianą. Znane są uchwyty mocujące łazienkowe, mocowane do ściany za pomocą kołków rozporowych i innych elementów wsporczych, przykrywanych ozdobnymi elementami maskującymi w postaci nasadek ozdobnych o rożnych kształtach. Nasadki te połączone są w różny rozłączny lub trwały sposób z elementem wystającym stanowiącym rodzaj wieszaka łazienkowego. Celem wzoru użytkowego jest opracowanie konstrukcji uchwytu zapewniającego jego uniwersalność i prostotę łączenia z elementami kompletu, z jednoczesnym zachowaniem funkcji maskującej elementy łączące uchwyt ze ścianą. Istota rozwiązania według wzoru użytkowego polega na tym, że uchwyt elementów kompletu łazienkowego składa się trzpienia wyprofilowanego w kształcie haczykowatym i nasadki maskującej elementy łączące uchwyt ze ścianą w kształcie prostopadłościanu, którego bryła odchodzi w górnej części od regularnych kształtów i jest zaokrąglona, tworząc w przekroju poprzecznym kształt zbliżony do wycinka „spłaszczonej” elipsy, przy czym trzpień zamocowany jest do centralnej części nasadki w sposób rozłączny i wykonany jest z rury prostokątnej ściętej na samym końcu od dołu i zaopatrzonej w końcowej części od góry w wybranie mające w przekroju poprzecznym prostokątne zarysy. Przedmiot wzoru użytkowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia uchwyt w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 2 - przedstawia uchwyt w rzucie prostokątnym z przodu, fig. 3 widok uchwytu z przodu wraz z przekrojem wzdłuż płaszczyzny B-B na fig. 1, fig. 4 uchwyt z zamocowanym pałąkiem na papier toaletowy a fig. 5 przedstawia widok z boku uchwytu, do którego zamocowany jest kubek na szczoteczki do zębów. Zaletą uchwytu według wzoru użytkowego jest prosta konstrukcja, wielofunkcyjność polegająca na możliwości mocowania wielu rożnych elementów składowych kompletu łazienkowego a jednocześnie pozwalająca na funkcjonowanie uchwytu jako pojedynczego haczyka. The purpose of the utility model is to develop the handle structure ensuring its versatility and simplicity of connection with the elements of the set, while maintaining the masking function of the elements connecting the handle with the wall. The essence of the solution according to the utility model consists in the fact that the handle of the elements of the bathroom set consists of a pin profiled in the shape of a hook and a cap masking the elements connecting the handle with the wall in the shape of a cuboid, whose body in the upper part deviates from regular shapes and is rounded, forming a cross-section a shape similar to a section of a "flattened" ellipse, the pin being detachably attached to the central part of the cap and made of a rectangular tube cut at the bottom end and provided with a recess at the top end with rectangular contours in cross-section. Preferably, the diagonal of the tube at the very end increases to form a projection.
