Description

Urzadzenie przedstawia zatem równoczesnie wydzielacz powietrza naj¬ prostszej konstrukcji. Temi wydzielaczami ufnozliwia sie odgazowanie wody dodatko¬ wej w najprostszy sposób, wprowadzajac zmiekczona wode dodatkowa do zbiornika wody zasilajacej, gdzie przez wrzenie traci czesci gazowe. Zmiekczenie wody dodat¬ kowej nastepuje zapomoca ulatniaka; skladniki, powoduj ace twardosc wody do¬ datkowej, moga byc tez usuniete zapomoca samego wrzenia wody, a w mysl powyzsze¬ go mozna uzyc wytwarzajacych sie par ja¬ ko warstwy parowej. Rysunek przedstawia dwa przyklady wykonania wynalazku w przekroju sche¬ matycznym.Szczelnie zamkniety zbiornik 1 (fig. 1), zawierajacy pewien zapas wody zasilaja¬ cej, polaczony jest szeroka rura 2 w naj- nizszem miejscu chlodnicy powierzchnio¬ wej 3, podczas gdy najwyzsze miejsce chlodnicy laczy sie z powietrzem zewnetrz¬ nem, np. zapomoca syfonu 4.W zbiorniku zapasowej wody zasilaja¬ cej umieszczony jest wylot rury 5, dopro¬ wadzajacej do zbiornika 1 pare wylotowa, np. z malej turbiny 7, sluzacej do napedu pompy zasilajacej 6. Wedlug fig. 2 do oddzielnego przewodu zwrotnego 13 chlodnicy 3 wlaczona jest chemiczna komora oczyszczajaca 14, wy¬ pelniona np. opilkami zelaznemi, celem u- suniecia tlenu, zawartego w wodzie powra¬ cajacej. PL PL PL* To protect the feedwater in the tanks of steam boiler installations from absorbing air, the procedure is, as is well known, to maintain a layer of inert gases or vapors above the water surface. Approximately atmospheric pressure must be maintained here; neither overpressure nor underpressure can prevail. Achieving this is very difficult because the height of the water surface in the feedwater tank constantly fluctuates, so that the space to be filled changes. When steam is used for this purpose, a portion of the vapor that condenses is also maintained. To obtain such a steam layer, various more or less automatic regulators have been used so far, such as steam reduction valves, floats, and pressure and pressure relief valves, the operation of which could not be relied upon in any circumstances, and which are most often switched off during operation due to the frequent interruptions they cause. The invention aims to maintain the steam layer without the aid of any mechanically operating regulating devices. According to the invention, this is achieved in such a way that the steam space of the feedwater storage tank, provided with a steam head that maintains the steam layer above the feedwater supply, is connected to the outside air via a cooler. Due to the constant flow of steam, a vapor layer is formed, which condenses in the cooler. In similar devices, the vapor layer is usually not refreshed, making maintaining it very difficult. Heat is supplied to maintain the vapor layer by directly introducing exhaust steam from the feedwater reservoir. The coolers are designed as reflux condensers, so the condensate flows back into the feedwater reservoir. If a steam layer is created by boiling water in a feedwater reservoir, the proposed procedure allows for the simultaneous expulsion of air and other gases contained in the feedwater, because during boiling, all the air contained in the steam escapes with the escaping steam. This air is released from the condenser and escapes through the aforementioned pipe. The device therefore also represents an air separator of the simplest design. These separators facilitate the degassing of additional water in the simplest way possible by introducing softened additional water into the feedwater reservoir, where it loses its gaseous components through boiling. Softening of the additional water occurs using a vaporizer; The components causing additional hardness of the water can also be removed by boiling the water itself, and in accordance with the above, the vapors produced can be used as a vapor layer. The tank in which the water boils can also be heated from the outside. In the cooler, cold feed water can be used as a cooling medium, thereby heating it at the same time. The drawing shows two examples of the invention in a schematic cross-section. A tightly closed tank 1 (Fig. 1), containing a certain supply of feed water, is connected by a wide pipe 2 at the lowest point of the surface cooler 3, while the highest point of the cooler is connected to the outside air, e.g. by means of siphon 4. In the reserve feed water tank there is an outlet pipe 5, which supplies the tank 1 with exhaust steam, e.g. from a small turbine 7, used to drive the feed pump 6. The pressure pipe 8 of the feed pump has an outlet at the point of inflow of the coolant 9 in the cooler 3, while the point of outflow of this coolant 10 is connected to the boiler. The suction line 11 of the feed pump is connected to the tank 1 by means of a branch 12. Since in the shown device the pipe 5 ends near the bottom of the tank 1, the steam emerging from it keeps the water in the storage tank boiling so that it cannot absorb gases, the gases bound to it are separated and, together with the steam, discharged through pipe 2 to the reflux condenser 3, where the steam is condensed. The condensates return through pipe 2 to the tank 1, while the gases escape through pipe 4. The small amounts of bound gas contained in the returning condensates are separated by the steam or boiling. The feed water flowing from the feed pump 6 through The steam escaping from the expansion tank is heated by the cooler to the boiler. According to Fig. 2, a chemical purification chamber 14, filled with e.g. iron filings, is connected to a separate return line 13 of the cooler 3 in order to remove the oxygen contained in the returning water. Since the filings only come into contact with the distillation water, they operate effectively for a long time. If a separate return line is provided for draining the condensate, it is connected to the warmest point of the condenser, because in this way the amount of gas contained in the condensate is the smallest. Further, according to Fig. 2, the line U, going to the condenser pump, before reaching the feed pump 6, is led through the distribution chamber 15, located at the bottom of the expansion tank 1, which chamber is formed by the suspended bottom 16 and is connected on one side by an opening 17 to the water space of the boiling point 18 of the storage tank 1f, and on the other side to the water space of the boiling point 18 of the storage tank 1f. is connected either through an opening 19 to the vapor space of the tank x1 or directly to the outside air. Deflector plates 20 or the like, located in the tank 15, cause the separation of gaseous bubbles from the water flowing from the condenser. PL PL PL
