Description

W trakcie obciazania kotwi oslabione scianki tulei traca statecznosc, wskutek czego nastepuje specznienie i obnizanie sie wysokosci tulei, sygnalizujace wielkosc sil dzialajacych na kotew. Tuleja poczatkowo zachowuje swoja postac geometryczna. W wyniku przekroczenia jej nosno- sci nastepuje sciecie i zamkniecie prostokatnych rowków, co swiadczy o zblizajacym sie przeciazeniu kotwi i koniecznosci zastosowania znanych srodków zaradczych przed jej zerwaniem. PL PLDescription of the pattern The subject of the utility model is the anchor load indicator, signaling approaching the dangerous states of the strength of the anchor material used or its assumed bearing capacity. From the Ru 59605 protective description, an anchor resilient washer is known, which allows a quick evaluation of the performance of the anchor housing. The washer is an indicator made in the form of a sleeve with three rectangular grooves on the external surface and a central hole for the anchor. The indicator is placed on the end of the bolt protruding from the rock mass, between its washer and the nut. When the bolts are loaded, the weakened wall of the sleeve loses its stability, which causes the sleeve to swell and decrease in height, which signals the magnitude of the forces acting on the bolts. A change in the height of the sleeve indicates an imminent overload of the bolt and the necessity to take measures against its dangerous breakage, such as, for example, immediate additional support of the roof or tightening of the anchoring net. After the grooves are completely closed and the indicator ceases to function, the anchor works as standard. In the anchor load indicator, in the form of a weakened-walled sleeve, placed on the end of the bolt protruding from the rock mass between its washer and nut, according to the utility pattern, the sleeve has one rectangular groove on the outer surface, and under it one rectangular groove on the inner surface. Circumferential notches are preferably provided on adjacent corners of the rectangular grooves. In a sleeve formed according to a utility pattern, the mechanism of its destruction, allowing for a simple inference about the magnitude of the forces acting on the anchors, consists in cutting in the most marked cross-section. The sleeve initially retains its geometric form. As a result of exceeding its load capacity, the rectangular grooves are cut and closed, which proves the imminent overload of the anchor and the necessity to apply known remedial measures before its breaking. The sheared sleeve, in the form of two contacting elements, works as rigid and transfers the load from the nut to the washer until the full bearing capacity of the bolt embedded in the rock mass is achieved. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing showing a fragment of an anchor with an indicator in the longitudinal half-section. The load indicator of the bolt is a sleeve 1 having one rectangular groove 2 on the outer surface, and below it one rectangular groove 3 on the inner surface. On the adjacent corners of the rectangular grooves 2, 3, circumferential notches 4 are made. The sleeves 1 are placed on the end 5 of the bolt protruding from the rock mass, between its washer 6 and the nut 7 of the bolts. PL PL

From the Ru 59605 protective description, an anchor modifying washer is known, which allows for a quick assessment of the work of the anchor housing. The washer is an indicator made in the form of a sleeve with three rectangular grooves on the outer surface and a central hole for the anchor. The indicator is placed on the end of the bolt protruding from the rock mass, between its washer and the nut. When the bolts are loaded, the weakened sleeve walls lose their stability, as a result of which the sleeve swells and the height of the sleeve drops, which indicates the magnitude of the forces acting on the bolts. The change in the height of the sleeve indicates the impending overload of the bolt and the need to take precautionary measures against its dangerous breaking, such as temporary additional support of the ceiling or thickening of the anchoring mesh. After the grooves are completely closed and the indicator stops functioning, the anchor works as standard. In the bolt load indicator, in the form of a sleeve with weakened walls, placed on the end of the bolt protruding from the rock mass between its washer and nut, according to the utility model, the sleeve has one rectangular groove on the outer surface, and under it one rectangular groove on the inner surface.
