2 PL 67 348 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest kominek przystosowany do opalania płynnym paliwem ekologicznym. Znane są kominki składające się z ozdobnej obudowy wykonanej z płyt drewnopodobnych i opalane biopaliwem płynnym, które spalając się nie wydziela dymu ani sadzy. Znany jest z polskiego opisu ochronnego wzoru użytkowego Ru 65166 kominek posiadający obudowę w kształcie prostopadłościanu, we wnętrzu której osadzony jest metalowy ekran i pojemnik z wkładem na paliwo płynne, przy czym pojemnik na paliwo płynne zawiera absorpcyjny materiał porowaty, w którym znajduje się dystrybucyjny otwór oraz co najmniej jeden kanał rozprowadzający ekologiczne paliwo płynne. Kominek o kształcie prostopadłościanu posadowiony jest na prostokątnej podstawie zakończonej od góry prostokątną płytą-blatem. Istotą rozwiązania według wzoru użytkowego jest kominek posiadający obudowę w kształcie prostopadłościanu, we wnętrzu której osadzony jest metalowy ekran i zamknięty pokrywą pojemnik wyposażony we wkład na paliwo płynne zawierający absorpcyjny materiał porowaty, przy czym w materiale absorbcyjnym znajduje się dystrybucyjny otwór oraz co najmniej jeden kanał rozprowadzający paliwo płynne charakteryzujący się tym, że blat kominka posiada czworokątne wycięcie, w którym osadzona jest wyposażona w półki nadstawka spełniająca rolę biblioteczki. Kominek według wzoru charakteryzuje się prostotą montażu obu części kominka, które łatwo dają się łączyć w jedną całość. Boki wycięcia w blacie kominka pełnią rolę prowadnicy, która ułatwia wsunięcie nadstawki i osadzenie jej w blacie. Nadstawka wyposażona w półki pełni funkcję biblioteczki zwiększając stopień użyteczności kominka oraz zapewniając nowatorski design. Kominek według wzoru użytkowego wykonany jest z materiału drewnopodobnego i składa się z dwóch części podstawy kominka 1 i nadstawki 2, które łatwo dają się łączyć w jedną całość. Kominek 1 ma kształt prostopadłościanu. We wnęce 5 kominka 1 umieszczony jest pojemnik 4 na ekologiczne paliwo płynne z absorpcyjnym materiałem porowatym, w którym wykonany jest dystrybucyjny otwór służący do uzupełniania paliwa oraz, co najmniej jeden kanał rozprowadzający ekologiczne paliwo. Blat 3 kominka 1 posiada czworokątne wycięcie 7, w którym osadzona jest nadstawka 2. Dwie naprzeciwległe powierzchnie boczne wycięcia 7 w blacie 3 tworzą prowadnicę umożliwiającą wsunięcie nadstawki 2, zaś przyległa powierzchnia boczna stanowiąca opór ogranicza jej wsunięcie na żądaną odległość. Nadstawka 2 wyposażona jest w półki 6 pełniąc rolę biblioteczki. Zastrzeżenia ochronne 1. There are known fireplaces consisting of a decorative casing made of wood-like panels and fired with liquid biofuel, which, when burning, does not emit smoke or soot. There is known from the Polish description of the utility model Ru 65166 a fireplace having a cuboid-shaped casing inside which a metal screen and a container with a liquid fuel insert are mounted, the liquid fuel container containing an absorbent porous material in which there is a distribution hole and at least one channel for green liquid fuel distribution. A rectangular fireplace is set on a rectangular base with a rectangular top-plate at the top. The essence of the solution according to the utility model is a fireplace having a cuboid-shaped casing, inside which a metal screen is mounted and a container closed with a lid equipped with a liquid fuel insert containing porous absorbent material, the absorbent material having a distribution hole and at least one distribution channel liquid fuel characterized by the fact that the fireplace top has a rectangular cut-out, in which a top-set with shelves is mounted, acting as a bookcase. The fireplace, according to the pattern, is characterized by the simplicity of assembly of both parts of the fireplace, which can be easily combined into one whole. The sides of the cut-out in the fireplace top act as a guide, which makes it easier to insert the top and embed it in the top. The extension, equipped with shelves, acts as a bookcase, increasing the degree of usability of the fireplace and providing an innovative design. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of a fireplace with a container for liquid fuel and a top with a rectangular cut-out for an extension, Fig. 2 shows an extension equipped with shelves, and Fig. 3 shows a fireplace after the extension has been installed. According to the utility model, the fireplace is made of a wood-like material and consists of two parts of the fireplace base 1 and an extension 2, which can be easily combined into one whole. The fireplace 1 has the shape of a cuboid. In the cavity 5 of the fireplace 1 there is a container 4 for ecological liquid fuel with an absorbent porous material, in which there is a distribution hole for refilling the fuel and at least one channel for distributing ecological fuel. The top 3 of the fireplace 1 has a square cutout 7 in which the top 2 is mounted. Two opposite side surfaces of the cut 7 in the top 3 form a guide that allows the top 2 to be inserted, and the adjacent side surface that resists it limits its insertion to the desired distance.
