Description
Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest kolektor sloneczny, w którym zamienia sie promieniowanie sloneczne na cieplo sluzace do ogrzewania wody do celów socjalnych. Znane kolektory z opisów pa- tentowych lub opisów wynalazków zgloszonych do opatentowania jak np. P340138 i P340525 sa wy- posazone w rurowe absorbery umieszczone w ogniskach zwierciadel w postaci wycinków walca. Inny kolektor znany z opisu patentowego P337951, jest wyposazony w dwie szklane rury umieszczone jedna w drugiej, przy czym rura zewnetrzna jest pokryta w czesci substancja odblaskowa, zas rura wewnetrzna, przez która plynie ogrzewana ciecz jest na calej powierzchni pokryta selektywna warstwa czarna. Kolektor wedlug wzoru stanowi plyta poliuretanowa z zaglebieniem, w której jest umieszczony absorber o owalnym ksztalcie wykonany z blachy aluminiowej miedzianej lub stalowej, pokryty selek- tywna warstwa czarna od strony padajacego promieniowania slonecznego zaopatrzony w rurke od dolu, przez która wplywa do niego ciecz oraz w rurke u góry, przez która wyplywa ciecz ogrzana, przykryty tafla ze szkla organicznego polimetakrylanom etylu (pleksiglasu). Kolektor uwidoczniony jest na rysunku 1. Istotna cecha takiego kolektora jest ksztalt absorbera latwego do wykonania a wiec i taniego, w którym wplywajaca ciecz rurka od dolu tworzy szeroka warstwe wolno unoszaca sie do górnej czesci kolektora umozliwiajac jej nagrzanie do stosunkowo wysokiej temperatury. According to the pattern, the collector is a polyurethane plate with a recess, in which there is an oval-shaped absorber made of copper or steel aluminum sheet, covered with a selective black layer on the side of the incident solar radiation, equipped with a tube at the bottom, through which the liquid flows into it and in a tube at the top, through which the heated liquid flows, the organic glass pane with polymethyl methacrylates (plexiglass). The collector is shown in Figure 1. An important feature of such a collector is the shape of an easy-to-make absorber, and therefore cheap, in which the liquid flowing in the tube from the bottom forms a wide layer slowly rising to the upper part of the collector, enabling it to heat up to a relatively high temperature.
