Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest profil nośny, znajdujący zastosowanie w szczególności przy produkcji placów zabaw. Z polskiego opisu wzoru użytkowego nr 56406 znany jest profil nośny składanych mebli specjalnych, przeznaczony jest, zwłaszcza do konstruowania półek sklepowych, gablot, stoisk wystawowych, biurek i stolików. Profil ma postać kształtki przelotowej o przekroju kwadratowym. Po wewnętrznej stronie ścianek znajdują się wypusty. Znany jest profil aluminiowy z polskiego opisu wzoru użytkowego nr 60961. Profil ten ma podstawę i pokrywę, przy czym podstawa i pokrywa mają w przekroju poprzecznym kształt prostokąta. Wewnątrz podstawy umieszczone są rowki, stanowiące prowadnice na wkręty, kanały zewnętrzne i kanały wewnętrzne oraz występy do ustalania położenia elementów mocujących zasilania. Zaletą profilu nośnego według wzoru użytkowego jest to że kształt profilu pozwala na łączenie elementów ze sobą na wiele sposobów, przetłoczenie profilu pozwala na precyzyjne dopasowanie dodatkowych elementów, wzmacnia profil oraz pozwala na użycie dodatkowych elementów złącznych. Zastosowanie ząbków wewnątrz konstrukcji pozwala na użycie jako wzmocnienia dodatkowych profili. From the Polish description of the utility model no. 63698, an assembly profile is known, which has the shape of a large stylized letter "U" in its cross-section, with the vertical side walls of the profile being made of a series of dovetail guides, additionally the guides of the same type are placed opposite together to form a pair, moreover, at least two pairs of lower tracks are outer tracks and at least one upper pair are inner tracks. Such a shaped support profile is highly functional, durable and easy to assemble, especially in the construction of playgrounds.
