Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego posiada przeznaczenie jako karton, opakowanie zbiorcze. Wzór pokazano w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Caly karton jest w kolorze zielonym. Na kazdej sciance naniesiony zostal bialy napis firmowy- WIPOL na czerwonym tle, na przednim boku kartonu dolozono biala oblamówke znaku firmowego oraz rodzaj (nazwe) zapakowanego towaru. Na scianach bocznych umieszczono nazwe, pochodzenie, wage produktu oraz adres firmowy (litery w kolorze bialym). Górna i dolna sciana kartonu posiada adres e-mail takze w kolorze bialym. Oprócz tego na kazdej ze scianek umieszczone sa zdjecia towaru zapakowanego w kartonie. Wzór przemyslowy posiada trzy odmiany: 1 odmiana to opakowanie na czosnek- fig.1 2 odmiana to opakowanie na gruszki- fig.2 3 odmiana to opakowanie na imbir- fig.3 Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego, która wyrózniaja go sposród innych istniejacych na rynku rodzajów opakowan zbiorczych, to kolorystyka oraz wykonanie graficzne. Zastosowane tu laczenia kolorów na kartonach identyfikowane sa wylacznie z firma WIPOL S.J. PL PL PLThe industrial design is intended as a cardboard box for bulk packaging. The design is shown in the attached illustration. The entire box is green. Each side features the company's inscription "WIPOL" in white on a red background. The front side of the box features a white border embellishing the company logo and the type (name) of the packaged product. The side walls feature the product's name, origin, weight, and company address (lettering in white). The top and bottom walls of the box also feature an email address in white. Additionally, each side features photos of the product packaged in the box. The industrial design has three varieties: 1st variety is a garlic packaging - Fig. 1 2nd variety is a pear packaging - Fig. 2 3rd variety is a ginger packaging - Fig. 3 A significant feature of the industrial design, which distinguishes it from other types of collective packaging existing on the market, is the color scheme and graphic design.
