Abstract

Drzwi składają się z dwóch zespołów z części ościeżnicowej i z części skrzydłowej. Część ościeżnicowa spełnia funkcję ramy osadzonej w świetle otworu w murze, na którym powieszone jest skrzydło. Skrzydło natomiast jest zespołem ruchomym osadzonym i przytwierdzonym do ościeżnicy. Funkcja drzwi polegająca na braku strony otwierania polega na tym, że drzwi mogą być prawe lub lewe w zależności od potrzeby zastosowania. Cecha ta jest możliwa do zrealizowania za pomocą specjalnie ukształtowanych stojaków i (nadproża) ościeżnicy, które pozwalają na zamianę ich stronami a także specjalnie wykonanych okuć tzn. zamka, zawiasów, zaczepu zamka. Skrzydło także musi być wykonane symetrycznie tak, aby można je było zamienić stronami. Dodatkowo ościeżnica posiada elementy opisane, jako „dokładane panele”, które pozwalają na montaż ościeżnicy na murach w zakresie ≥95 mm ÷ 500mm. Panele poprzez system specjalnych nacięć na powierzchni pozwalają użytkownikowi na dopasowanie ościeżnicy do grubości muru w wyżej podanym zakresie.The door consists of two sets of the frame part and the wing part. The frame part serves as a frame embedded in the light of the opening in the wall on which the leaf is hung. The leaf, on the other hand, is a movable unit embedded and attached to the frame. The function of the door of no opening side is that the door can be right or left depending on the application need. This feature is possible to achieve with the use of specially shaped stands and (lintels) of the door frame, which allow their sides to be swapped, as well as specially made fittings, i.e. lock, hinges, lock striker. The sash must also be made symmetrically so that it can be switched sides. In addition, the door frame has elements described as "added panels", which allow the door frame to be mounted on walls in the range of ≥95 mm ÷ 500 mm. The panels, through a system of special cuts on the surface, allow the user to adjust the frame to the thickness of the wall within the above-mentioned range.

Znane dotychczas drzwi mają ustaloną jednoznacznie stronę otwierania (lewą lub prawą), która jest określana na etapie produkcji. W rozwiązaniu według wzoru skrzydło drzwiowe posiada mocowania dwóch zawiasów rozmieszczone symetrycznie względem jego górnej i dolnej krawędzi oraz odpowiadające miejscom rozmieszczenia mocowań zawiasów na stojaku zawiasowym, a także posiada mocowanie zamka, umieszczone w połowie wysokości. Skrzydło jest zespołem ruchomym wieszanym na ościeżnicy. Ościeżnica składa się z pary stojaków: jednego stojaka zawiasowego i jednego stojaka zamkowego, posiadających taki sam profil (kształt) oraz tak samo zakończone górne i dolne krawędzie, jak również z nadproża. Stojak zawiasowy posiada od strony przedniej mocowania dwóch zawiasów rozmieszczone symetrycznie względem jego górnej i dolnej krawędzi oraz stojak zamkowy posiada od strony przedniej w połowie swej wysokości mocowanie zamka. Stojaki i nadproże mogą być ze sobą łączone rozłącznie w jednym z dwóch wariantów: w podstawowej pozycji stojaków oraz w pozycji obróconej w płaszczyźnie pionowej (bez zmiany strony przedniej na tylną) o kąt 180 stopni. Panele takie pozwalają użytkownikowi na dopasowanie ościeżnicy do grubości muru w zakresie grubości od 95 mm do 500 mm za pomocą podstawowych narzędzi (np. piły ręcznej). Stosowanie rozwiązania według wzoru przynosi korzystne skutki w logistyce i wielkości stanów magazynowych u producentów i sprzedawców drzwi. Drzwi drewniane z możliwością wyboru strony otwierania, przeznaczone do montażu na murze o grubości 95 mm, składają się ze skrzydła drzwiowego (1) i ościeżnicy (2). Skrzydło drzwiowe (1) posiada mocowania dwóch zawiasów (3a) dwustronnych rozmieszczone symetrycznie względem jego górnej i dolnej krawędzi w odległości 200 mm od tych krawędzi, a także posiada mocowanie zamka dwustronnego (4a), umieszczone w połowie wysokości. Ościeżnica (2) składa się z pary stojaków: jednego stojaka zawiasowego (5) i jednego stojaka zamkowego (6), posiadających kształt prostopadłościanu oraz tak samo zakończone górne i dolne krawędzie, jak również nadproża (7).
