Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest nowa i oryginalna klatka, przeznaczona zwłaszcza do trzymania w niej małych zwierząt. Cechy istotne klatki sprawiają, iż jest ona wykonana na poziomie wysokiej jakości mebli domowych. Znane są różnego rodzaju klatki dla zwierząt. Znane rozwiązania posiadają składane ściany, jednakże są one mniej estetyczne, a ich konstrukcja nie jest wzmocniona pełną płytą na krawędziach. Istota wzoru użytkowego polega na tym, że konstrukcja klatki posiada front i tył z przezroczystego materiału, zaś boki z pełnego materiału, wszystkie ściany połączone są ogólnodostępnymi elementami montażowymi, przy czym w płaszczyźnie pionowej wstawiona jest przynajmniej jedna listwa wentylująca wnętrze pomieszczenia, zaś wszystkie dolne i pionowe krawędzie zewnętrzne klatki wykonane są z pełnego materiału. Wykonanie krawędzi zewnętrznych klatki z pełnego materiału, zapewnia stabilność klatki i zwiększa bezpieczeństwo w jej użytkowaniu. Klatka dla zwierząt według wzoru użytkowego posiada konstrukcję stwarzającą efekt terrarium--akwarium o froncie i tyle oraz spodzie z przezroczystego materiału, korzystnie ze szkła. Spód klatki może być wykonany z pełnego materiału. Zwiększa to bezpieczeństwo użytkowania rozwiązania według wzoru. Klatka posiada boki i krawędzie zewnętrzne ścian wykonane z trwałego, nieprzezroczystego materiału, korzystnie z drewna, płyty z tworzyw drzewnych, płyty z tworzyw sztucznych. The essential features of the cage mean that it is made at the level of high-quality home furniture. Various types of animal cages are known. Known solutions have foldable walls, however, they are less aesthetic and their structure is not reinforced with a full board at the edges. The essence of the utility model is that the cage structure has a front and back made of transparent material, and the sides are made of solid material, all walls are connected with accessible assembly elements, with at least one ventilation strip inserted in the vertical plane, while all the lower and the vertical outer edges of the cage are made of solid material. The fact that the outer edges of the cage are made of full material ensures the stability of the cage and increases safety in its use. According to the utility model, the cage for animals has a structure that creates the effect of a terrarium - an aquarium with a front and back and bottom made of transparent material, preferably glass. The bottom of the cage can be made of solid fabric. This increases the safety of using the solution according to the formula. The cage has the sides and outer edges of the walls made of a durable, non-transparent material, preferably wood, boards made of wood-based materials, boards made of plastic. Klatka według wzoru umożliwia szybki i łatwy montaż, a dzięki zastosowanej konstrukcji składanej tworzy mebel o niepowtarzalnym wzornictwie a opakowanie o małych gabarytach w porównaniu z terrariami nieskładanymi powoduje znaczne obniżenie kosztów transportu i magazynowania. Klatka według wzoru posiada front (1) i tył (2) z przezroczystego materiału. W jednej z tych powierzchni pionowych, korzystnie w ścianie tylnej (2) umieszczona jest przynajmniej jedna listwa wentylująca (3) wnętrze pomieszczenia. Boki (4) wykonane są z nieprzezroczystego materiału. Ściana górna (6) klatki według wzoru jest w postaci ażurowej powierzchni wbudowanej w pełny, nieprzezroczysty materiał. Wszystkie krawędzie zewnętrzne ścian (1), (2), (4) klatki wykonane są z trwałego materiału. Klatka według wzoru może występować z uchylną pokrywą (6) wykonaną z siatki metalowej lub ramą z materiału użytego do produkcji boków z obsadzoną perforowaną aluminiową blachą, oraz siłownikiem umożliwiającym swobodne otwieranie i utrzymanie w pozycji otwartej klapy górnej części klatki. Ściany boczne (1), (2) i (4) oraz podłoga klatki połączone są listwami montażowymi, w które wsuwa się ścianę tylną i przednią. Umożliwia to szybkie czyszczenie klatki poprzez poluzowanie elementów montażowych i wysunięcie szyby przedniej (1) do góry. Wszystkie elementy tworzące klatkę według wzoru skręca się znanymi ze stanu techniki elementami montażowymi np. szpilkami stalowymi, nakrętkami, wkrętami. Miejsca, w których na zewnętrznej stronie widoczne są wszelkiego rodzaju elementy montażowe zakrywa się zaślepkami aby konstrukcja według wzoru tworzyła estetyczną całość. Szkło stanowiące ściany klatki jest szczelne. Do uszczelnienia stosuje się znane ze stanu techniki rozwiązania np. silikon. Do klatki może być zamocowane znane ze stanu techniki wyposażenie takich pomieszczeń np. oświetlenie. Szkło montowane w wyżłobienia (wpusty) na bokach oraz wzdłużnych listwach dolnych. The side walls (1), (2) and (4) and the floor of the cage are connected with mounting strips into which the rear and front walls are inserted. This enables the cage to be cleaned quickly by loosening the mounting elements and sliding the windscreen (1) upwards. All the elements forming the cage according to the pattern are screwed together with assembly elements known from the state of the art, e.g. steel pins, nuts, screws. Places where all kinds of mounting elements are visible on the outside are covered with plugs so that the pattern design creates an aesthetic whole. The glass forming the cage walls is tight. For sealing, solutions known from the state of the art, e.g. silicone, are used. Equipment for such rooms, e.g. lighting, known from the state of the art, can be attached to the cage. The glass is mounted in the grooves (grooves) on the sides and longitudinal bottom strips. Protective disclaimer.
